Muy bonito y los dueños muy amables. Las hotcakes del desayuno espectaculares y el resto de desayunos también

Muy alejado del centro. Había que coger coche para ir a cenar aunque la segunda noche se ofrecieron a hacernos algo en el alojamiento

Très bel endroit où s arrêter après la visite de Uxmal afin de profiter du magnifique jardin et de la piscine. N hésitez pas à prendre le petit déjeuner proposé pour 110$ pour un choix d œufs des toasts des fruits...

Petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux (non compris dans le prix de la chambre).Chambre spacieuse. Jolie piscine, idéale pour se rafraîchir. Parking sur place fermé très pratique. Prêt de serviettes pour la piscine.

Accueil un peu froid du gérant. Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 4 mais le deuxième lit n'était pas fait. C'était un canapé-lit que nous avons dû déplier et préparer nous même avec 1 seul drap et 1 couverture.

The property was beautiful and the owner was very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

The property is very well kept and a little paradise overall. The hosts are very welcoming and can help arrange guides for the Ruta Puuc.

Prachtige tuin, de hosts waren ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam.

Une petite pépite de verdure en plein cœur de Ticul. Un havre de tranquillité où l'on peut se ressourcer dans la piscine après une journée de chaleur. Une déco soigné tout en détail.Une chambre spacieuse et confortable. Des hôtes charmants et attentionnés Le centre en tuktuk est proche. Et votre hôte vous conseillera pour les restaurants. Nous avons pris le pt déj qui n'était pas prévu et à l'image de l'établissement parfait et copieux. On a adoré !!

Tout était parfait il faudrait être difficile pour trouver quelque chose à reprocher..

This place deserves every bit of praise it gets. It is clear that a lot of love has gone into building and maintaining this wonderful B&B. The pool and garden area are beautiful and perfect for relaxing on a hot day. The rooms are spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was at an additional cost but well worth the price as it is substantial and all fresh local ingredients. The hosts are also kind and super helpful. We could not have asked for a better stay.

Excellent accueil des hôtes. Chambre confortable et jolie piscine très appréciable après notre journée de visite à Uxmal. Le jardin est très agréable. Nous avons pu dîner sur place, et c'était très bon. Petit déjeuner également très bon et copieux. Fait maison ! Nous avons vraiment apprécié de pouvoir discuter avec nos hôtes (en espagnol). C'est une halte parfaite sur la route vers Bacalar.

Tout était très bien même le parking pour la voiture dans le grand jardin.

Toller, gepflegter Garten Super Swimming Pool Einfach alles perfekt, ein Ort zum Verlieben. Wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Das Frühstück wurde draussen im Garten serviert und war sehr lecker, es war sehr liebevoll zubereitet. Wir bekamen sehr gute Tipps vom Gastgeber, was man in der Gegend alles unternehmen könnte. Vielen Dank !

Petit havre de paix, les gérants sont aux petits soins et très sympathiques. Nous avons pu dîner et petit-déjeuner sur place, la nourriture était excellente. Literie très confortable, nous avons dormi au calme.

Abraham and Rosita were fantastic hosts. Incredibly kindhearted. The garden was just sooo pretty and the pool was immaculate. We loved our stay here. Rosita is a wonderful cook - her food was delicious.

L’emplacement est idéal entre Mérida et Bacalar. Beaucoup de goût dans cette magnifique propriété.

Un hôtel que nous recommandons sans hésiter, pour l’accueil du couple qui le tient et la beauté des lieux. Des repas copieux et délicieux.

Zimmer waren ok, aber etwas feucht

Mala oaza sredi mesta. Izjemno čisto in mirno. Gospod in gospa sta bila izjemno prijazna. Vse pohvale.

Rosita et son conjoint Abraham sont des hôtes très accueillants et soucieux que tout se passe bien. Les chambres sont grandes et l'environnement autour de la piscine et du petit resto sont agréables. C'est un petit oasis au coeur de Ticul. Très bonne base pour visiter la Ruta Puuc et la Ruta de los conventos - c'est à dire tous les beaux petits villages de la région. Rosita cuisine à merveille. Les petits déjeuners et les soupers étaient délicieux et comportaient toujours fruits et légumes, ce qui nous manquait souvent au resto. Tous les ingrédients - jus, miel, fromage - sont faits maison ou choisi avec soin chez des producteurs de la région.

Il manque quelques étagères dans chambre pour ranger les vêtements.

La gentillesse, l'amabilité et l'échange avec les propriétaires. L'ambiance tranquille et reposante des lieux.

Très agréable logement et accueil chaleureux. Le repas préparé par Rosita était excellent et petit déjeuner parfait. Merci beaucoup

El lugar es simplemente maravilloso. Entras en un jardín precioso que no te imaginas que esté ahí. Está muy bien cuidado. Y Rosita y Abraham son maravillosos y dispuestos a ayudarte en todo momento. La cena que te ofrecen muy buena y saludable.

Ganz besonders ist die Herzlichkeit und die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber hervor zu heben. Sie kochen abends auf Wunsch, man sitzt in ihrem wunderbaren Garten und wird vorzüglich und aufmerksam bedient. Ein herzliches Danke und eine klare Empfehlung

Le cadre très soigné, et surtout l’accueil et la disponibilité dAbram et Rosita.

Rien, ou presque. Le stationnement dans la propriété n’est pas très pratique, mais on est aidé et on ne voit pas très bien comment l’améliorer.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte da Quinta Rosita, di passaggio verso Uxmal. Non potevamo fare scelta migliore: l’accoglienza dei proprietari ci ha fatto sentire a casa, permettendoci un ottimo riposo. La camera era molto spaziosa e dotata di tutto il necessario. Ci ha colpito molto il giardino con piscina estremamente curato che regala un’atmosfera rilassante. La colazione è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. Gracida de nuevo por su amabilidad!

Heel soms maar kom je in een paradijsje als hier. Wat een mooi plekje en wat een lieve mensen. We hebben echt 3 dagen volledige ontspanning gehad en ons laten verwennen. Mooie kamers, zeer schoon, heerlijke bedden, fijn zwembad. Ontbijt echt heerlijk en we mochten ook blijven avond eten, alles gewoon perfect en met zoveel liefde voor ons gedaan,

Wir haben auf unserer Yucatanreise eine Nacht in Quinta Rosita verbracht. Gabriel und Rosita sind tolle und herzliche Gastgeber, die sich eine kleine Oase geschaffen haben. Rosa hat uns mit viel Liebe ein wirklich leckeres mexikanisches Frühstück zubereitet.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The Quinta is beautiful - especially the lush garden with a relatively large pool. Our room was huge and very comfortable. Rosita and her daughter were great hosts and cooked us a wonderful breakfast. Warmly recommended!

Best place I've been so far in Mexico. Rosita, and her daughter, are so kind. The room is huge with ac and fan in the ceiling, TV with netflix and a fridge. The thriving garden is so quite and the swimming pool it's perfect to relax and restore from the heat. As the restaurant we decided to try wasn't open .Rosita offered to cook our dinner and it was delicious. The b&b has also a private parking. Very strongly recommended!

Such a wonderful place to stay! The hosts are so kind and thoughtful. The food is exceptionally delicious made by Rosita! They feature both Mexican and European style food as your choice. Only distilled water is used in all of the cooking so no need to worry about enjoying Rosita's salads. The room is very large and very comfortable with an ice cold fridge! Abrham provides any beer or wine that you wish. They have a lovely bar area to sit in outside. I would suggest not even thinking about trying to find another restaurant in Ticul! Beautiful grounds, beautiful pool, and secure a parking inside the gate. They also made a special celebration for me on my birthday. My husband and I were sorry to leave and highly recommend Quinta Rosita!

I want to live at this place forever! Rosita and Abraham were so welcoming and lovely, and their quinta is just as beautiful and comfortable as they are. The gardens are gorgeous, the pool spotless and refreshing, places to sit and relax all beautifully designed. Would definitely go out of our way to stay here again, and next time for at least a couple of nights!

The only thing i didn’t like was that we were only there for one night— too short!

Beautiful court yard and pool area; rooms are immaculate; hosts are lovely and the meals are the best food we’ve had in Mexico.

Quinta Rosita is exceptional. The hosts were very welcoming, friendly, kind and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed is super comfortable (I had the best sleep in weeks!). A great bathroom and shower. Lovely decor throughout. The garden is idyllic and lush, it feels like you are in a resort. We also had breakfast which was so delicious! We wished we had stayed for longer. The pool was so inviting but we didn’t have time to enjoy it properly. If you are visiting the local area or travelling to visit Uxmal and Kabáh, this is the perfect place to stay. Quinta Rosita is an oasis - it is so relaxing and quiet. Stay longer and enjoy the peace and quiet, and the amazing breakfasts, at this beautiful B&B.

Perfect and welcoming hosts, amazing garden and surroundings. The room was clean, spacious and cozy. 100% recommend. We visited Uxmal and cenotes close by
