Reviewed Aug 24, 2025The area is very lively and there are parties in the neighborhood that go on until the late night/ early morning but as someone who’s not a party girl, it didn’t bother me at all. The property is clean, the staff are very kind and attentive. I would stay here again. I would just recommend that they put irons/ironing boards in the rooms.

Reviewed Feb 7, 2025The staff at the hotel is excellent especially the concierge greeter Andreas. The upstairs and rooftop I would say large jacuzzi it's not an actual pool but it is wonderful and the view is to die for. Overall the rooms are immaculate and have a nice little kitchenette. If you want to and want to be around good night life and laurels and not the main downtown in Medellin book this place.

Reviewed Dec 16, 2024We stayed at Factory Lofts for 5 nights. The room was modern and good equipped with kitchen utensils, soap etc. It’s a good location in Laureles as it’s close to a lot of nice restaurants and brunch places. The staff were very friendly and spoke both English and Spanish. The cleaning was however not good, a lot of dust and hair from the previous guests. We ordered an extra cleaning during our stay but the results were the same. If you however want a quite place to stay this is not the place as it is VERY loud from the streets below, but if you are ok with that and have ear plugs the place is a good option. A great plus is that you could use the washing machine for free.

Reviewed Oct 6, 2024I would consider returning to factory lofts on my next visit to Medellin. The staff and the facilities were very nice. I was a little challenged with the bed being made up of two twin mattresses but this was not a big deal. Also there is a little bit of noise in the morning from the locals that tend to congregate before they go to work. I visit Medellin a lot in this is a nice place to stay.

Reviewed Sep 27, 2024Top Adresse in Medellin.
