Reviewed Aug 19, 2026The location is very quiet, safe and private. We loved the fact that we were surrounded by nature. The location of the property was close to beautiful walks and the local village which is on the harbour and has a couple of restaurants and bars.
Whilst no property can be perfect, I think it would be very difficult to improve on what was provided here. We had enough bedding and towels etc and it was spotlessly clean.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026sehr schönes Haus in gut 20 Min. Fahrzeitentfernung von Larvik, ruhige Lage umsäumt von Bäumen, Terrasse mit Stühlen und Grill (auch als Feuerstätte nutzbar). Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter, unkomplizierter Check-In, Parkplatz vor der Tür. Auch später Check-In wäre kein Problem gewesen (Schlüsselbox). Wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt kommt man an verschiedene Stellen zum Fjord (Fels oder auch kleiner Strand) bzw. zu einem See (durch den Wald), der auch zum Baden geeignet ist. Der nächste Supermarkt ist nur 5 Min. entfernt, die preiswerten Supermärkte (Rema 1000 oder Kiwi) erreicht man nach gut 15 Min. Fahrzeit. Es gibt einige Wanderwege vom Haus aus nach Molen oder auch durch den Wald in der Nähe.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026E’ un luogo meraviglioso, immerso nel verde di una frazione in mezzo al bosco e vicinissima a una spiaggetta nascosta ma stupenda. I letti erano superlativi, le stoviglie bellissime, il terrazzino di mattina ha una luce semplicemente magica.

Die eine oder andere Kleinigkeit fehlt in der Küche. Wir wollten kochen und backen und haben vermisst: Suppenkelle, Mixgerät, Auflauf- bzw. Backform - dann wäre es perfekt. 😀

Reviewed Aug 21, 2025Gastgeber sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unterkunft sehr sauber, liegt sehr idyllisch mitten im Wald. Man kann zu den Fjorden spazieren gehen. Eine schöne Ruheoase. Offene Feuerstelle eignet sich hervorragend zum Grillen und Chillen.

Reviewed Jul 31, 2025Really gorgeous surroundings / nature. 5 min walk to a secluded beach. Close to town with good facilities. The house itself is really clean and cozy and comfortable. I highly recommend going here. Owners are super nice and friendly people that make you feel very welcome.

Dersom man skal bo der må sommeren er det greit å vite at det ikke er ac, ingen mulighet for å låne vifte og det er tykke dundyner i sengene. I hovedsengen var det i tillegg dobbeltdyne. Så på de varmeste dagene ville jeg ikke bodd her.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2025Mooi en luxe huisje in charmante omgeving. Van alle gemakken voorzien en stijlvol ingericht. De hosts voorzien je van te voren met fijne info over wat te doen in de omgeving. Prettige en rustige omgeving. Beetje luxe badplaats vibes.

Reviewed May 12, 2024Location is great, next to the fiord and hikes along it. Also cafes and supermarkets are 5 min drive. The house is very nicely built and designed. Full of windows, has grill on the patio, and everything you might need in a kitchen. Easy parking! Hosts are superhelpful and very nice people. Easy to reach.
