家族風呂に入りましたが、時間制限があるけど熱すぎて水を足しても子どもはほぼ入れず…。そして家族風呂の所にある、かなり年期の入った赤ちゃん用のお着替えできる台？を使わせて頂きましたが、ホコリまみれで持ってきたバスタオルを敷いてからではないと怖くて使えませんでした。そろそろ買い換えていただきたいです…

近隣がソープ街。近隣温泉施設がダメ。残念な別府感。素泊まりでしたが 素泊まり料金としては期間宿泊先では最高値。素泊まり料金を一人〇〇円から、一部屋〇〇円に切り替えるべき。

夜、就寝時の常夜灯の電球が切れていて、使えませんでした。 ドアが重くて、開閉が大変でした。

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026小さい子ども（3歳と1歳）連れでの宿泊でした 和室で布団で寝れたので安心して寝れました。 シンプルなお部屋だったので、物を壊したり、怪我したりする事もなく快適に過ごせました。 また、子供用の浴衣やスリッパ、枕など準備してあり、ありがたかったです！
低い位置の窓が二重ロックになっていれば、もっと良かったと思いました。

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026ツーリストルームに宿泊しました。2階のラウンジにお茶やお水、コーヒーが置いてあって24H楽しめます。漫画も読み放題です。 立地がよくトキハ百貨店や北浜バス停も近いの便利。竹瓦温泉まで浴衣で行ける。 温泉は掛け流しで少々熱め。たぶん42〜43度くらい。朝食がいろいろなものを少しづついただけるので嬉しい。 スタッフの皆さんは親切で、早く着いたので荷物を預けるつもりでいたら、お部屋の用意ができているのでお部屋に案内していただけました。臨機応変な対応、ありがとうございました。
全体的には清掃が行き届いていて素晴らしいです。が、湯船に長い髪の毛が何本か入っていて手に絡みついた時にはゾッとしました。たぶん髪をまとめないではいる人がいると思うので注意書きがあるとよいですね。海外からいらっしゃる方も多いので、多言語対応がよいと思います。 ツーリストルームの鍵の開け閉めの音が結構大きいので夜中にトイレに行かれる方の音で何度か目が覚めました。施設の問題ですので仕方ないですが次に鍵を取り替えるなら、静かなのがよいと思います。

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026・徒歩圏内にコンビニなどがあり、別府を散策するには素晴らしい立地です。 ・駐車場到着後、係員に「はい」と無愛想に名簿の紙を渡された時は不安になったが、フロントの方はとても丁寧な接客で安心しました。（近年は外国人が多く英語が伝わるとは限らないので、名簿の紙を渡して指差し確認するというマニュアルになっているのかもしれません。） ・貸切風呂が50分500円でした、家族でゆっくりできました。 ・予約の段階で一歳の子どもがいることを伝えていましたが、それに対する配慮（部屋に子ども用のハンガーや枕が準備されている、貸切風呂に子ども用の簡易ベットが準備されている）に心が温まりました。 ・朝食は利用していませんが、遠目から見る限り値段以上で美味しそうでした。次回は利用したいです。
・和室と窓側のスペースを区切る障子が撤去されていたので、子どもが寝てから窓側のスペースで電気を付けて過ごすことが難しかったです。 ・網戸がなかったので、窓を開けて換気するのを躊躇しました。 ・窓パッキンのカビが気になりました。 ・出庫する際、車にコバエがたくさん付いていました。（空気の流れが悪い場所なのでしょうか？）

Nous avons pu tester les onsens de l'établissement et le personnel était vraiment très gentil. Le dernier jour nous avons pris un petit déjeuner japonais. C'était une super expérience.

Reviewed May 22, 2026お値段がお得な上に、泉質が良く、朝食付きでしかも美味しかった。大浴場（1階）は広く、貸切風呂は小ぢんまりしていたが気持ちよかった。 施設は築年数がかなり経っている感じだが、掃除など行き届いており、清潔感があって気持ちよく過ごせた。トイレも温水洗浄便座にリフォームしてあり良かった。 スタッフの方もにこやかで対応が丁寧だった。朝食会場にいた、女性（日本人）スタッフの方が朝食の説明が細やかで（朝挽きたてのコーヒーや、干物の焼き方の加減など）素晴らしいと感じました。外国人スタッフの丁寧な接客にも好感が持てた。周辺の飲食店の地図を手渡してもらったので、とても参考になった。
建物が古いのでしょうがないが、部屋の床（畳）が沈む場所があった。部屋の浴室は昭和感溢れるタイル貼りのもので、少し怖かった。壁が薄いのか、近くの部屋や廊下での話し声、物音、旅館の外の音がとても響いた。

Reviewed May 12, 2026A M A Z I N G If you stumble upon this ryokan and youre thinking if you should book or not - the answer is YES. Beppu is a really great place and we had a lot of fun not only because of the great city itself, but also because Nogami Honkan was really awesome to stay in. The staff is super nice, the private onsens are really great especially with friends and family, and the public baths are really good as well. Highly recommend

思ったより古かったのと、駐車場が何台か分しかなく当日空いてなかったので隣のコインパーキングに停めた。 朝食がちょっとイマイチだった。

Reviewed May 5, 2026The ryokan is located at a walking distance from the station. The staff were really helpful and welcoming. The public area on the second floor offers a manga area and a dining area. There are coffee and tea available at all time. The room was of a good size for a person and a great value for money. The public Onsen was really nice, a bit too hot for me but great anyway.
There is no window and maybe for this reason the room smells a bit and needs to be ventilated. The room is built in a Japanese style with sliding doors so you can easily hear everything outside.

Breakfast was a bit confusing (having to cook your own fish and tofu) and not super appetising but an interesting experience!

Reviewed Apr 30, 2026L’emplacement est très bien, tout près de la gare. Le personnel est très accueillant et professionnel. Tout est prévu si vous voulez acheter à manger et manger sur place. Le onsen est très bien et vous pouvez fréquenter le plus historique onsen de Beppu, un batiment remarquable, a 30 secondes du ryokan. Petit déjeuner à la japonaise très copieux.
Les futons sont un peu raides.
