La habitación no cuenta con buen aislamiento…escuchamos todo lo que pasaba en la habitación de arriba, que era un grupo grande con un perro. Muy incómodo. Además, la habitación no cuenta con llave y la puerta sólo se abría con tirar una cuerda :(

Reviewed May 12, 2026Excelente ubicación si van a hacer trekking, el personal es amable, nos esperaron aunque nos retrasamos para el check-in. La habitación es equipada lo que puede resultar ideal para grupos.
LLegué con mucho frio porque me agarro la noche en la montaña y estuvo fuerte tener que bañarme con agua fria porque no se llega a calentar el agua de la ducha, por el precio pagado esperaba al menos una ducha caliente XD Aunque para la mañana cuando ya hay sol no esta mal. Hay que tener en cuenta que se escucha todo lo que habla el resto de los huespedes por lo que no pude dormir tan temprano como quería.

Reviewed May 5, 2026O local é muito bonito, com belas vistas e próxima as montanha. O dono é muito simpático e prestativo. A cozinha era bem equipada e tinha muitas colchas para a cama.
Poderiam caprichar um pouco mais na limpeza. As vezes um carro trava o outro no estacionamento. O chuveiro, apesar de quente, era um pouco fraco. Não tinha um lugar para colocar o sabonete dentro do box do chuveiro.

Reviewed Apr 16, 2026it provides a fair one night stay to continue traveling in the area. the place has a kitchen and a table to prepare your own food. there is a small store at walking distance to buy empanadas and basic groceries.
Even thought the owner asked us to send a message 15 minutes before arrival, we still had to wait for 20 minutes in a pretty cold environment and communicate further before someone showed up to show us our room. The room was cold as well, the beds were uncomfortable and there were no towels provided. The place is a low standard hostel for the price of a 3-star hotel. I appeared that profit seems to be the sole drive for the owner.

Reviewed Feb 13, 2026Nada que rescatar, no hay ningún tipo de servicio, por tanto, en general, no hay nada que pueda gustar de ahí.
Salubridad, higiene, restos fecales en en papelero y baño, bichos minúsculos y sospechosos en la cama, en general no pasa por mi experiencia o expectativa, el tipo encargado reconoció lo que detallo.

Reviewed Feb 18, 2025Owner was great and welcoming, A+++ 10 +++ stay. Beautiful rustic setting. Parking directly out front. Nice kitchen area. Very quiet setting for sleeping. Good hot water. Nice large clean room. Again the owner was warm and welcoming.

Reviewed Feb 10, 2025The host was wonderful! Very warm and accommodating with our late arrival. The space is simple and rustic but exactly what we needed for getting a good night's rest just outside the entry to the Monumento Morrado, where we were trekking the next day. Perfect for trekkers, backpackers, etc. The host made sure everyone kept the noise down, in a nice way, so that the grown ups could also get their rest without offending the younger group. We also enjoyed the view in the morning and having breakfast on the sunny front porch.
Not a complaint at all but just be aware this is a more like a refugio -- a little room with limited electricity, rustic bunkbeds (with ample warm covers) and tiny kitchen to make your breakfast. It was a little tricky keeping a steady stream of hot water going continuously in the shower as the calefont worked but was a little touchy.

There are no towels so be sure to bring it with you. Also not the owners fault but be careful there are additional costs that are not visible at first in Booking!

Reviewed Apr 9, 2024Great location for anyone who wants to go hiking. Very friendly and helpful host. Booked room with a private bathroom which also had cooking facilities that was perfect for a short stay.
Overall a very nice stay. Only minor things could be improved to make it an excellent stay, like essentials in the kitchen (now only salt was available), and towels in the bathroom. Even for hostels I expect the latter when a room with a private bath is reserved. This has also been my experience at other places in Chile. But, again, minor issues. Would be happy to stay here again.
