In winter an extra standing heater would be even better,the fan heaters were not effective at all.

The room was spacious and very beautiful. Loved how the kitchen had everything to make our stay comfortable. Everything is well thought of, we stayed in tent 1 with a private pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend it

Wil je een onbezorgde vakantie waarbij alles geregeld wordt vrij van telefoon, wel langzame wifi, in een omgeving die zo uit een natuur documentaire komt of uit een plaatje van het paradijs, boek dan deze accomodatie. Wat een omgeving. En wat het nog meer bijzonder maakt is dat het personeel alles doet om je te ontzorgen. Wil je meer kampvuurhout hebben of wil je meer kolen hebben dan kan je een berichtje sturen en ze komen het brengem. Wil je avondeten of een braai pakket ze komen het brengen. Wil je een ehiskey of cocktail ze komen het brengen.

Aangezien je in de natuur leeft kan het fris zijn in de tent en kan er een spin ztten. Maar dat isnjuist de charme van deze plek. Je bent 1 met de natuur.

Eigenlijk niets, misschien een paraplu was helemaal af geweest. Maar wij hadden de pech misschien dat het regende

Breakfast was fantastic in a beautiful setting - great value for money! Dinner was spectacular! The accommodation was amazing - decor perfect. Zuannette is a fantastic hostess.

We stayed in the spacious family unit. Ultra luxurious. Magnificent river & rock formations. The family unit can accommodate 8 adults and 6 children. Fire pit and fully equipped kitchen. We hiked the waterfall trail which was easy for young children.

The entire experience is just stunning: the surroundings, the beautiful curated and enormous tents, the delicious food…but what really stands out are the exceptionally professional, motivated and engaged hosts Zuanette, Arman and Mikaela. They make you feel extremely welcome and sought after. Words can hardly describe how outstanding they made our experience. Hands down the best hosts we ever had

The tents are super luxurious and stunning, and have everything you need. The staff were excellent and detailed from check-in to breakfast to services. It was a very special stay and would highly recommend it for couple's that want a breakaway that is isolated, in nature, as well as beautiful and peaceful!

Only concern was paying for breakfast that i thought was included in the accommodation (my fault) costs....cause i checked the establishment site but booked via bookings.com Still enjoyed my stay and planning the next trip already.

It was magical. The tents are luxurious and beautifully designed. So peaceful, surrounded by nature and next to a stream. I only wish I didn’t stay for one night, and had a few days here to fully experience.

Just need to be careful with the road to the property. if you don’t have an suv car, I wouldn’t recommend it driving yourself, But they do offer a pick up service which I would definitely do if I was going back.

That no network, Tv and no alcohol is sold so you can connect with true self without any distractions

The place is beautiful and serene. Our tent was by the river and the sound of water flowing marinated us in our sleep.

The fact that we only booked for two days and not the whole week😹. We loved the place😍👌🏾.

If you are looking for a relaxed and quiet retreat and want to disconnect, this is the place. Absolute privacy and impeccable views. Our sleeper tent was right next to the river, which you can relax and sit by the river bank. The tent is so spacious with all the facilities you would need for your stay. Amazing staff that are a text away to assist. Cleaning took less than 30 minutes, and could request it at your own convenient time. The food at the restaurant was delicious and you sit under the open sky which was refreshing. Overall an amazing experience and I would definitely visit again.

If I could give this place a 11/10, I would. The only thing that’s better than the property itself is the chef. Every meal left us in awe. I also enjoyed the little chats with the staff, they made it feel like home. We had a Really amazing, therapeutic time here. Kudos to the team.

We definitely enjoyed our stay in Mbizane. The place exceeded our expectations, the staff is very friendly and the tents is very elegant and cozy. We totally loved being there. We will definitely be visiting again. We have already started recommending the retreat to friends and family.

The WIFI connection in the tent was horrible though. We had no connection the whole time. We could only get connection from the reception area which sucked.

We loved our luxurious bush escape! The interior of the tent is stunning and the attention to detail is impressive. The staff, Charlene and Anè, were amazing - so kind and welcoming. Since the place is self catering we had our own braai (charcoal, wood and lighter provided) on most days but on the days that we ate from the restaurant, the food was incredible - we thoroughly enjoyed every meal. A Spa would be a great addition to the place, hope the owners consider it. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend it. Worth every cent!

Mzibane was an absolutely wonderful stay—my only regret is that we only stayed for one night! I proposed to my fiancée at their stunning waterfall, which is reached via a short, scenic hike through a breathtaking forest landscape. The team went above and beyond to make the experience unforgettable, surprising us with a romantic setup when we returned to our tent. A huge shout-out to Zuanette and her incredible team for their exceptional hospitality. This place is truly magical, and we can’t wait to return soon!
