Great little cottage for a short stay in town.

Suggested small improvement... Would be fantastic to have a little laundry facility on site.

Chris gave us a lovely welcome and very helpful. The cottage is just beautiful, well presented, clean and has everything required for a comfortable stay. The gardens are lovely also.

Quiet location but I’m good walking distance for a stroll to grab a coffee or breakfast. Extremely well Stocked with tea coffee and hot chocolate, with a kitchen that had everything you needed. Super clean, Good quality linen and furnishings Beautifully decorated Lovely hosts

Lovely apartment in Cambridge with everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Bed was comfy, kitchen was well equipped and lounge area was like a home away from home. Very pleasant owners that live onsite.

Chris is an excellent host. She met us on arrival and gave us a full run down of the place and local things to do. The accom is immaculate and the bed was really comfortable. There is a pool, but the weather was a bit cool for us to use it. I totally recommend this as a great place to stay. Very quiet, and private.

Beautiful and well kept home that gives a peaceful feel. The pool was lovely, and clean. The cottage was well equipped and everything was high quality. Chris, the host is very welcoming and accommodating. We enjoyed our 2 nights here.

Everything - we had a wonderful stay! The room was super clean, with tasteful décor and a quiet, comfortable atmosphere that made it easy to relax. The bedding was excellent quality and extremely comfortable, and the pool was amazing—a real highlight. Our host was lovely, warm, and welcoming, and truly made the stay feel special. The location was great, close to everything we needed. Overall, everything was superb and exceptional. We couldn’t have asked for more and would happily stay again.

We had an amazing and very comfortable experience at Kings Cottage. We were warmly greeted by Chris on arrival, and throughout our stay, we had everything we needed to make it feel like home, including access to the saltwater pool. We loved how refreshing it was, definitely helped us to de-stress and unwind. Thank you, Chris, for your kind hospitality, we look forward to visiting again! :)

Absolutely amazing hosts, they go over and beyond. Cottage is well decorated and has every thing you need.

The room is very comfortable and beautiful! The location is quiet and not far from the city center. The fully equipped kitchen is especially impressive.

Beautiful cottage with everything you could need. Was warm, cozy, and decorated beautifully. Chris was a lovely host; she and her partner even gave us suggestions of things to see and do in the area. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Cambridge.

The water pressure in the shower, but it is what it is. Everything else was A+ and I would definitely stay again.

Comfortable, secure, beautiful linen, well equipped, plenty of space for the 3 of us. Being able to pick some of the biggest limes I have seen was a lovely bonus. Very friendly hosts too.

This is a delightful unit, has everything you need for a comfortable sleep. Off street parking, zero road noise, easy walking distance to Cambridge. Swimming to dip into after a morning walk….this is an excellent unit for a stay.

Very close to other properties,& more suburban than I expected.

Classy, tranquil, spacious. A tucked away gem. Freshly decorated. A lovely lounge to relax in which looked out onto the private garden and pool. Very good quality bed linen. A good coffee machine too.

Everything! Our host was super friendly, our car was safe behind the gates, cottage was stylish and comfortable, and the pool was perfect.

Location was a little further away from Karapiro than we usually stay for regattas but the distance was fine and we liked the quietness of this end of town.

Beautiful property and host Chris; and we really appreciated her bringing a box of toys over for our young one to play with.

Kings cottage I set in a beautiful garden is extremely well presented and very clean. A close drive into town it was the perfect spot for a dinner out with friends

The host was amazing, she had been texting me prior to arriving and gave us very clear instructions. She then met us and showed us around and then left us to it. She was outstanding and friendly and the facilities were amazing!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Kings Cottage is a real gem. Perfectly clean (and I’m real fussy) well equipped, warm,lovely linen on comfortable beds, great lounge suite all in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Separate to main house with a lovely pool which I look forward to trying out next time. Host Chris is warm, friendly and helpful.

A cosy and comfortable cottage that felt like home from home. Lots of thought and care has clearly been put in to make guests feel welcome. It was great to have the two bedrooms and everything you could need in the kitchen. Very comfortable beds and beautiful linen.

Fantastic! Furnished modern, freshly renovated and comfy. Hosts are friendly and welcoming.

Location was very central to Cambridge. The Cottage was immaculately presented and was above expectation. The facilities with a pool, kitchen lounge for the price was beyond value for money. The media package and wifi was all really user friendly. A definite for another stop over.
