皆既日食で宿が軒並み高騰する中、非常に良心的な価格で泊まることができた。部屋は改築されたばかりで清潔。天丼扇風機もある。

Un peu bruyant

The lady who runs the hostal and restaurant was kind and capable. The room was tiny but ok, the bathroom was normal size and the bed was good. Given the perfect location right on the camino and close to bars and shops, the price was good value.

The view to an inner courtyard and the noise of the ventilation system there. But with closed window it was ok and I slept well.

The hotel's location is good – there's a bus stop like a 30 meters from the entrance and there'll be a bus that will get you to Leon (note that this bus is cash only). The room was very clean. The room was small but that's expected. Its bathroom is tiny and that's expected as well yet a bit tough. There's no AC in this room but there's a ceiling fan which does its job pretty well. The internet over wifi was acceptable for chats and casual browsing. Overall this was a decent stay for its price. There's also a cafe on the ground floor of the building but I haven't tried their food.

1. The internet speed was slow for downloading heavy content like offline maps or music\video. 2. The online communication with hotel was absent. They didn't reply to any messages I've sent them via Booking. While I was checking-in they have asked me 'if I have a WhatsApp' (which I don't have) so I believe they expect guests to have WhatsApp to chat with them. Not everyone has WhatsApp! Either provide a notice for guests to have it or don't expect them to receive your messages. 3. The check-in process was not described well. You have to get a key for a room from staff but it wasn't mentioned. Given that I was checking-in very-very late, I am not entirely sure if I was just lucky to find someone in the hotel or they have waited exactly for me or are they presented there all the time. (I've noticed the hotel about my late arrival via Booking but.. see previous point) 4. No one needs a TV in 2026, you better improve your wifi speeds. 5. The smallness of everything is expected here yet there won't be any space between you and the wall when you'll sit on a toilet.

La habitación era muy pequeña y no estaba limpia. No había aire acondicionado y, para usar el ventilador, había que tener la luz encendida. Por la noche, la única manera de no pasar calor era dormir con la ventana abierta, pero había muchísimo ruido. Una experiencia pésima. Es el peor hotel en el que me he alojado.

Booked a 1 single bed room with 15m2 (4m x 3.75m)!!! Got a room with 1 single bed facing the wall and 0.5m on the side and 1m on the footside, corner with table/chair 1m2. NO wifi internet in the room = no internet Ceiling ventilation fan made unbalanced noise. Although the room was paid (money was charged on my credit card), they sent a email with link to pay or my reservation will be void!!!

- Mucho ruido a la hora del descanso por estar ubicado en zona céntrica y sobre un restaurante. - Las almohadas muy altas. - Una de las camas chirriaba cada vez que cambiabas de posición.

Soluzione ottima per i pellegrini del Cammino di Santiago, che ho visto passare costantemente dalla finestra. Io ho utilizzato questa soluzione a La Virgen Del Camino per poter assistere, nella adiacente campagna, all'eclisse del 12 agosto 2026 ed è ottima anche per visitare León. Ho utilizzato solo la camera, senza usufruire di colazione o pranzo/cena nel ristorante sottostante: la camera singola, pur piccola, è molto pulita con ventilatore a soffitto per combattere la calura estiva. Letto comodo e check-in velocissimo. La strada principale può risultare trafficata in alcuni momenti ma le finestre a doppio vetro fermano gran parte dei rumori. Collegamento da e per León (5 km) con il frequente bus M1A con fermata a fianco dell'ostello al costo di € 1,75 da pagare direttamente a bordo.

Service rapide et chambres super propres !! L’ambiance de bar est vraiment sympa. Si vous avez une voiture c’est à 10 minutes de Léon, très facile.

La habitación individual muy pequeña

La habitación totalmente nueva y muy limpia. La cama muy cómoda, no he extrañado para nada la propia. La comida del restaurante muy rica y a buen precio. El personal super amable, con un trato muy correcto y serviciales. A 5 minutos del centro de la ciudad, siempre hay aparcamiento en las inmediaciones. Me ha encantado la estancia en este hostal.

Me dieron una habitación ocupada al llegar, aunque luego me dieron una vacía. Y haría falta una pequeña nevera.

Hostal Central ligt 7km voorbij Leon in La Virgen del Camino. Er is een druk door Spanjaarden bezochte bar en een restaurant bij en het hostal heeft een lift, fijne kamers en goede bedden en sanitair. Uitzicht op de naastgelegen tuin van de kerk.

Je moet als pelgrim wel alert zijn op de siesta, want tussen 16 uur en 20 uur is er maar een beperkte kaart met alleen bocadillo's.

Había sitio para aparcar cerca, y la habitación en si no estaba mal, no hay aire acondicionado pero hay ventilador de techo que cumple con su función

La habitación, y sobre todo el baño estaba bastante sucio. Había pelos, que no eran de la cabeza, en las paredes de la ducha...

La ubicación es lo único que me ha gustado.

Las habitaciones al menos la nuestra con mucho ruido exterior. El almohadón malísimo. El wc súper pequeño, hay que hacer maniobra para poder entrar.

As instalações tinham sido recentemente remodeladas, os quartos eram agradáveis e confortáveis, a menina que nos recebeu era muito simpatica e agradável. O facto de ter o restaurante por baixo do alojamento era muito agradável evitando deslocações.

O pequeno almoço estava incluido mas não estava explicito o que incluia, tivemos que pagar valor extra pelo pequeno almoço devido a essa omissão.

Con 2 grados no tenían la calefacción prendida ni quisieron prenderla ante mi reclamo de que hacía frío en la habitación. Por otro lado, el comedor con el menú es pésimo, no así el bar que está adelante que se pica bien y se desayuna bien.
