Sehr einfache und direkte Kommunikation. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und die kleinen Extras wie Obst, Wasser und Süßigkeiten haben gezeigt, dass die Gastgeber wirklich einen guten Sinn fürs Detail haben. Mit dem Bus 7A war es sehr bequem und einfach in die Innenstadt zu kommen.

Der Duschvorhang war etwas kurz, was dazu führte, dass das Bad nach dem Duschen sehr nass war.

Het appartement ligt aan een drukke weg, maar daar merk je verder niet zoveel van. Onze elektrische fietsen konden gestald worden in een afgesloten ruimte, maar er was daar helaas geen mogelijkheid om de fietsen op te laden. Je moest de batterij mee naar boven nemen en daar opladen. Bij onze fietsen is dat helaas erg lastig. De buurt heeft niet zoveel uitstraling. Er is veel parkeergelegenheid achter het appartement. Wij vonden het appartement klein, donker en erg warm, ondanks de mobiele "airco"/ventilator die op de kamer staat. Verder heeft het appartement wel voorzieningen zoals een was-droog combinatie, strijkplank en strijkijzer, 2 pits kookplaatje, wasrek etc. Helaas kun je niet buiten zitten. Dan moet je beneden in de grote gezamenlijke tuin gaan zitten. Op loopafstand is een groot winkelcentrum. Veel gezellige eetgelegenheden vonden wij daar echter niet. IMI Sushi aan de Roskildevej kunnen we wel aanbevelen voor degene die van sushi houdt. Maar we hebben er een prima week gehad. We zijn elke dag met de fiets naar Kopenhagen geweest en hebben veel van de stad gezien.

De badkamer is echt heel erg klein en als je onder de douche vandaan komt, is alles nat tot aan het toilet. Een (schuif)douchedeur op de vloer zou dat probleem wellicht kunnen oplossen. Wij vonden de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding wat minder. Vanwege de locatie en de beschikbare ruimte vonden wij het appartement best duur.

Although it is a little farther from the city centre (you will need a City Pass Large), the public transport connections are very good – bus 7A runs directly from the Central Station and takes about 25 minutes, or you can take buses 151 or 200S from Rødovre Station (trains to the city centre run every 10–15 minutes). The room was clean, spacious and nicely furnished, located in a quiet neighbourhood. We particularly appreciated that the kitchen was well equipped with tea, coffee, oil, salt, sugar, etc., which was a very nice touch. We were also welcomed with some fruit and bottled water. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. There is also a TV and a washing machine, although we did not use them. The owner waited for us to arrive and hand over the keys, showed us everything and was very helpful and accommodating. There are several shops just a short walk from the accommodation. Outside, there is a garden with a barbecue area, shared by the whole house. However, during our week-long stay, we did not see anyone using it.

The only drawback was the bathroom. The sink is very small, and the shower curtain is thin and too short, which means that after every use of the sink, and especially after taking a shower, you have to mop up the floor of the entire bathroom.

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber! Idealer Standort für Gäste mit Fahrräder(E) nach Kopenhagen Zentrum 6,9 km und guter öffentlicher Anbindung bei fairem Preis- Leistungsverhältnis! Aufmerksamkeiten wie Süßigkeiten, Obst, Kaffee und Tee, sowie Wasser!

Leider ist das Waschbecken nach der Modernisierung des Bades zu klein geraten und dazu noch der Spiegelschrank über dem Waschbecken wegen dessen Größe noch unvorteilhaft angebracht! Rasieren, Gesicht waschen und Zähne putzen daher äußerst unbequem und schwierig!

Net appartement, compact maar wel alle benodigdheden zoals keukentje, badkamer en klein zitje in loggia. Rustig doordat het aan de achterzijde van het appartementencomplex zat. Gemakkelijk gebruikmaken van OV omdat de bus voor de deur stopt.

Appartement pratique avec de l’espace, une petite cuisine et au rdc. Arrêt de bus à 50m et un garage pour les vélos. Une laverie possible en sous sol proposée par le loueur. Un vrai accueil du propriétaire, en présentiel, pas de boîte à clé mais un véritable échange. Panier d’accueil avec fruits, eau, thé , café…. Parking pour la voiture.

Plaque de cuisson un peu haute, loin du centre ville (30 minutes à vélo et 35 minutes en bus.

Een nette kamer, compleet. Fietsen konden goed opgeruimd worden.

Friendly & helpful. Everything you needed included. Comfy bed. Bus stop outside the door, packing at the back. Whilst on a busy road, it was quiet as looks out the back onto garden.

Thick curtain in the bedroom but didn’t shut out the light from the balcony which makes sleeping difficult if light sleeper.

Very hospitable owner. Quiet neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. Easy access to public transportation. Variety of grocery stores and cafes nearby.

We had an excellent stay! The apartment is located in a quiet area, which made for a peaceful and relaxing visit. The space was beautifully furnished, clean, and well-maintained. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and tranquil getaway. :)

Everything was perfect :)

Everything was perfect. Good quite location, by bus easy to travel to the center. A little bit more things than normal in the apartment, for example coffee, chocolate, biscuit fruits. The late check in was also okay. In some minutes by walk 3 different supermarket.

I didn't notice anything bad

Heey. I come from Slovenia. Great, there was no traffic noise. Very calm. Nice welcome, with fruit, coffee, chocolate, free fast Wifi. Clean towels are provided. Very pleased, I recommend myself for the next time.

Maybe a bigger TV :=

Mr. Bayar is a really nice guy. He make sure everything is fine and upto mark. The apartment is really clean. We Enjoyed our stay.

1.Shopping was convient, there is a shopping center near by here on one side, and NETTO market, KFC on the other side. 2.Come to train station only 15 minutes by walking. 3.Quiet and clean of the department. 4.Host was very nice, would like to provide some things you needed.

There is no bedside light switch to turn on/off the lamp.
