Kiitos majoitus oli erinomainen. Edellisen viikon majoitus vastaavassa asunnossa oli myös erinomainen. Tässä asunnossa oli myös parveke. Voin suositella.

Ottimo appartamento, dotato di tutto il necessario per una vacanza rilassante. Pulitissimo al nostro arrivo. I gestori molto disponibili a spiegare via messaggio sia come arrivare che dove parcheggiare.

Avendo soggiornato in estate avrei preferito delle tende oscuranti che arrivassero a terra e che bloccassero davvero la luce del sole di mezzanotte.

The apartment was very clean and had absolutely everything we needed — cookware and dishes, as well as everything necessary for the shower. You can literally just move in and feel at home. The location is great, practically in the city center — no more than a 15-minute walk — but at the same time, it’s very quiet at night. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you so much! 😊

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ μεγάλο , με πολύ ωραία θέα .

Pobyt oceniam jako dobry jednak czuję się nieco wprowadzona w błąd przez nazewnictwo oferty. ​Mieszkanie było czyste i zadbane, co zawsze doceniam. ​Wnętrze było urządzone schludnie, widać, że właściciel dba o higienę i estetykę. Zlokalizowane w bardzo spokojnej okolicy. Do centrum 15 min spacerem.

Słowo "Delux" w nazwie sugeruje wysoki standard, przestrzeń i odrobinę luksusu. W rzeczywistości jest to małe, jednoizbowe pomieszczenie, w którym wszystko (aneks kuchenny, łóżka, stół) znajduje się na niewielkiej powierzchni. ​Gdyby oferta nazywała się "Przytulna kawalerka" lub "Kompaktowe studio", opinia byłaby wyższa. Nazywanie bardzo małego pokoju apartamentem luksusowym buduje u gości oczekiwania, których ten obiekt po prostu nie jest w stanie spełnić. Dobre miejsce na krótki nocleg, jeśli zależy Ci tylko na czystości i lokalizacji. Jeśli jednak szukasz standardu "Delux", którego spodziewasz się po nazwie – tutaj go nie znajdziesz.

The room is comfortable and clean, location is good, close to the city centre, grocery stores are within the walking distance. A kitchen and lift add to the convenience of the stay.

Хочу отметить очень гостеприимную хозяйку этих апартаментов 🫶Очень вежливая женщина и очень было чисто ,комфортно и размещение объекта очень удобно практически в самом центре .Нам разрешили заехать раньше без доплаты (с учетом что по всей Финляндии в основном берут много денег за доп.услуги,ранее заселение,белье и уборку)это единственное место куда хочется возвращаться т.к.хозяйка Тина ❤️сделала все возможное ,чтоб нам было комфортно и удобно и отдых получился на ура 🙌 Рекомендую именно эти апартаменты в городе Рованиеми 🙏есть место для 3х человек все очень чисто ,встретят душевно и остается очень приятный осадок от прибывания именно здесь ❤️Спасибо большое Вам Тина вы чудесный человек от Бога 🫂хочется возвращаться к вам 🫶

Тепло, чисто, уютно и абсолютно новенький ремонт и сам дом 🏠 Хорошая локация, в 10-15 пешком минутах есть все. Очень продумано и налажен процесс заселения и выселения. Замечательно провели время. Спасибо 🙏🏻

Clean and cozy interior, with a host who responds promptly—even during the night.

It would be better if there was a washing machine, making it convenient for guests staying for a few days. But, it may be a challenge with the limited space.

We had a great time staying here. The apartment was nice and clean. It's located close to the centre (a 15 minute walk) and close to a bus stop, which is very convenient.

The apartment is super cozy, has a nice design and spotlessly clean. Stocked with everything needed during the stay, even shower gel, oil and salt. I stayed with my 9-year-old, and he didn't want to leave from it 🙂 Location is on a quiet street, food stores are within walking distance and there is a nice lunch buffet in Korundi Culture House nearby. Tiina is a wonderful host, she provided advice whenever needed and even thought of getting my son a sledge with a blanket ❤️ Kiitos paljon for making our stay so amazing! If we return to Rovaniemi, I would choose to stay here again without any hesitation 😊
