Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Calm & quiet location for relaxation. Clean and tidy room.
Cooperation from staff side would have been better. I asked for help for a car rent, an additional prayer mat (only one in the room, we were two)with no satisfactory response.and other examples

Reviewed Sep 23, 2024Hotel is located in Al Hada. 15-20 mins away from Taif city center. The weather in Al Hada is cooler than Taif center, which we intenionally chose. I especially liked the room, size and the cleaniness of the hotel, which was more than I expected.
I asked for one thing to a house keeping personnel, but he walked away since I could not speak Arabic but thanks to the other one, he helped me and solved my issue.
