Reviewed Sep 3, 2026I was not able to use the facility, it was cancelled ahead of time after i confirmed reservations due to earthquake june 8, under renovations, supposed to use it aug 20-22,2026 , However, i was charged by Booking.com for hotel i didn’t use! I am asking refund from Booking.com please email me @teterbc99@gmail.com I have no way to contact booking.com when i try to reply to their link it says * NOREPLY* tab I am frustrated with booking.com

Old carpet and old damp smell in common area upstairs. My room's water heater was not functioning, and the errand/cleaner boy was asked to check on it. They said sorry and there was no attempt to remedy the situation, like transfer me to another room with functioning water heater. When I arrived, there were clumped hairs on the edges of the bathroom floor, meaning the cleaner mopped without sweeping the hairs off first.

部屋の大きさに比べて小さいのか、若干エアコンの利きが良くなかった。 夜使えたシャワーヒーターが朝は突然使えなくなった。 朝食は３in１のインスタントコーヒー付ですが、ブラックやジュースを選べた方がより良い。

the beddings are worn out and in need of good laundry… the bed sheet was bad (brown color) and looked dirty. there is no elevator and we were booked at the 3rd floor - is so inconvenient if you have luggages… no hot shower though the reception said so… slow if not totally non existent internet. their price is competitive but hope they can improve more particularly though at 1500 the bedsheets and providing floormap for the bathroom.

I had asked for a room on the 2nd floor and was told that wouldn’t be a problem. This was for when I would be returning to the hotel for the second part of my stay, three weeks after my initial stay. Upon arrival I was given a room on the third floor yet again. Not a big deal, but my knee had been bothering me when I had initially arrived.
