Very, very difficult to find, there are NO signs so it took me and my friend a long time trying to find the location, the address on this booking also is not accurate and will take you the completely wrong direction

Smell of the cigarettes was terrible. Shower door could not be closed so all was wet.

The location of the apartment building was great, there are restaurants nearby, and it's a short drive to the busier areas.

The rooms were a little dusty. We booked 3 rooms, one room had a lingering cigarette-smoke smell, even with the ventilation and air-purifier, the smell wouldn't disappear. The other room had water dripping from the bathroom ceiling (which was quickly fixed by the staff).

Great location. There was a washing machine in the room. It was possible to open the window.

There were cockroaches in the apartment! It's terrible. Also there weren’t any plates, spoons, knifes. There was a smell of cigarettes.

Quite modern apartment with plenty of amenities included. Nice, modern building and on a high floor. The view from the window was great, and it would be greater if the windows were cleaner, both inside and outside.

Although the bedsheets and the bathroom were very clean, the rest of the apartment wasn’t.

The cleaning staff came in my room while I was out and threw away souevnirs... I had a toy bad that I was saving as a souvenir for mywife, and it was sitting on the desk. THey threw it away + 2 Pingu smaller bags. None of these were in the trash and they chose to take them anyway. The actual cleanilness of the apartment wasn't great, with SO much small hair everywhere. Under pillows, at the base of the bed, on the window seat. I didn't complain because I had low expectations already since I was on a budget and this wasn't a high-end high-rated place, but them throwing away my things and then when I complained they told me they saw them in the trash - lies. The young girl at the front desk tried to make me feel better by giving me a 6$ USD apology, but this was just not acceptable. Super dissapointed that I won't be able to bring back those things from my trip to China. Would never stay here again. I do not trust the staff.

I don't like to give bad reviews. No sleep because the people in the room above me made noise all night, all of which could be easily heard. The hotel staff didn't even attempt to talk with the people above. They couldn't change my room, and gave me 0 refund. The room had a bad smell too. Very poor service.

Quiet, great movie selection, thoughtful staff, some eateries just below the building and a local village night market across the roads. It’s good if you’re visiting Nanshan and BaoAn areas. A little far if you’re spending more time in Futian or Luohu area.

There’s no shelter in the 10 mins from train station to the apartment. So check weather and bring umbrella if it’s raining!

Location and comfort is great. They come change your towels every day which is awesome. There is also a washing machine so taking care of what we need is very easy.

There was someone smoking in one of the rooms above or below us and we could smell that through the shower drain on a couple of days. Probably not regular, but wasn't pleasant.

The staff were fantastic—helpful, kind, and ready to assist with any request or issue. The hotel is centrally located in Nanshan, with taxis and a metro station nearby. Starbucks, McDonald's, bubble tea shops, coffee shops, 7-Eleven, and a spa are all conveniently close.

Some of the rooms had a strong musty smell, but the staff promptly addressed this by offering to change our rooms. However, only providing one room key was disappointing, as it meant we couldn't access the room separately when needed.

Excellent location: La Cesar pizza and McDonald's only a few steps from the door. Two KFC locations within walking distance (they have good breakfast) and within convenient walking distance of two subway lines.

They charged my card twice and it took over a month to resolve but eventually everything was sorted out. Just be careful...
