La persona que me atendió en el front desk muy lenta, no le paso mi pago y la persona que la sustituye me trato como sino fuera a pagar, y me quede esperando 3 veces mas de 15 minutos que me abrieran la puerta para poder ingresar al hostal.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026Realizamos una reserva por la plataforma y al llegar nuestra habitación ya estaba ocupada, el personal no tenía la menor idea de una solución expresándose con palabras no adecuadas, se nota que no están capacitados para atención al cliente el TV de la habitación casi no funcionó, toallas rotas. Veníamos de un viaje largo cansados y en verdad nos cobraron tal cual la tarifa apesar de todas las situaciones. Salimos a buscar un hotel cercano y no fue posible. Deben mejorar muchas cosas para que sea un lugar óptimo para recibir huespedes.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026En general, la estancia fue aceptable, pero hay varios aspectos que deberían mejorar para ofrecer una mejor experiencia a los huéspedes. Lo que más me incomodó fue el ruido desde muy temprano en la mañana. El personal de limpieza comenzaba sus labores haciendo mucho ruido y moviendo equipos o carritos en los pasillos, lo que se escuchaba claramente dentro de la habitación e impedía descansar. Sería recomendable que tuvieran más consideración con los huéspedes que aún están durmiendo y organizaran la limpieza de una manera más silenciosa. También considero que la atención en recepción podría ser más cordial. Un trato amable siempre marca la diferencia en la experiencia del cliente. Por último, solicité la factura en varias oportunidades y nunca me fue entregada, a pesar de haberla pedido repetidamente. Es un aspecto administrativo que deberían mejorar, especialmente para quienes viajamos por motivos de trabajo.
Un aspecto que considero muy preocupante es que el hotel cobra los impuestos correspondientes, pero no entrega la factura, a pesar de haberla solicitado en varias ocasiones. Como huésped, espero recibir el comprobante fiscal por los cargos realizados. Esto es especialmente importante para quienes viajamos por trabajo y necesitamos respaldar nuestros gastos.

Dostaliśmy pokój z wielkim oknem - ale zasłoniętym roletą automatyczną która nie działała więc cały pobyt musieliśmy żyć bez okna. Dostaliśmy tylko jeden czysty ręcznik na 2 osoby na 3 dni

Reviewed Jun 9, 2026The room was spotless, the location was excellent, and the check-in process was very easy. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again due to the noise levels and the lack of consideration from the staff regarding guests who were trying to sleep.
I am a light sleeper, but this was beyond normal city or hotel noise. I woke up almost every hour throughout the night. There was always something happening: the receptionist watching videos loudly, staff having conversations in the reception area, guests arriving and speaking loudly, or noise coming from the hallway directly outside the room. The walls appear to be very thin, so you can hear almost everything. While I understand that guests may not always realize how much noise they are making, I was particularly disappointed by the staff. At 2:07 a.m., the receptionist was watching videos loudly enough that I could clearly hear them from my room. I also mentioned twice that I was unhappy with the noise levels, but it did not seem to be something they were concerned about or willing to address. That level of disregard for sleeping guests was very frustrating. I also found the afternoon receptionist unfriendly and uninterested in helping guests. When I asked whether a hair dryer was available, she simply checked and said no, without offering any assistance or alternatives. If noise does not bother you, this property may work well for you, as the rooms are very clean and the location is convenient. However, if you value a quiet environment or are a light sleeper, I would not recommend staying here.

The staf was consistently surly, especially the morning receptionist, Maria. The tiny bugs crawling around the desk appeared to be termites. At least they weren't bedbugs. No towels, no hangers. Other than the desk, which I needed for work, there was no place to put anything down except the floor. I'm not sure if they overcharged me because the difference between the confirmed price and the price they charged may have been taxes. There was no explanation or receipt to let me know. And the other thing was they asked for a deposit by bank transfer, which was impossible because I don't have an account in Colombia and I booked it from in-country. They sent me an automated text that implied it wouldn't be necessary with a flexible reservation like mine. Just to be sure, I texted them two days in advance to explain that I would pay in cash when I dropped off my bags the morning of my arrival. Not only did they never reply to that (I got the impression they don't read their texts on the booking platform), but I got a rather snarky WhatsApp message from the manager, Mustafa, at about 7 am on the day I got to town threatening to cancel my reservation. I hauled my stuff across town unsure whether I would even have a room, so of course it slipped my mind to insist on a receipt. They would have had to do very well to shake that bad first impression, and they didn't.

En el momento de hacer el check out la recepcionista me recibió las llaves y fue a ver como estaba la habitación. Y luego sí todo OK me dijo. La verdad vergonzoso ese detalle, para qué revisarla? No es suficiente con el precio que pagué para que confien en mí? Es la primera vez que me hacen esto en un hotel, obvio me dió rabia. Entiendo que depronto en el pasado haya gente que se robe cosas, pero enserio me vió cara de ser capaz de robarme las toallas o los controles del tv/ac? Es una faltota de respeto, lastima, porque me hubiera gustado volver en mi siguiente visita a Medellín.

lastimosamente el ruido se cuela facilmente a la habitación, desde una misa en el piso de abajo, hasta en la madrugada la limpieza y la música del personal de limpieza, no es culpa de ellos... las puertas no son insonorizadas... lo mejor es llevar tapones de oidos para dormir.

Hay mucho ruido, la gente entra y sale a altas horas de la noche y se escucha muy duro todo lo q se habla en las otras habitaciones, seguro por la ubicación la gente tiene mucha actividad nocturna por lo cual NO ES UN HOTEL FAMILIAR, no hay ventanas, y no hay fácil acceso (rampas o ascensor).
