Tardaron un poco en contestar algunas consultas antes de que llegaramos, y hay un perro q vive en el mismo piso en el depto de en frente que ladra bastante, nos despertamos varios dias con sus ladridos en la mañana. De no ser por esas 2 observaciones hubiese sido un 10!

El último día se corto la corriente de la zona de la cocina pero a pesar que no pudimos calentar los sandwiches para desayunar estoy segura que si les hubiera escrito para que lo solucionen lo habrían hecho pero no quise informar ya que nos íbamos ese día

The apartment was in a great neighbourhood and was close to the Metro station, within walking distance to shopping centres, restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets. Secure underground parking was provided with direct access to the apartment.

Extremely dirty place, felt like I was cleaning more than relaxing (see attached photos, taken on the day of our arrival), I genuinely do not understand what the 50USD cleaning fee is for. It’s only a small snip of how dirty the place was.. No blackout blinds in the bedrooms. Air conditioning only in living room and main bedroom (wasn’t a big deal for us but for a larger group this would be a problem as the rooms get very hot).

La propiedad tenia insumos básicos que permiten acomodarse y luego salir tranquilos para comenzar la estadía. Nos olvidamos en el departamento unas pertenencias que ya nos avisaron que estaban ahí y están guardadas para ser retiradas. SUPER RECOMENDABLE.

Reviewed Apr 19, 2026Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans ce bel appartement situé proche du métro (ligne principale) et de toutes les commodités. Les chambres sont spacieuses et les lits confortables. Belle cuisine avec îlot centrale. Nous reviendrons :)
Il n’y avait pas de planche à repasser, l’étendoir pour le linge était minuscule et le débit d’eau dans une des salles des bain était défectueux et l’eau était brûlante.

Reviewed Sep 25, 2025El apartamento es excelente! Tiene una decoración muy bonita y el ambiente es muy agradable. Esta muy bien dotado, nos alojamos 6 personas adultas y no nos hizo falta nada. Las camas muy cómodas, los baños muy amplios y muy fácil el ingreso al edificio y el uso del parqueadero.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2025Local muito confortável e novo. Tudo bem decorado e de primeira qualidade. Acabamentos e conforto em todos os locais. Cozinha bem equipada e equipamentos para limpeza de roupas. Os quartos de solteiro não possuem climatização mas não nos fez falta, uma vez que as janelas possuem boa vedação para frio. Acesso remoto de boa qualidade e estacionamento em garagem de muita segurança. Dois elevadores facilitaram o acesso ao apartamento. TV smart e varanda excelente para descanso. Muitos armários e móveis mobiliados.
Internet wi-fi não funcionou. Anfitrião precisa manter uma verificação mais constante dos roteadores. Apoios de banheiro e toalhas estão caindo e precisam de manutenção. Sugiro apoio para malas não ficarem no chão. Precisa de carro para facilitar acesso ao comércio pois o bairro é muito residencial. Pequena padaria na esquina com pães da manhã.

Shower in main bedroom cold and low water pressure and consistent problems with the entry cards and codes. Staff tried to solve the problems with the cards quite quickly.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2025Very safe & convenient location! The host was also very responsive & accommodating - tried their best to fulfil my request for a higher floor unit after they had assigned a unit on the 2nd floor at first.
While the higher (13th floor) unit was beautiful & in almost new condition, there was no aircon or standing fans (unlike in the 6th floor unit we stayed previously)! So it got quite stuffy & hot especially at night with the windows & balcony doors closed. Luckily it was late may with cooler weather - can imagine that it may be unbearable in the summer. The shower areas also had no wall shelves to put toiletries unlike the earlier unit we stayed in.

Reviewed Nov 17, 2024I know nothing is perfect, but this place is, the facilities are brand new and well kept, the rooms are very spacious and everything is luxurious, the staff is always available and they allow you to store your bags after check out. The location is great, it is in the finance area of Santiago so its clean and safe, you have the subway and a small shop close to the apartment, 5 minute walk.
It might be the season, but there’s no AC, which it isn’t often needed in Santiago but for this trip it was getting warm, sleeping with the windows open is a problem because of the street sound and some mosquitoes (the windows have no screens). I will say it is NOT a noisy neighborhood but the sound travels easily, we were in the 8 floor.

We are a group of 6 people staying for a few days there to explore the city and we enjoyed our stay at this apartment very much. Everything is clean and perfect, beddings are very comfy. There is also underground parking provided. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended this apartment if anyone is planning to visit Santiago!! 🙂
Maybe the only thing would be there's no washer and dryer in the apartment, but that didn't bother us much as we were only staying there for a few days.
