Enjung Segara

The house wasn't very new but very close to the lake and has a heated swimming pool.

Beautiful view of the lake, nice garden, clean pool, and friendly staff.

I really liked it, a lovely little house, everything you need, very welcoming and friendly staff!

Located almost right near the lake with direct view on it. Nice little garden, very pleasant staff who really try to make everrything for you feel comfortable.

Very steep access, if you are traveliing with car it will be challenging. Very loud accomodation next door thanks to the local tourists who will scream, drink an listen loud music all nignt and early morning. You will hear everything in your little wooden house as there is no noice protection as such. Construction in front of the villa may affect the view but workers are very quiet. Pool is not hot at all just very little warm.

Nice hot pool (not super hot, but warm enough), good service, quiet, nice view.

Owner dan staffnya sangat ramah, pelayanannya sangat tanggap, pemandangannya bagus, makanannya enak, fasilitas oke, pengalaman menginap yang sangat menyenangkan 👍🏻

Stayed one night. Worth it.

Next mau ksini lg.

Staff was very nice and welcoming

Don’t be fooled by the current ratings and pictures, there are two constructions going infront of the place and workers were walking across the facility, it ruins the vibes and view and we were not informed prior, rooms are also full of flies and the location is very difficult to reach by car, you will also have trouble commuting outside of the place as there is no gojek/grabs in the area and no local driver from the staff

Cozy room, great view on the mountains and lake.

you could clearly hear the neighbors

A charming little hotel with a beautiful view of the lake and Mount Batur. The lady who greeted us was lovely. Perfect location for climbing Mount Batur at night. A big thank you to our guide, Nyoman, for the Mount Batur climb, which I highly recommend.

The cabins are clean and comfortable but not soundproof; we could hear the neighbors and children playing in the pool quite a bit. A bit difficult to access

Slechts 1 nacht geboekt

Veel vliegen. Je kon amper buiten zitten . Afgelegen locatie.

The location was magical. When you arrive by car at first you dont understand well where you are, until you really get to the property and let the place sink in. The view was breathtaking and the breeze was such a welcoming wonder after the very warm and humid experience of jimbaran and ubud.

Honestly this place is HEAVEN!!! One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve been and the staff is AMAZING! I would recommend it to anyone that wants to stay here. You can only hear nature and birds. Very relaxing, I would definitely come back. Special thanks to Wayan, Ade, Ayu . Very kind and amazing people🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Amazing experience at Enjung Segara! The view over Batur Lake is absolutely stunning, and the warm water pool from the natural hot spring is such a relaxing treat. The room are cozy, clean, and well set up for comfort. Special thanks to Ms. Wayan for her outstanding service – she was friendly, responsive, and made us feel so welcome. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind in nature with great hospitality!

Great view, nice pool, supportive team. We booked the Gunung Batur sunrise treck at the Guesthouse and got the local guide Nyoman Sukra. He was really great and we enjoyed the time with him very much. He explained a lot and is respected as elderman within the local guides!

Its good

No, didn’t

View bagus..

All good

The pool was clean and warm with amazing views of the mountains. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast and dinner service was prompt and really delicious.

Staff were really friendly and the location is stunning. The pool was nice as well

It's very remote and the nearby town is not nice, so not loads of options for food. There are also a bajillion flies everywhere, however this is true of the whole town due to the farming that happens so not the fault of the accomodation.

maybe if possible give a private jacuzzi for all room.

a warm welcome and total availability from Wayan and Ade who knew how to make our stay perfect. thank you both!

Flies like everywhere in kintamani. It has nothing to do with the establishment!

Amazing views, comfortable rooms, warm pool, property arranged hike up Mt Batur for our three adult children with Nyoman, who was the oldest, most experienced and wonderful guide.

Big remote without transport but staff were very kind and drove us to good local restaurant.

1. The view is amazing!! Super nice view of the Lake Batur and the surrounding mountain ! 2. The hot pool is well maintained and facing the nice view. 3. The room itself is clean and get most of the necessities u need. 4. The owner is super friendly and helpful. 5. The dinner is not included, but price is very cheap. U don't need to worry about getting out to have dinner.

1. The bathroom smells and it will be better if they can add one more towel between the toilet and the bathroom. 2. It is quite difficult for the car to get down to the place as it is in a very steep sloop.

Quiet individual cabind. Beautifully decorated. Over ooking Lake Batur. Only 25 minute wslk to sptings. Loved ever minute hete. Will be back.

The staff diahayu and her team were extremely friendly and super helpful and fast for any needs that we had. It made our stay so much more enjoyable.

The hotel was a bit hard to find and the sign posting could be improved. Not specific to the hotel but there were extremely many flies around in the whole area.

A Hidden Gem with Stunning Views and Warm Hospitality from all the staff and Ayu. I talked with the owner a bit as well and eat a warm and kind guy. I had an incredible stay at Enjung Segara House in Batur! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm Balinese hospitality that made me feel right at home. The location is absolutely breathtaking—nestled near Mount Batur, it offers stunning views of the lake and surrounding mountains. And the warm pool was truly amazing and made the evening so much more special. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Waking up to the fresh mountain air and serene atmosphere was truly refreshing. The peaceful ambiance made it the perfect retreat away from the busy tourist areas. What made my experience even more special was the kindness of the hosts. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, from delicious local meals to helpful recommendations for exploring the area.

My buddy and I stayed here just one night as we wanted to do the sunrise hike on Mount Batur early in the morning without driving from Ubud or another far destination. Ayu was super welcoming and a great host helping line us up with our guide Nyoman who picked us up right from the compound and lead us up the mountain for a very reasonable price. The breakfast was also perfect and the view was amazing of the lake and other mountain!

Nothing I didn't like except the difficulty to book a grab out of town when leaving. The hosts offered to help us but we figured it out eventually.

The staff is extremely helpful and nice! She helped to guide us through the entrance which was kind of tricky, and throughout the stay, she’s been very helpful when we have any questions. The bathroom is clean and the water is very warm. Moreover there’s a hot pool just outside the cabins, facing the lake. It’s really clean as well. We’d like to visit again if we’re back in Bali

The access towards the parking area is kind of tricky, since it’s a bit steep, but the staff helped to guide us perfectly, and we could park well.

Great place for a relaxing vacation. The girl Ade is very polite and attentive. I enjoyed everything very much.

Stunning view on a lake and mountain from the swimming pool. Good location to start a hike to mt. Batur. Very helpful staff - especially Ayu, she helped us to find a driver (thank you!).

3 very cute cottages which are simply equipped but you have everything you need. It is a really good stay for 1 or 2 nights if you want to hike the Mt. Batur. Ketut and his team are amazing. They make you feel like home. Ketut helped me to organise a guide for the Mt. Batur Sunrise tour and he was amazing. Yoman (Guide) spoke engl. very well and even though he is a little older he is very fit and showed us nice places and was taking care of us. Please ask for him if you will stay here. Everyone takes care of the property very nicely and is always very helpful. Thank you for a great stay

The view was amazing and the accommodations really nice.

Great spot for sunrise and sunset with lake view. Kind staff, good and abundant food served

Facilities still in construction, not super easy to reach, even if the overall area is all similar.

Good location for the treck to Batur Volcano. Swimming pool and view on the lake and mountains. Really nice people and service proposal. Got a warm welcome and attention

Well there are 2 main obstacles 1) The Hotel location is down the hill and if you do have difficulty for walking just be careful. 2) Unfortunately Batur area is surrounding by oignons field which come with lot of flies due to fertiliser this is not really nice as it is a lot... Now again nothing against the accommodation but this is also what will make the stay not so fun...everywhere.. my recommendation is 2 nights stay if you just want to do the treck.

The view was amazing and the staff were incredible! The host was attentive and the food was really good!

There was a few flies due to being a farming area but overall was a really great place

The staff were very accommodating! I could have breakfast (included) and dinner (not included but very reasonably priced) and the times of my choice. The food was great and filling. The bed was very big and comfortable. There was housekeeping everyday to freshen up the room which I really appreciated. The shower was probably my favorite part! The view is breathtaking.

The property and facilities were up to my standard and very clean. The one thing I'd mention (for awareness and this is beyond the owners control) is there are many flies around because there is lots of farming in the region.

Mt Batur sunrise trek was superb. Highly recommend Noyomansukra as a trekking guide who was very knowledgeable and personalised the trek around my needs. Picked up from accommodation and great photography skills as well. If you want an awesome guide Noyomansukra is your man. Trek is a must if you are coming to Kintamani! Toyo Devasya Hotsprings were excellent and spent a whole day there as it is an oasis. Lakeside views were awesome. Accommodation hosts were great and nothing was an issue for them. Pool with lake and mountain views was immaculate and the gardens were relaxing.

Kintamani area has lots of flies due to it being a farming area. Plenty of construction work going on nearby the property but not too much of an issue as we we out during the day.

The host is very gracious, he welcomed us and showed us the facility. His staff cooked lovely local dishes for breakfast and dinner and they even dropped us to the hot springs free of charge. There is a new heated pool and it looks like they are building a spa as well. The host is also a mountain guide for Mt Batur so he can take you up there for the sunset. He is also a school teacher at the local school so he can speak good English. This accommodation is an excellent affordable option.

They have the best mountain & lake view 👍

Toilet

So relaxing & calm

the road access to the location is dangerous

We had a lovely stay at this accommodation. The view of the lake was amazing. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and help out in any way they can. They organised a local tour guide, Nyoman to assist us in climbing Mount Batur with our three children. He gave us a wonderful experience. He took care of us during the entire hike and showed us amazing places. Throughout the hike, our guide took great care to ensure the well-being of our group, especially the children. He attentively guided them through the uneven terrain, offering assistance whenever needed. His attentiveness, warmth and dedication to the group created a sense of trust and camaraderie, enhancing the overall hiking experience. We would highly recommend both the hotel and guide Nyoman.

Nothing

The view was amazing. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Always with a big smile and open for a fun conversation. We also had the privilege to meet the owner with who we had a great talk. He shared his future plans for the hotel which sound amazing. Furthermore, he suggested a local tour guide to climb Mount Batur. The guide (Nyoman) was just great. He gave us a breathtaking day. We took care of us during the entire hike and showed us amazing places. We would highly recommend both the hotel and guide Nyoman

Nothing at all

Very close to the volcano for the trekking. Amazing view, Everyone was very nice, the host was there for us all the time and give us a ride. I definitely recommend this place.

The shower in the bathroom was beautiful! And the view of the lake was very special, with nice area to sit and relax looking over. The banana pancake was yummy.

It was difficult to find on google maps. I suggest to put a big sign. The road to the property was pretty rough and driveway extremely steep.

Lovely remote location near to Batur. Great staff that helped me after a bike crash, and also served great breakfast and organised tours for guests. I would return again. Thank you.

-

very, very caring landlord Sanjaya who took care of all guests, and drove us to the hot springs as well as to the hiking start. Furthermore he took an injured guest to the doctor. The huts were fine, also the tent looked really nice with a private small water tub. from the place a beautifully view on the lake. We highly recommend the place.

the only thing one could mention are the flies around the Mt Batur, you have to keep out of the huts.

Everything was perfect ! The location est wonderful near the lake, the tiny house is lovely and the staff is so kind and nice !! Ps: the owner of the place is very kind and helpful, he woke up for me at 3am to bring me to the trekking point as I didn’t have any transportation to go there.

Nothing , all was perfect

I like the style of the room, it called "Lumbung" (its a place to save your crop/rice) The bed is comfy and the sheet is so soft. The garden is so green, there is planty of variaty kind of plan. Its near the lake, with cloudy hills view. Its like in the fairytale. And the staff are very nice, helpfull, and friendly

The staff, environment, and facilities were exceptional. They actually do have continuous running hot (not warm) water - something very rare in Indonesia. The room was super clean and neat. The bathroom was exquisite. It's a peaceful area with very calm surroundings. The view of Batur lake and mountain is picturesque! They also have nice places to sit and hang out with your people. A very nice lawn to chill and for kids to play. It's about a 15minute walk from the Toya Devasya hot springs area. The staff went out of their way to prepare a vegetarian meal for me for breakfast. The owner was sooo accommodating, kind and helpful.🙏🏻 He can easily connect you with guides, trips or rides in the area. I'd definitely recommend this place to people looking for a calm and peaceful breakaway. (Please, loud and noisy foreigners - respect the serene and environment. They also have quiet hours 😉)

the view so amazing and peacefull. Staff very helpfull n friendly

-

Beautiful garden with lake view

The view is amazing, right in front of Lake Batur and hills.

Nothing

The view is breathtaking and the place is so peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle. The host and staff are super friendly and attentive. It made our stay so much more enjoyable having them around whenever we needed anything.

We had a great time staying at Enjung Segara, although the car park was a bit challenging, the location of the place was amazing just right next to the lake. We arrived in the afternoon and the girl who was welcome us at that time was amazing. She was kind and helpful, gave us lots of information and always came back to us to asked if we need anything else. The owner were also so kind and so friendly. Breakfast were delicious. The room we had was nice and comfortable. Thank you for the great service, we truly enjoyed our time while staying at your place.

-

Peaceful place and very nice friendly staff!

Cute cottages, very close to outdoor activities, lake view. On top of everything we appreciated the owner’s friendliness. He want out of his way to address our needs!

Beautiful and tranquil. A lush little paradise tucked away in the farming district with lake and mountain views.

N/A - cannot fault this property for the price Only feedback would be to have a clear sign of the property at the top of the driveway for ease of locating.

The owner is so helpful. The view was superb. Room is cozy and nice. Would 100% come here again.
