Tig Monbretia

Absolutely amazing stay! We loved our host, Edel, and her daughter Sarah! They were both so responsive! And kind. friendly, and helpful! They had great tips on where to go and what to see, and Sarah even took us to an art shop and helped us pick a print! She is a great photographer, and Edel does fabulous quilting! Wish I could have bought one! Edel even had bread, milk, and butter waiting, which was really appreciated! Beds and pillows were super comfortable, and the washing machine and dryer were great! Lots of space and furniture was really comfortable and well thought out. Loved everything about it, especially the views from the field! Lovely decorations and perfect setting! Would absolutely stay there again!

The location and charm!

Not much

We had a lovely stay. We walked into Dingle along the coast path, past the lighthouse, which is a little bit scary, but very beautiful, with diving gannets. It takes about an hour. Dingle itself is a lovely place, plenty of pubs and ice-cream parlours. The apartment is super comfortable and warm. The shower is powerful. Beds are comfortable. We loved the bright yellow kitchen, so cheerful! Thanks for having us, Edel!

The property is spacious and clean and the scenery is amazing as you drive towards the property

Superb location over Dingle Bay. Host was very friendly, thoughtful and welcoming.

Good host. Good bed. Good location. Plenty of hot water in shower. Washer and dryer were great benefit, including detergent. Kitchen well stocked, including tea, coffee, spices, oils, vinegar. Bread, butter and milk supplied.

Lovely host, just outside of Dingle not to far, great facilities.

Location a few kilometres outside Dingle in a beautiful area, lovely views of Dingle bay. The accommodation was lovely & well stocked with all that you would need! Edel was so friendly & helpful! Edel left bread & milk for us, which was a very nice touch! We would definitely stay at Tig Monbretia again! Loved the beautiful golden retrievers Bobby & Honey!

Super host always on hand if needed. Very helpful and informative. Host has surplus items in cupboard, if required, ie towels, bedding as well as a well stocked kitchen. Plus a drawer full of condiments. Host left fresh milk and bread which was an added bonus. The double bed was super comfortable, best sleep ever on holiday. Overall a great stay. Thanks Angela and Richard.

Edel was very welcoming and the house was very well equipped and very comfortable. There was lots of kitchen basics - oil, mustard, salt, pepper etc as well as towels (including beach towels). It was spotless

The host was great, the location is very quiet and close to Dingle town. There is a lovely walk to a small beach and cliffs nearby.

Storage is limited

The wonderful hostess and the high quality comfort of the place Great location for exploring Dingle Peninsula.

What's not to like about this quality accommodation?

Edel and Sarah gave us a great welcome.Less than a 10 minute drive to Dingle town. Stunning views. Bright and cheery interior. Some lovely homemade touches in the decor. Beds confortable.

Edel was a wonderful host during our stay, very helpful an attentive. The house was small but comfortable and everything worked as it should. It's walking distance to Dingle town and to the lighthouse. Highly recommend.

Edel was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. So comfortable and clean, everything was lovely. I would highly recommend, felt like a home from home, definitely will visit again in the future!
