Tolle Lage, tolle Vermieter, wir hatten sogar frische Blumen in der Wohnung.

Durch die Straße manchmal etwas lauter.

Netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin, das Appartment ließ keine Wünsche offen. In der Küche war sogar Öl, Kaffee und Gewürze.Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Lage traumhaft..nur wenige Meter zum superlangen Sandstrand..quasi einmal über die Straße.

Die Hausnummer sah man nur im Hausflur. Da musste man von außen etwas suchen.

Appartement chaleureux, très bien équipé avec tout le nécessaire pour commencer son séjour ( produits d’hygiène, café, thé,…), proche de la plage et du centre-ville. Propriétaire sympathique.

Perfekte Lage. Nette, unkomplizierte und stets hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Parkhaus (gebührenpflichtig) vor der Türe. Strand perfekt.. Infrarotsauna verfügbar.

Helle Wohnung mit tollen Betten. Parkhaus direkt gegenüber. Sehr kurzer Weg zum Strand.

Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss direkt an der Straße. KleineTerrasse zum Innenhof. Die Kaution muss in bar hinterlegt werden. Das Sofa im zweiten Schlafzimmer macht den Raum sehr voll.

Sehr nah am Strand gelegen, alles notwendige vorhanden und sauber. Alles wie beschrieben

Eine Möglichkeit, Fahrräder sicher und regenfest unterzustellen wäre wünschenswert

Die Lage und die Ausstattung haben mir besonders gut gefallen

Gute Lage und nahe Parkmöglichkeit im Boulevard-Parkhaus zu moderaten Preisen. Gut ausgestattete Küche und herzlicher Empfang mit Blumen und Snacks.

Tolle Ferienwohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir wurden von der Gastgeberin Petra mit Blumen und einem Korb voller Leckereien überrascht. Total schön. Die Wohnung liegt gegenüber vom Strand, der sehr schön ist. Das Zentrum, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in direkter Umgebung.

Im zweiten Badezimmer gab es leider kein WC.

De locatie is perfect. Winkels en het strand zijn letterlijk om de hoek. De faciliteiten zoals een vaatwasser, wasmachine en droger en de vriendelijke host waren ook zeer prettig.

Klein puntje van aandacht is dat de gordijnen niet heel goed verduisteren waardoor het vroeg licht wordt in de slaapkamers

Location was fantastic, Property well appointed with good facilities. Comfortable stay. Great host who was very helpful. Easy walk to beach, town and restaurants.

The extra sofa in one of the bedrooms crowded the room. Better located elsewhere. General kitchen utensils could be better thought out.

We loved Petra's apartment for its excellent location, well-equipped amenities, and possibilities to store bikes. The proximity to the beach and walking path made our stay very enjoyable. Despite being on a main street, the apartment was quiet. Additionally, Petra provided one of the best customer service experiences, always available to answer my many questions. Thank you, Petra, for an amazing experience!

The apartment has all you need. It is like a home away from home. It has excellent sound proofing, even though it is on the street level and next to one, there was hardly any noise coming from outside. The living place was clean and tidy and Petra was very responsive in helping, very much appreciated. There is also a supermarket just a couple minutes walk down the road, with several restaurants there too. Petra has also made some recommendations on dining places. Secured underground parking is available just opposite the apartment. We paid for weekly parking due to the length of our stay, otherwise, pay by use as usual.

a strong night wind blew through the bathroom vent into one of the bedrooms, but in summer it can be an advantage :) sometimes the wifi didn't work

The location, in a small nice town, next to a beautiful beach. The apartment is very well designed, decorated and cared for.

Just a small suggestion: microwave (but everything else is there, and of great quality).

Fantastic location across from the beach. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms including a sauna! Many good restaurants are less than two blocks away. Very responsive and gracious host. Walk three blocks to a bus to Leiden, where you can catch a train to anywhere you desire.

The weather was not cooperative.

Extremely nice, spacious and clean apartment just around the corner of the Boulevard. Petra ist a very nice and helpful landlady. Not only does the apartment feature just about every amenity and equipment imaginable, it is also absolutely tastefully and high-quality furnished. Just a side note: (Darkening) blinds/ curtains in the living room would be advantageous, but since this luxury apartment is brand-new, this might just be a matter of time. We absolutely loved Katwijk and the apartment, my family cannot wait to come back!

A fantastic apartment with all the right facilities at the beach and in the centre of Katwijk aan Zee. Step out the door, turn right and you are on the breach, step out the door and turn left and you will find yourself in the vibrant heart of the old town with various shops, cafes and restaurants.

Pleasant, well-equipped and clean apartment. Very good location close to the beach and underground parking. Very friendly and helpful host.

Everything fine, except one of the two bathrooms that was a bit difficult to get warm.

great service, owner was so so nice and very helpful. very nice location, public transport is very convenient. close by car park is great option this place is amazing and all family was delighted to stay there for 11 days this place have everything what you need 😎👌🏻
