The riad was beautiful, the staff were so helpful and friendly. The area was perfect to explore the markets! The breakfast was incredible, couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Lovely property, great rooftop pool (although very small and shallow, you’re not going to be swimming laps), and comfortable room and bed. The crew at the Riad made me feel at home, were so friendly and helpful throughout my stay

Unfortunately, it’s in a very challenging location. If you’re lucky, your taxi will drop you off at the end of a very sketchy road where you can walk down a steep dirt path to get to the entrance. If not, you’re looking at a 20 minute walk through the Medina with your suitcase. After 3 days of walking through Fez, I was really exhausted having to find my way to this location every night.

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad, het personeel is super aardig en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was heerlijk , we hebben echt genoten van de paar nachten in de verassend mooie riad. Ook het terras boven zag er prachtig uit .

Het was een prima verblijf , het is een beetje gehorig maar dat is niet storend.

I liked the double beds, the location but the property is very basic. No real charm or character. It didnt have the overload of tiles and patterns that you expect from a Riad. Breakfast was nice. Water pressure was fine and ac worked well.

So noisy in the afternoon. The staff is so loud, you can never take a nap. The room can use a nightstand or side board to set toiletries etc. one needs a surface to set things on.

Very nice riad in Medina with cozy rooms nicely decorated and a bit of roof terrace. Good, fresh breakfast prepared every morning, not amazing but exactly what you need to start the day. Well positioned to visit Medina. Staff very supportive and responsive, they gave us a nice gift at departure which we really liked as a gesture.

The walls were really thin, you could hear everything from the other rooms so a bit noisy especially when people returning late hours in their room. Also, I had a beautiful room but the bathroom was extremely small with an open shower and limited space to store toiletries or move around.

The property was very clean and exactly how the photos show, location was only 5 mins from the souks. Breakfast was nice every morning with a different twist each time. If you’re looking for an authentic stay this is a very good property for that.

The WiFi wasn’t the best and walls are very thin so you could hear every single noise especially early morning. Also lack of English understanding from host & cleaners. Lighting not the best in the bedrooms either.

Our stay at Riad Lamalika was absolutely amazing. The riad is beautiful, peaceful, and feels like a hidden oasis in the middle of the busy Medina. The moment you walk inside, all the noise from outside disappears A special thank you to the incredibly kind man who prepared our breakfast every morning. He was so welcoming and helpful during our entire stay. He even came to pick us up from the taxi drop-off point and helped carry our suitcases through the Medina, which made arriving so easy and stress-free. Every morning he made us a delicious breakfast with so much care and kindness.

For the last couple of days we stayed at Riad Lamalika, which is a charming little Riad close to the center of Marakesh. There are only a few rooms which makes it homely. The team was extremely kind and helpful with everything we asked for and we couldn't have wished for a better accomodation. The rooms were very clean and beautifully furnished, and the breakfast was Berber style and delicious (also, there were plenty of options to drink)!  It is located inside the Medina, which means it is close to the Souks and the city center, but not directly accessible by car. However, there is a road and taxi stand close by, and the host was so kind to personally pick us up from there and help us with our luggage.  10/10 would definitely recommend

It was spotlessly clean but the best was Hasan. He was so kind to us and helped us with everything. I was also impressed by how quickly they responded to messages and emails.

the road was good. the breakfast was good. the adjacent guests were very noisy. three nights was too long to stay in the Medina. too loud and chaotic

I would have preferred a larger room. The first floor was convenient but I would have liked a choice of floors.

Le wifi a été faible par moment au point de ne plus avoir de connexion.

Een pareltje om te verblijven. In een rustig straatje in de drukke medina. Alles ziet er prachtig uit van kamers tot het dakterras. De bedden liggen heerlijk en we kregen zelfs een hele lieve attentie bij vertrek.

Lovely riad in the medina, with very nice facilities, lovely staff and a great breakfast every morning. The manager was very kind in helping me get a local taxi service as well which we used for the duration of our stay. I would definitely recommend this Riad.

The staff were very nice, and the room was comfortable and clean. They booked a taxi transfer for us which was very nice and had someone show us where it was located.

Schöne Unterkunft, gute Lage.

Sehr kleines Zimmer, Whirlpool auf dem Dach ging nicht. Der Pool ist auch deutlich kleiner als es auf den Bildern rüber kommt. Kein Zimmer Service, Handtücher würden in 6 Tagen nicht einmal gewechselt

We Stayed 6 days in this Nice Riad. The beautifull riad offers you a nice room with a good bed, lovely breakfast and a very nice service. To explain the latter, we want to give a shout-out to one of the most friendly Guy we have ever met. He is warm kinded older man that makes you a lovely morocan tea, puts on Some yoga music to create a relaxing vibe and who helps you with everything. We told him that we had booked an airballoon in the early morning and he guided us throug the city at 5am without even asking him! And many more of those little things…

+Kommunikation und die Abholung vom Flughafen haben super funktioniert +Alles war sehr sauber und hübsch eingerichtet +das Personal war sehr freundlich +am letzten Tag wurde uns das Frühstück extra früher serviert, damit wir pünktlich abreisen konnten

La qualité du Riad, le calme, l’atmosphère, le décor, la gentillesse du personnel sur place, un cadre apaisant et magnifique, la sensation d’être hors du temps une fois à l’intérieur.

We loved the riad! It was peace and quiet in a city that can be very busy. The location was perfect, we walked everywhere. The staff was super nice, it was clean, the breakfast was great and we used the transfer from and to the airport. Thank you for taking good care of us!

La tranquilidad

Au delà du charme évident de ce Riad, le personnel est au petit soin, parfaitement flexible et à l’écoute. Nous avons été accueillis avec un thé à la menthe.

Super nette Gastgeber!!! Per WhatsApp gab es einen sehr guten Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin, die auch jederzeit Tipps und Kontakte lieferte, damit man sich wohl fühlt und alles in Marrakesh perfekt genießen kann! Zum Abschied gab es dann auch noch ein Geschenk zum mit nach Hause nehmen. 😊 Sehr coole Lage, mitten in der Medina! Mit dem Taxi kann man nicht direkt zum Hotel fahren, wir wurden jedoch beim Taxistand abgeholt und zur Unterkunft gebracht. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und umfangreich! Und mit sehr netter Bedienung!

Leider flutet die Dusche das Bad. Ist nicht so ungewöhnlich für Marokko, aber gibt schon viele Unterkünfte wo dies anders geregelt wird. Nach innen hin sehr laut, aber auch dies ist in Riads nicht ungewöhnlich. Von Außen hört man keinen Lärm. Die letzte Gasse, die zum Riad führt ist etwas eng und dunkel, wir waren zu zweit (2 Frauen) und haben uns gemeinsam aber nicht unwohl gefühlt.

Красивый стильный риад с приятной музыкой на фоне, вкусные завтраки, очень приветливый персонал, который всегда старается помочь и угодить клиенту. Говорят только на арабском и французском, но у нас не возникло проблем с коммуникацией. При выезде подарили небольшой подарок. Спасибо!

Не хватает света в номере. Во время нашего проживания был сильный ветер и все двери номеров сильно скрипели, прямо как в фильме ужасов.

The place was absolutely gorgeous, decorated beautifully. The host and all of the staff were lovely and so welcoming. The location was great, as it was close to the souks and walking distance to pretty much anything within the medina. We had a great stay here and recommended to anyone!

The Riad was lovely, great location, lovely people - clean and welcoming.

Walls quite thin and building was a sound box there happened to be a pair of really noisy guests in the next room who came in late and were chatting and laughing well into the night.

Ein wunderbares Riad, ein ganz tolles Frühstück, ganz zuvorkommende und tolle Mitarbeiter, Ein großer Dank an Hassan und die beiden Damen, die auch so ein tolles Frühstück jeden Morgen gezaubert haben. Es riecht so schön in diesem Riad und eine leise Musik läuft, man fühlt sich wunderbar geborgen. Hassan ist sehr hilfsbereit, Taxis werden organisiert, man wird am Taxitreffpunkt abgeholt, alles sind so sehr bemüht und so freundlich. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und möchten uns für alles herzlich bedanken. Ariane und Antonia

De rust die je ervaard de hulp die je krijgt van de man die daar werkt en de administratie doet was heel te vreden met het verblijf zeker kom ik nog een keer terug dankjewel voor de gast vrijheid.

We loved everything! The Riad was beautiful so tranquil. The owner and staff were really friendly, helpful and hospitable. It felt like home. The breakfast was truly delicious 😋 The bed was really comfortable with layers of toppers and memory foam pillows. The decor is so beautiful, everywhere you look there is something interesting to look at. The roof terrace was comfortable and ☀️ sunny. Good location, near to our favourite part of Marrakech. Communication was brilliant from start to finish. Felt reassured before arrival that they were expecting us!

Ci é particolarmente piaciuto l’arredo, la tranquillità e l’atmosfera del riad sono molto belli. Il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile (anche se non parla inglese). La colazione abbondante e ricca. La posizione é comoda per la visita della medina (sebbene sia in una via secondaria).

Le camere sono piccoline (ma non era una sorpresa dal momento che é ben segnalato al momento della prenotazione).

La atención del personal ha sido excelente, Hassan nos recibió y nos sirvió un té con pastas de bienvenida y un detalle como regalo. Desayuno muy bueno y completo. Decoración e instalaciones excelentes. Este Riad sin duda nos ha enamorado.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme de ce Riad ainsi que le personnel.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. I was welcomed on arrival with a cup of mint tea. Breakfast each morning was varied with good portion sizes. The riad was a quiet haven away from the intensity outside in the old town. Staff were so kind and generous, I felt like I was staying with a family for a few days, they even gave me with a gift bag to take home with me. Highly recommend staying here.

Slightly tricky to find the riad when I arrived. Make sure to use Google maps. Its only really 1min walk from the post office if you know where you're going.

We had a lovely stay at Riad Lamalika. From the moment we arrived we had a warm welcome from Simo. Rooms are super clean and nicely decorated. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, all the staff and Hassam were nice and friendly. Totally recommended staying here!

De kamers waren héél schoon, eten super lekker, maar vooral de mensen maakten het goed. Super vriendelijk. Mijn mama voelde haar niet zo goed en ze hebben direct geholpen. Hassan wandelde mee naar het restaurant op dag één omdat we de omgeving nog niet kenden. Top riad! Vrij klein, maar super persoonlijk en alles wat je nodig hebt.

Très bon séjour dans ce Riad superbement décoré ! L'endroit est paisible, calme et le personnel aux petits soins 🙃 il y a même une baignoire balnéo sur le rooftop de l'hôtel ! Je recommande cet endroit

L’accueil absolument chaleureux de de Mohammed, Hassan, Fati et (oups un trou) qui sont prêts à queer à tout instant! La déco magnifique, les odeurs de parfums délicieuses, la calme, le respect, la beauté, la gentillesse. Le fait d’être un tout petit peu à l’écart des souks tout en étant proche. Un peu bonheur ce lieu. Je recommandé chaleureusement! Aussi terrasse intime avec bain bulles et transats … peu de chambre donc très convivial!

Es ist wirklich ein wunderschönes Riad, so liebevoll eingerichtet und alles sehr sauber. Der Besitzer sowie Hassan und die Frühstücksdamen sind unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Hier findet man die Ruhe von der doch etwas stressigen Medina. Vielen Dank nochmals für die schönen Tage.

Le lieu est magnifique et calme très proche du cœur de la médina et de la place Jeema El Fna. Odeur à tomber. Le personnel est au petit soin et d’une extrême gentillesse. Merci à Hassan, Simo et aux deux jeunes femmes en cuisine. Petit déjeuner complet et excellent et différent chaque matin.

Rien mais une idée d’amélioration serait de proposer des bons repas le soir au Riad pour être au calme de la médina et profiter du Riad.

Hassan and the other staff members, who prepared breakfast and cleaned, were wonderful, always making an effort to meet our every need. Hassan would take us outside to guide us through the narrow streets until we were certain of our destination (a restaurant or taxi pickup location, for example). The hotel, although small, was beautiful on the inside, well-appointed, and maintained a distinctly Moroccan atmosphere. In an area that is quite noisy, one or two streets over, this hotel is as quiet as could be. Additionally, breakfast was excellent, and the service was always perfect.

Like most of the "riads" in the Marrakesh medina, they are not easily found, and not always on an accessible street for a taxi. We would have benefited from knowing the location of a convenient drop-off place, from which we could then be met or easily walk on our own to the Riad Lamalika hotel. After several wrong turns - using Google Maps - we found our way. There is also much outside the hotel that needs repair and improvement, but nothing that made our stay less pleasant than it was.

The Riad was exceptionally clean, beautifully located, and we felt genuinely taken care of throughout. Hassan truly is the soul of the place — warm, attentive, and always there with a smile (and mint tea anytime!). The host goes above and beyond to make every guest feel at home, and the ladies prepare a delicious breakfast each morning. Highly recommended!

Hassan, the guy on site is fantastic. Even though he doesn’t speak any English, he did everything in his power to make my stay perfect. The rooms are clean, and the terrace is very pleasant.

Within the Medina, the location actually isn’t good at all, and it was unpleasant to walk by myself alone, especially after dark. The property managers were responsive on WhatsApp but absent at the property. They campaigned for 10/10 reviews which really doesn’t sit well with me.

Hassan was the best! He welcomed us at the car drop off, escorted us to / from the property, and made sure our stay was care free. He provided a very warm welcome and pleasant stay. The breakfasts were very nice and the staff was very attentive. I appreciate the property arranging the airport transfers which was a nice help.
