Minissy Suites

New fresh apartment, it has everything whats needed for airbnb, new glasses, dishes, cutlery. It is quite spacious and very pleasant in general. The pool is clean and big, but very cold in August, we couldn't swim. The gym is excellent, my husband was surprised how good it is. Breakfast is also quite good, giving that they offer it for free for genious starus on booking

Cleaning could be better, it seems that the apartment wasn't deep cleaned from construction after it was completed

It was up to expectations

The high floor level. Couldn't use the balcony with young children

Location

Location.

Bad odor in the toilet. Waste water I think.

Clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was minimal. Still a construction site.

Everything !!

Hotel staffs and restaurant staffs were so nice Rooms were spacious and clean Nice pool and gym

No taxis available

不错

the manager lady Ms Sicily and her husband were quite professional and sincere, we liked their understsanding and serious professional nature.

there was no small grocecery shop insidet he campus, wuld have been an advantage

Comfortable and good value for money

Was spacious, bed very comfortable, cleaner and host Tia were very nice and helpful🙏 It was good having the two bottles of water there. Staff very nice and hospitable 👍

Didn’t like being in a construction zone Tea towel was dirty, used sponges. No iron in the x2 boxes that were there

The room is big Provided drinking water everyday Provided wash machine, micro wave machine and electric iron

No receptionist was there when I arrived, I had to call them, however the guy came to guide me don't understand much English Wrong password of the WiFi The trash bin at kitchen was not empty, so they have hygeian issue No tissue I told them no need room service, but the cleaner still entered They didn't clean the beed sheet well

Accommodation is very well appointed, functional and well maintained. The units are comfortable and their location is great for business travelers. There is a mall nearby with all amenities and the pool and gym are great.

There was nothing negative.

Wir mussten u.a. Töpfe, Messer (!), Weingläser, Trockentücher kaufen. Baustellenarbeiten (waren allerdings mir bekannt, allerdings nicht vom Prospekt).

Nice place

The location is nice View very good

great breakfast but no other meals not served.

The room was not cleaned during my stay.

It is centrally located and facilitated our work.

It is still under construction!

It is a new hotel, modern and very clean. The breakfast was excellent, and I really appreciated that the staff listened to guests’ suggestions, which made the day-to-day breakfast experience a pleasure.

We were initially provided with an apartment in Block B that had an unpleasant odor and did not seem properly cleaned or prepared for our check-in. However, after we raised the issue, the staff promptly provided us with another apartment in Block C, which was very clean, met the expected standards, and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The property is a one bedroom apartment, comfortable and nice

I was very disappointed when I got there at 10pm, there was a security guy, he didn’t know anything. There was no check in staff, there was an instruction on the desk stating to call on 2 wapsap numbers to check in. I called more than 60 times but no response. I was about to leave after one hour of trying, when the security guy got a call back. The host was not aware of our stay, she said check in is at 2pm. I informed her that when people are travelling.. they can come anytime. This is not a way of doing business via wapsap. If there is noone at the reception at night, you need to put a proper process of self checkin. I was there with my daughter stressed out. I called another hotel to find a place to stay. Very unprofessional 🙁🙈 and disappointed 😞

Clean, spacious, modern accommodation, special thanks to Cicilly for a comfortable stay

Clean spacious apartment, breakfast included, pool, well equipped

Poor servicing of apartments, no dishwasher tablets or liquid, no washer detergent.

Lieu calme.

I liked the view from the balcony, it was relaxing. The breakfast was ok, won’t say bad. But could be better.

Nothing disturbed me, i had a nice and quiet time, which i was looking forward for.

Within 5 minutes drive to the Tribeca Mall

Wasn’t so so clean, kitchen did not have enough resources. Please stock on some glasses, cutlery and basic cleaning materials

The privacy is good

“An exceptional stay — a fantastic host, impeccable service, and a truly luxurious apartment just steps from Tribeca Mall. Incredible value for money, top-notch security, and outstanding amenities including a beautiful swimming pool and a well-equipped fitness centre.”

Honestly, there was nothing to dislike; everything was perfect.

STAFF, WERE GOOD, COMFORTABLE

TRANSPORTATION TO PLACES WAS A BIT DIFFICULT

Location

Had to wait 1 hr and a half to get out keys for our apartments.

Very central and well looked-after apartments that are clean and well equipped. Close to Tribeca Mall as well and easy access to the highways.

Clean neat and family orientated

Breakfast was served in a restaurant. But for lunch and dinner, it was based on delivery (maybe from outside) of what you may like to order. I do not know how it works because I never ordered food. However I missed the pleasure of just walking into a restaurant and ordering at random. It wasn't a deal breaker. Trebecca mall is 4 minutes drive and it has a huge food court. So food and its variety was never a problem. Just posting it here so that people who book should know how it works.

Great

The apartment hotel was quiet and clean nestled in between two malls. The beaches were close by and finding food was easy plus the grocery store is 2 miles away…. so is KFC. Everyone was helpful. Make sure to contact hotel before arrival and give them your arrival time so they can be ready with the snacks or any accommodations you may need like wine etc!!!!!! Oh the mosquitos and ants are tough bring spray!

Very friendly manager and easy access to the Wellkin hospital and the Tribeca mall. Good value for money

The complex is not really complete, and work is ongoing. It wasn't a really problem, but be aware that this is still a work in progress.

Up modern hotel apartments. I love the gym and pool see up.

Though the hotel is still under construction and full of dust, construction items etc. The hotel was good. The rooms are good, neat, clean and great view.

The hotel manager was so nice . There are everything. So I recommend.
