Nous avons passé un excellent séjour d’une semaine dans cette villa. La communication avec l’hôte a été parfaite du début à la fin. La villa est très bien équipée, propre et confortable. Son emplacement est idéal, à quelques pas de la plage Je recommande sans hésitation et je reviendrai avec plaisir

Mooi en erg ruim

Wunderschönes großes Haus mit viel Platz. Herrliche Dachterrasse mit überdachten Bänken zum Entspannen und Frühstücken. Netter Innenhof mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Tisch. Esstisch, überausgestattete riesige Küche, alles da was man brauchen könnte, sogar Stabmixer, Filterkaffeemaschine etc. Backrohr, Herd, alles funktioniert und ist top in Ordnung und blitzblank. Das ganze Haus ist blitzsauber, Dusche ist abgetrennt vom WC mit einer Wand, eine Seltenheit in Marokko. Badezimmer bleibt trocken, perfekt. Heisses Wasser mit gutem Druck, WiFi, bequeme Betten. Sehr viel Platz auch für eine Großfamilie, wir waren nur zu zweit da. Perfekte Lage sehr nah am Strandzugang, schöner Aussichtsplatz, Tiefblick zum Meer und Beach. Ruhige Lage, kaum Verkehr, keine Hähne! Ort fußläufig erreichbar bzw schnell mit dem Auto, kein Problem mit Parkplätzen. Viele Möglichkeiten spazieren zu gehen.

Die Abreise

Die Villa ist sehr angenehm, die Lage, 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. In das Centrum geht man 12 Minuten. Der Vermieter war stets erreichbar. Als am Abend das Gas ausging, hat er sofort reagiert. Die neue Gasflaschen war nach 40 Minuten angeschlossen und das trotz Ramadan. Alles bestens.

Die Küche ist toll ausgestattet und die Lage ist wirklich nah beim Strand. Der Kontakt war sehr sehr nett. Vielleicht der größte Pluspunkt. Außerdem gibt es einen Wasserfilter, was echt toll ist.

Die Dachterrasse ist riesig und eigentlich toll, hat aber kaum Ausstattung. Es gibt keine Liegestütze oder sonstiges und Reparaturarbeiten sind nicht fertig gestellt. Der nicht überdachte Innenhof ist zwar toll bei Sonne, bei Regen aber richtig blöd da man nur mit nassen Füßen in dir Küche und von dort wieder in den Essbereich kommt. Die Villa ist insgesamt recht dunkel und hat keine Heizung. Ich schätze mal im Sommer ist das von Vorteil.

Lovely space. Really clean and comfortable, plenty of area indoors and outdoors to relax. Very close to the beach and only 20 mins walk into the centre.

A wonderful, large, comfortable Villa in the Ideal location. Moulay was extremely helpful, friendly, patient and professional throughout our stay. The cleaning staff were excellent too. We already knew the area well, so knew it to be quiet and relaxing and perfectly placed for the town and beach. Both of which are a short walk away. The villa was well equipped and had everything we needed. We were so pleased with both the villa and Moulay, the host, that we've already re-booked for next year.

Not a thing to dislike.

Good location - quiet and close to the beach. The village is at a 20 minute walk or 5 minutes by car. Plenty of space. Washing machine available and working. Good for a family stay.

There were some minor issues which Moulay helped us resolve. (There was no liquid soap / dish washing liquid / shower gel, but that seems to be the case everywhere in Morocco; we wrote Moulay about it and he made sure it was delivered to us at the door, in the same evening)

Great space .. loved the roof terrace which was a great place to catch some sun. Comfy sofas to lounge on and beds too.
