Розташований у мальовничому, тихому місці, безкоштовна, приватна парковка. Таке враження, ніби приїхав до бабусі з дідусем😊 персоналу не має, отримали вичерпну інструкцію та вказівки на пошту. Чисто і затишно, повністю укомплектована спільна кухня, затишна вітальня, ми просто закохалися у панорамне вікно, поруч ліс.

Фіранки у нашому номері були з дірками, треба щось брати від комарів, якщо хочеш провітрити кімнату

La pensión se encuentra en el medio del campo, un lugar muy tranquilo...

No hay servicios ni comercios cerca, nadie te espera, llegas cansado y tenés que adivinar qué habitación te corresponde, dónde podés comer, nadie te informa, y si no tenés internet o señal, prepárate para adivinar todo... "qué manera fácil de ganar dinero sin preocuparte por los clientes"...son muy prácticos, pero también poco serviciales......NO VOLVERÉ!!!

Our room and private bathroom were clean. Self check-in was nice as we did arrive quite late. Shared kitchen was well equipped and clean and also had a dishwasher. Lots of shared space to eat your meal. Free parking. Well worth the cost

One of us had an issue with the mattress being too soft :))

Kuchyň bylo podle instrukcí možné používat jen do 20:00, když jsme si v ní ale po stanoveném čase ohřáli večeři (přijeli jsme pozdě), nikdo nic nenamítal.

Great experience. Clear check-in instructions smooth our late arrival. Nice rooms and the view was the best. Lovely toiletries basket down stairs which can be used by the residents.

Tiny suggestion to have a clearer outdoor sign for the house name. As we arrived in dark and it was a bit challenging to check are we in the right place.

The location, the host, the food all was excellent, we will definitely come back, thank you for the grand experience as that was our first trip to Austria.

Ohne jedes anwesende Personal sehr effizient über das Internet und Mails organisiert. Eine richtige Alternative zu den wegen der hohen Personalkosten kaum mehr leistbaren Hotels. Die Pension hat zu wenig Zimmer, um von ständig anwesendem Personal wirtschaftlich führbar zu sein. Ideal, wenn man nur eine Nacht schlafen möchte. Deswegen gab es auch kein Frühstück.

I received contradictory information about how to get in, and when I pointed this out, I only received an arrogant response. The house smells bad, the room is dirty and run down: the curtains are torn, there are insect carcasses on the carpet, dust on the furniture, the bathroom is moldy, the shower is broken, the mattress is old and worn out. The common areas also need some cleaning. We only stayed for one night.

Sehr unkomplizierter Check-In und Check-Out. Preis-Leistung ist super. Die Räumlichkeiten sind älter aber sehr sauber. Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer war sehr schön!

Jó elhelyezkedés, jó ár érték arány. konyha felszerelt, szoba tiszta. Nagyon hangulatos szállás, kellemes meglepetés volt.

La posizione è eccellente per girare la zona di Salisburgo. La struttura è immersa nel verde e da lì partono dei sentieri nella zona circostante. Le camere sono carine, con armadio. L'atmosfera è semplice ma accogliente.

Consiglio di illustrare meglio alcuni servizi, ad esempio la possibilità di ordinare la colazione o il cambio asciugamani, scoperti per caso. La possibilità di accendere il camino esterno è carina ma non tiene conto degli alloggi al pian terreno ai quali può arrivare odore di fumo (tenut o conto che d'estate è necessario tenere le porte aperte).

Jedna lednice pro mnoho lidí . Není lednice na pokoji , hodnotím mínusově. . Na přespání super . Neumím si představit delší pobyt . Divný zápach . Jinak krásné . Postele super . Čistota také .

Málo židliček na balkonku. Boj 4 lidi na tři židle jsou málo. Pokoj 3a2 ale jinak super.

La vista es impresionante. La casa es hermosa y cómoda. Fue fácil llegar y un plus es el estacionamiento incluido. El staff contesto siempre con mucho respeto y rapidez a mis consultas por chat.

Chúng tôi yêu thích tất cả mọi thứ nơi đây, Khách sạn sạch, đẹp, đầy đủ mọi thứ, dụng cụ bếp và khu ăn uống chung sạch sẽ lịch sự. Phòng ở sạch sẽ ga gối chăn rất sạch. Khung cảnh xung quanh cũng thật tuyệt vời.

Vos įėjus į prieškambarį pasitiko stiprus smarvės kvapas, atsidarius nurodyto kambario duris, radome suverstą lovą ir dušo rankšluosčius panaudotus. Susisiekėme su nurodytu kontaktu ir papasakojome susiklosčiusią situaciją, paprašėme gražinti apmokėjimą ir patikinome, kad mes paliksime patalpas, tačiau pasiūlė mums kitą numerį, kuris kambarinės buvo sutvarkytas, visgi numeris buvo taip pat prasmiręs, likę prakaito dėmės lovos apmušale, bandėme ir toliau kalbėtis dėl pinigų gražinimo, tačiau sulaukėme atsakymo, kad jei atšauksime užsąkymą pinigų neatgausime, tad likome išsimaudyti ir miegojome automobilyje.

Der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert!

You can only reach the host electronically and it’s just a small guesthouse, so I was initially a bit skeptical. But communication was perfect — the host took care of everything even though he’s in another country. On the arrival day at noon the house’s electronic control failed, including the electronic lock. He quickly arranged for us to get access and gave clear, easy-to-follow instructions. By the next morning everything was repaired. You don’t always get that level of service, even when the owner is on site. The rooms aren’t new but are well maintained, tidy, and large enough so you don’t have to open suitcases on the floor (on my picture you do not see the whole room). The common areas are lovely, the kitchen adequately equipped, and the garden — including seating — is excellently kept. (do not expect modern and new furniture though - I do enjoy old yet valuable things). Everything was not just fine but cared for with attention to beauty and detail. One night later I paid almost double at a hotel and got less. Thank you, would happily stay again!

on the negative side I've found peanuts only: the guest fridge with drinks is so small there wasn’t a single beer; no wine drinking glasses available; the Wi‑Fi password wasn’t written down so I had to request it in the chat (and received it fairly quickly) So why then no 10 points? It is because the view, however fine, does not offer view to big mountains you can enjoy from some other accomodations. Other than that: full recommendation.

Labai graži ir rami vieta poilsiui. Nors apartamentuose yra nemažai nuomojamų kambarių, bendra virtuvė, valgomasis ir svetainė buvo patogūs naudotis. Švarą vertinčiau maždaug 7 iš 10. Prie namo yra jauki vieta pasėdėti lauke, kas suteikia papildomo jaukumo. Bendrai viešnage likome patenkinti.

공동 거실의 뷰가 좋았어요.

방에서 최소 10마리 이상의 bug를 잡았어요. 파리, 거미, 날파리, 커다린 모기처럼 생긴 징그러운 곤충까지. 청소상태가 극도로 안 좋았어요. 호텔이라고 해서 입실했는데 아무도 없고, 전화를 통해 방번호를 알려줬어요.

Velmi příjemné místo! Pokoj byl čistý, postele pohodlné, k dispozici byly ručníky. Trochu nám chyběly židle, ale vůbec to nevadilo — ráno jsme si dali kávu na dvoře s krásným výhledem na hory, a bylo to skvělé. Paní majitelka je velmi milá a ochotná, dovolila nám pozdější odjezd, abychom se mohli vyspat — za to jí patří zvláštní poděkování. K dispozici je kuchyň se vším potřebným, takže si můžete i vařit. U domu je také parkování, což je velké plus. Klidné a útulné místo pro odpočinek od městského ruchu. Rádi se vrátíme a doporučujeme!

Room and bathroom were spacious and clean, host was helpful and gave all the information clearly, house is equipped with appliances if you need to prepare food and drinks. There is a parking space. A bonus is a nice view of the surrounding mountains.

We highly recommend this guesthouse! Everything was exactly as described, or even better. The room was clean, quiet, very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The hosts responded quickly to every question and made our stay completely stress-free.

Znakomity kontakt z właścicielem, bardzo czyste pokoje, zadbane części wspólne, uroczy ogródek, gdzie można wypić kawę, bezproblemowe zameldowanie o każdej porze oraz miejsce parkingowe. Wyśmienita stosunek ceny do jakości. Polecam zarówno po drodze jak i na dłuższy pobyt.
