L’appartement est très propre, bien équipé. La résidence est calme et bien sécurisé. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et avons même prolongé d’une nuit supplémentaire. Les propriétaires sont très réactifs si vous avez des questions. Je recommande ce logement ☺️

Lieu commun (ascenseur et couloir) un peu délabré.

Perfect Location with amazing view - (21st floor) .... It is a very very nice apartment with all that is promised in the advertisement. The host is very polite and accommodating. We recommend strongly - we enjoyed the 4 days there very much

-View from high floor is great - check in instructions easy and communication with the host was good

Cleaning of the property really needs to be improved, especially the bathroom

salle de bain poussiéreuse et cheveux sur les toilettes dans la petite chambre, il ne fait pas compter sur le matelas sous le lit qui est une véritable planche de bois : impossible de dormir dessus!!

В туалете очень плохо пахло канализацией, запах был даже в одной из спален! Не было мыла в кухне и в туалете

Easy access, with security. Parking. Nice views, clean and comfy apartment, with all you need. Very quiet.

Nice flat with an exceptional view! Hot water. One bed was comfy while the other not so much. Private parking space. Full kitchen and big fridge. Washing machine. Easy to get to and safe.

One bed was hard as a rock and the room didn’t have A/C which made for a warm night. Would be nice if the kitchen came with a few useful condiments such as salt & pepper. Nowhere to hang clothes to dry outside as it’s on the 21st floor. Nice place for the price tho.

It wasnt very clean.

All things seem to be black or grey, blanket, tower, bed sheet, pillow cover, I know it is easy to maintain, but also easy to cover if it is dirty.

-Host is friendly and helpful. -Provided 1 car parking lot at level 3 and visitor parking can park (but 1st come 1st served) -Provided fridge, Coway water dispenser, washing machine, water heater, TV box. -2 room and sharing bathroom.

-Did provide access card for driving out (but is not working) and in the premise need ask guard to open. (but so far guard is ok)

Great big room with a gorgeous view of Sandakan Bay, clean, almost luxurious, great value for the price

We were aware when we booked it, but there isn’t really any where within safe walking distance to eat out.

love the view and the buildings structure very nice, safe, easy to find and look rich. Very Comfy and Quiet Place !! Near to Ikan Bakar Sim Sim.

The view was lovely. Also the air con and water purifier was a highlight

There wasn’t really much place to hang clothes for them to dry after washing. Used a few of the hangers that were in the place but a proper drying rack would be nice. So we didn’t have to have clothes all scattered about.

The apartment is comfortable. Fully equipped. Clean and well maintained. Located outside a center but with Grab is not a issue.

Lack of night lamps for reading.

The property itself was fantastic. Very clean and also very spacious. We only stayed for 2 nights which was perfect. The apartment was easy to access and secure. Netflix was also available on the tv which was great. Would definetely recommend for 1/2 nights.

We didn’t venture out into the nearby area much as we just used this as a place to stay while visiting sepilok, however I’m not sure that the nearby area had much to offer outside of the odd local restaurant.

The dedicated parking is a covered parking and convenient. You need a car to travel conveniently around Sandakan. Both airconds are cold. Great sea view from the unit. Has a water filter, refrigerator, and washing machine.

This unit has 2 rooms, but only the main room has aircond, the other smaller room does not have aircond. The two airconds are in the living room and the main room. The 2nd room has a fan and needs to open the door to get cold air from the living room. This unit has one shared bathroom only. So, the master bedroom does not have a dedicated bathroom. This shouldn't be a problem if you are traveling with a family, but may be a problem if traveling with mixed-gender friends or 2 different families.
