Reviewed Jul 23, 2026Siisti, hyvin varusteltu asunto. Selkeät ohjeet ja nopea vastaus.
Heinäkuussa asunto voi olla kuuma. Vieraillessamme kelin ollessa viileämpi (ulkolämpötila alle 20) lämpötila pysyi ok-tasolla kun nukuttiin tuuletusikkunat auki. Silloin liikenteen melua kuuluu jonkun verran joten herkkäunisen kannattaa ottaa korvatulpat.

Reviewed Jan 10, 2026The place was clean and tidy. There was a grocery store very near to the building. Also, it was very easy to get to bus or tram because the apartment was in a very ideal place.
I tried a lot to get into the building using the code provided, but it was not working. There should be other options as well for convenience.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2025Tilava kaksio, josta löytyi kaikki tarvittava. Vaikka asunto sijaitseekin kauempana keskustasta, julkisen liikenteen yhteydet on hyvät (esim. raitiovaunupysäkki lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä). Ohjeet sisäänkirjautumista varten olivat selkeät ja viesteihin vastattiin nopeasti.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2025Sijainti oli hyvä, ratikalla pääsi kulkemaan helposti keskustaan ja asunnon vieressä oli kauppa, jossa pääsi helposti asioimaan. Sauna oli mukava lisä asunnossa. Asunto oli korkealla eivätkä liikenteen äänet häirinneet majoitusta.

Reviewed Jul 28, 2025Muuten kaikki ok,mutta yllätyin että kerrossänky sijaitsi komerossa. Niin pieni huone. Jos olisi pitänyt ovea kiinni olisi tukehtunut. Onneksi oli viileä sää. Nukuin olohuoneen sohvalla,en komerossa. Sohva oli oikein hyvä. Ystäväpariskunta nautti makuuhuoneen sängystä.

There was a bit of construction around at the time, so it could get a little loud during the day. But once construction is done should be nice and quiet and the area is beautiful although not very close to the center of Tampere.

Not enough plates and chairs for 5 people. The smaller bedroom was VERY small and without an window.

Reviewed Feb 22, 2024Beautiful view from the 10th floor, open horizons, excellent sauna for a small apartment. Great sheets. Parking under cover, so no need to scrape any snow from the car. Even though walking distance from the tram if you don't have car and on weekends the trams are running basically nonstop. Supermarket next door for your basic needs. We arrived a little earlier and it was OK. Perfect stay overall. Would definitely recommend for others.
