The location is beautiful and close to the coast. The hotel is welcoming with a cosy bar, great outdoor seating area and lovely bedrooms.

There was nothing to dislike.

Great location along the coastline. We arrived via motorbike and plenty of parking with cctv. Staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant can get very busy so book early. Breakfast was good value and keep us going all day 👍 Room comfortable and no squeaky floorboards with lovely views.

Really lovely place to stay. Beautiful B&B, Gorgeous rooms, excellent location, friendly helpful staff. The breakfast was huge and at a bargain price. We will definitely stay again in the future. Highly recommend.

I had an elderly guest with me so the access to the bedrooms was extremely difficult.. Although it states that upper floors accessible by stairs only there should be a warning before you book to say that these rooms are not suitable for the elderly or people with mobility issues .. I would not have booked had I known the difficulty in accessing the rooms .

It was such a wonderful experience! The most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in! It was so hot, but that didn’t really effect the comfort too much. Staff were fab, food was great, location was wonderful. Honestly one of the best hotel experiences ever!

The rooms were very hot (it was a heatwave). There was slightly limited parking on site.

All facilities were excellent. Location was perfect for the trip and rooms were nicely decorated clean and comfy beds. Prices were very reasonable with lovely food and the staff were exceptional! Would highly recommend!

Hotel świetny zarówno na krótki jak i dłuższy pobyt. To zapewnia dobra lokalizacja - blisko nad morze, jezioro albo w góry.

Over-stuffed decor - Too many plush cushions and pillows. Strage suit of armour in one corner Strange access from the car park up metal staircase.

I did not have breakfast but I had a superb chilli con carne in he evening. The food here is excellent.

Nothing really to be honest. The problem with the shower on my last visit ( shampoo and soap dispensers being empty) has been resolved by providing a large container in the shower.

The bathroom, although modern, could do with some touchups in terms of sealant around the shower basin and the window. Just to really set it off!

The hotel is situated in a beautiful location and is lovely. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was lovely, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed sitting on the hotel balcony and the mountain views. There was a lovely outside seating area where we had a delicious meal which was very reasonably priced. Breakfast was also excellent.

The charm. It was also clean and had room to move. Had a meal at the hotel - this was also good. Little finishing touches, once there, but not maintained would increase its value, however still very good.

It was clean and in a convenient location.

I didn’t find the room interior to be of a comfortable standard. A bit too much going on in terms of beads, tassels, colours and the bedding felt a bit cheap along with the fit and finish. Owner assured me it wasn’t cheap…but it felt it…so might just be me.

We got a last minute booking after driving all day, it’s amazing! So glad it come up as a cancellation…beautiful location and the food was amazing also

Decor was fab . Food on Monday and Wednesday night was excellent.

Very poor wi fi signal and I needed it for work wasa big minus. Food on Tuesday was very disappointing - not the same chef as Monday and Wednesday we later found out.

The food both at dinner and breakfast (both choice and quality) was very good. The breakfast is at extra cost but that's fine as the room only price was very competitive and the extensive breakfast menu allows you to order (and so only pay for) exactly what you want.

I have stayed here before and it is very good. I ate in the restaurant which is really excellent and fantastic value for money. Very noice staff.

As on my previous visit -which I reported. ~The two wall -fixed containers for body and shampoo situated inside the shower were again empty. This means you get undressed,you put the shower on,you get inside the shower and get wet all over.You reach for the shampoo/body get to realise they empty. So....you stop the shower,you get out (dripping wet) and reach for the container of soap/shampoo situated on the sink! You then retrace your steps back into the shower. The two fixed empty containers should say "Empty,please use soap by sink" -or better still,remove them if not in use!

It was a brilliant location. The staff were exceptionally friendly and the pub itself was lovely. The room itself was also great!

The room was was up three flights of stairs. It wasn’t much of a problem for us (although my husband was drumming with his band at the Magic Lantern so we had to cart a lot of the gear up those stairs!) but I should imagine it could be for others.

Obviously recently updated so a lovely mix of traditional but updated decor. Lovely beer garden.

The rooms were clean and tidy and decorated nicely. Good size room and bathroom. Nice comfy bed too.

Due to the area phone reception was poor but there was WiFi in the hotel. Getting some food was a bit difficult. They stopped servi g food around 8 pm and although there are takeaways close by they don't deliver so had to drive into local town to collect food.

What a great find. Down in Tywyn on business. Booked and arrived 10 mins later. Lovely homely pub, taken straight to our room. Comfy bed, all you could need Ate dinner in the pub,great food. Friendly and polite staff a great stay. We will be back for sure.

Very welcoming, Everyone came across as cheerful and appeared to enjoy interaction with each other and with customers/guests making for a great atmosphere. The food was excellent with a varied and comprehensive menu. The room was in good order, A little smaller than i am used to but perfectly suitable and appropriate for the type of property. I was unable to sample breakfast as i had to be at other locations before breakfast began serving. however i expect it to have been of the same high standard as the rest of the meals.

I had no success accessing Wifi within my room, (although it appeared to be available) however, the owner informed me that it was possible to log in downstairs which would then be accessible throughout the building. I chose not to due to the short amount of time that i would be spending there.

Full welsh breakfast, freshly cooked to order. Meal the night before was excellent pub food. It was very quiet and views of the hills and sheep.

Having to plug in the electric radiator to take the chill off the room. Not being able to get the electric shower to warm up.

The breakfast was amazing. The room design was upmarket. The staff were friendly and helpful.

My partner put his hat on top of the wardrobe and it got covered in dust, and the wardrobe doors wouldn't stay shut. One of the bedside lamps didn't work. The fan in the bathroom was very noisy. No body wash in the shower dispenser and the toilet seat broke.
