Die Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich...

...leider war unser Zimmer sehr dunkel (ein winziges Fenster) und insbesondere die muffige Bettwäsche fühlte sich mehr aus- als einladend an. Außerdem gibt es in der verwinkelten Dusche kaum Licht und die Unterkunft fühlte sich insgesamt nicht besonders sauber an. (Die Kissen ohne Überzüge lagen wohl schon unter vielen Menschen und Hunden, auch die Handtücher rochen muffig, die Kombination aus altem Gemäuer und hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit sorgt sicher für Schimmel, der ließ sich der schlechten Beleuchtung wegen aber nicht direkt wahrnehmen). insgesamt leider enttäuschend.

Super außergewöhnliche Ferienwohnung, gestaltet mit liebevollen Details und toller Umgebung für Sightseeing und Wandern. Empfehlenswert mit kleinen UND großen Kindern.

La ubicació és bona per a visitar la zona. Tanmateix, un dels problemes és la pròpia ubicació, just davant de la carretera amb trànsit constant.

La realitat de l’apartament (no la de les fotos) és francament decebedora. Instal.lacions antigues, falta de manteniment, insonorització molt deficient. No us el recomanaria pas.

Die Betreiberin war entzückend und sehr bemüht.

Das Apartment war relativ gut ausgestattet. Mir waren die Lichtverhältnusse etwas zu dunkel bzw. düster, aber das ist Geschmacksache. Da es auch für Haustiere zugelassen ist, hat unser Apartment ziemlich nach "nassen Hund" gerochen, was schon einmal sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig war. Das Haustiere erlaubt sind, hab ich bei der Buchung nicht gesehen, mein Fehler. Die Matratzen waren viel, viel zu dünn für diese Art von Bett und eher schon durchgelegen. Der abgestandene Geruch der ?"frischen"? Bettwäsche war sehr unangenehm. Die Innenflächen der Kästen waren sehr staubig und im Grossen und Ganzen fand ich das Apartment nicht sauber bzw. hygienisch. 2Tage Aufenthalt waren völlig ausreichend.

Sehr freundlich die Gastgeberin! Sehr putzig alles eingerichtet, liebevoll arrangiert, gleiches auch mit dem Frühstück, das am Tablett zur gewünschten Zeit wie von Zauberhand einfach vor der Türe steht😅🤩! Dankeschön!

Vyborna poloha u cyklostezky, nedaleko plaz, Melk a dalsi zajimava mista. Velmi sympaticka a ochotna pani majitelka. K dispozici kava, caj, hygienicke potreby. Kola je mozne uschovat uvnitr.

De superlieve gastvrouw ,je voelt je gelijk welkom. De accomodatie is smaakvol ingericht met leuke details. Kunt gebruik maken van fijn balkon (het was bijna 40c) Dank je wel nog voor het zeer uitgebreide ontbijt

I have to say that I really liked the cottage's rural decoration. It was clear that a lot of love and effort had gone into creating its cozy atmosphere. It felt authentic and charming. The owner was also very polite and friendly, and we got along very well. As a welcome gesture, we were offered a nice drink on the terrace, which we really appreciated. Considering the price, the cottage has a lot of potential if the hygiene issues are addressed.

Unfortunately, the accommodation had several issues that significantly affected our stay. The first thing we noticed was a strong musty smell, as if the walls were damp. We initially assumed this was simply because the cottage was old and rustic, but the smell was present throughout our stay. The cottage also did not match the photos. The listing makes it look bright and airy, but in reality it was much darker and felt stuffy. It seemed that the photos had been edited to appear much brighter than the actual interior. We were traveling with our baby and had requested a baby cot. Unfortunately, it was broken and could not be assembled, making it unusable. It also had the same musty smell as the bedding, so we would not have felt comfortable letting our newborn baby sleep in it. The towels, bed sheets, bedspread, and even the spare bedding stored in the chest all smelled strongly of dampness, as if they were unwashed for a long time, or had not dried properly or had been stored in a humid place. After showering, the smell from the towels even remained on our skin. Unfortunately, the owner was no longer available when we discovered this, so we could not mention it. The bathroom sink was extremely small, causing water to splash everywhere during normal use. It also never produced hot water, even after letting it run for a couple of minutes, while the bathtub did have hot water. The outdoor sofa on the terrace was completely wet and also smelled damp, so it could not be used. The cottage was also very cold on arrival, and although there were several heaters, it took quite a while before the rooms became comfortable. We had only booked one night and left early the next morning. Sadly, despite the friendly owner, charming decoration, and very cheap price, the hygiene issues were simply too serious for us. We would not stay here again.

Sehr freundliche , hilfsbereite Gastgeberin und super leckeres Frühstück! Definitiv ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen :)

L’accueil

La propriétaire est super accueillante et gentille, il y a du café gratuit à disposition. L’emplacement est très joli et paisible. De plus, il y a possibilité de louer des vélos directement à l’hébergement ce qui super pratique, faire du vélo le long du Danube est incroyable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre moment au cottage number 9.

Le lit n’était pas super confortable puisque c’est un lit à ressort.

Alles tip top, ur freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, sehr gemütliches und schön eingerichtetes Haus /Zimmer. Sehr gut ausgestattet Haben sogar ein kostenfreies Upgrade bekommen ❤️ Hunde sind sehr willkommen ❤️🐕 Selten so einen freundlichen Empfang erlebt . Die Lage ist auch sehr gut für Ausflüge in die Umgebung , man kann direkt vor Ort auch bereits sehr schön spazieren gehen! Parkplatzsituation auch unkompliziert. Wenn ihr in die Wachau wollt, unbedingt hier übernachten! Woanders ist's wahrscheinlich nicht besser, schöner oder entspannter.

Mir fällt nichts ein , hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt 😊 danke für die Gastfreundschaft!

We enjoyed our stay; it was pleasant and relaxing. The owner was very friendly. It was a cold day, and the fire was burning nicely when we arrived. Our cat was also welcome. We were able to use the sauna. The room was clean and functional. Breakfast was good and plentiful. You can enjoy a glass of wine.

Misschien kan de matras vernieuwd worden dan is het voor ons een 10 waard.

Csak azt tudom elmondani, hogy imádtuk :) Az ízléses berendezés, a hangulat, a színek, a wellness szolgáltatások, Anna kedvessége, kutyaszeretete. Kár, hogy csak 1 éjszakát voltunk a kis szobában, nagyon megszerettük. És hát az a reggeli! Csodás volt. A szállással szemben gyönyörű sétahely található, a tó, a Dunapart, nagyon kellemes hely.

We stayed for two nights in the first week of January and received a lovely Christmas upgrade after booking – a beautiful apartment for the price of a room. The welcome drink and cookies, water bowl for our dog, creative breakfast basket, and all-day tea and coffee were thoughtful touches. The sauna, infrared sauna and wellness area were a great bonus during the cold evenings, and the house was filled with the aroma of natural essential oils. The hidden kids’ area with a bed and play space in the apartment is a very creative idea. Free parking was available across the street at this time of year. Anna is very helpful, hospitable, and dog-friendly. The area is perfect for dogs, running and walking. An exceptional experience for open-minded guests who enjoy unique details rather than commercial hotels. We loved the apartment, the host, and the location.

Es war ein wunderbarer Kurztrip mit entspanntem Sauna Besuch und einem langen Spaziergang.

Das Frühstück war liebevoll hergerichtet. Die Unterkunft ist außerordentlich romantisch und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Kontakt mit der Familie Wolf war sehr leicht und freundlich.

Die Lage ist gut um mit dem Auto schnell die Hotspots der Umgebung zu erreichen

Die Einrichtung wirkte auf den ersten Blick sehr ausgefallen und individuell. Leider war alles aber so ungepflegt und zum großen Teil unnutzbar, dass es mit jedem Tag mehr zur Belastung wurde. Das viele Ungeziefer und die Fliegen machten den Aufenthalt zusätzlich zu einer täglichen Herausforderung.

Alles war in Ordnung, klein aber fein. Mehr Luxus wollten wir gar nicht, wir sind froh endlich einen Platz gefunden zu haben wo wir in Zukunft mal mit unserem Rottweiler übernachten können.

Es war sehr gemütlich und das Frühstück war toll

Das WLAN war nicht so gut, aber das lag eher an der Lage.

Die gesamte Einrichtung ist außergewöhnlich. So viele Details, und man sieht, dass mit Liebe eingerichtet wurde. Das Zimmer ist kuschlig, heimelig. Weit entfernt von Standard. Auch der Wellnessbereich mit Infrarotkabine, Sauna und Dusche ist sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die größte Überraschung war das Frühstück! Aber ich werde hier nicht spoilern, das muss man selber erleben. Die überaus freundliche und herzliche Gastgeberin hat unseren Aufenthalt zu einem wundervollen Erlebnis gemacht.

Motzen auf hohem Niveau: tagsüber hat mich die Strasse etwas gestört. Aber man kann sich daran gewöhnen.

Super nette Gastgeberin. Sehr gutes, liebevoll angerichtetes Frühstück. Uriges, angenehm kühles Haus mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet.

Das Zimmer unten leider finster und muffig, da nur ein Minifenster und schwarze Lampenschirme. Vielleicht sind die Zimmer oben angenehmer.

Molta quantitat de tovalloles (no suaus) i llençols nets. Molt genuí; decoració i estil original. Allotjament pensat estèticament, encara que poc pràctic. Esmorzar sorpresa variat i amb horari flexible. Varietat de sabons. Horari d'entrada flexible. Detall de benvinguda. En general molt detallista.

Allotjament poc pràctic: taula petita (pensada per 2 persones), pica del lavabo impossible d'utilitzar bé (pensada per decorar), banyera sense cortina perillosa i decorativa que no servia com a dutxa, pica de la cuina rovellada petita poc pràctica i amb mala olor, prastatge dels papers de vàter poc higiènic, telaranyes per tot arreu. Terra i taula pringosos. Matalàs al terra del menjador al costat de la carretera que feia sentir tota la nit el soroll dels cotxes i les llums, després al matí entrava molta llum. Cadires poc còmodes i poc coordinada amb la taula. Complicat saber on aparcar i com entrar i el funcionament de l'allotjament.

Super location. Very convenient to reach all places of interest along river. Fantastic host , house made with love and small sweet details which make your stay comfortable. Sauna and infrared sauna nice bonus as well as a parking .

Wir sind nur kurz geblieben...

מארחת נחמדה, עזרה גם לנו בהתמצאות במקום. מיקום טוב קרוב למלק. יש חניה, ארוחת בוקר מצויינת שהוכנה בצורה אסתטית ובהמון אהבה.

הדירה נמצאת על כביש ראשי. בחדר אחר הרעש מהכביש נשמע חזק גם כשהחלונות סגורים. הגענו מיום טיסות והלכנו לישון מוקדם, היתה תנועה ערה בכביש והיא קשה להרדם. אחרי 20:00 כבר יש פחות תנועה ורעד. בחדר הפנימי לא שומעים את הרעש..

Très bon accueil, café à disposition est un plus. Possibilité de louer des vélos non électriques. Mais ils ont besoin d être vérifié.

Manque de confort, matelas inconfortable, besoin d'une porte de douche, manque de place ainsi que de porte manteaux. Aucun transport particulièrement les w ends et de jours fériés et rien dans les environs pas un restaurant. Voiture obligatoire, dommage parce que l 'Autriche fait tout pour voyager en transport et et ne pas se servir de sa voiture. Logement mal situé avec route très fréquenté.

Alter Bauernhof mit viel Liebe hergerichtet. Extrem nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, die für die regennassen durchfrorenen Fahrradgäste auch in August die Sauna einschaltet.

Appartement atypique, idéal pour un arrêt entre Salzbourg et Vienne par exemple. Accueil très chaleureux de Anna. Les attentions pour petits et grands ont été très appréciées. Petit déjeuner bon et copieux. Les enfants ont adoré le mignon petit chien de la propriétaire.

Petit point d'amélioration pour la salle de bain qui est très jolie mais qui serait plus pratique avec un rideau de douche. On entend la circulation mais l'avantage est que le logement est facile d'accès.

Accueil chaleureux et très sympathique. Une bouteille de vin nous a été offerte. Logement très bien situé pour visiter la région (parc de la Warau, abbayes, ...).

Logement à proximité d'une route très passante donc bruyant. Intérieur très sombre (ne correspond pas aux photos du site) et trop chargé. Equipements de cuisine sommaires.

Très bon accueil de la propriétaire et une chambre atypique et très joli. Le plus : un espace détente avec sauna ! Nous recommandons également le petit déjeuner délicieux 😉

It was a little bit cold despite the non-stop heating.

The only positive thing, is that I've forgot one of my t-shirt and owners proposed to be sent by DHL, which I appreciate their help.

- A lot of noise from the road near-by, windows were not cancelling the noise, I barely slept. - Very hot in the room due to position in the attic, no AC to cool down... - Bed linen we were not sure were clean, had some spots on them and were grey colour.... The only positive thing, is that I've forgot one of my t-shirt and owners proposed to be sent by DHL, which I appreciate their help. Other than that, I will not recomend the property.

The location, the owner.

It was a little old.

The place is as described. The sleeping room is however on a ground floor of an old house which makes the room a bit stale, like being in a cellar. There is not much light in the room. The bed is 140 cm but was sufficient for us. The host Anna was very welcoming and hospitable. The breakfast was outstanding. We enjoyed the area greatly as it is close to a lovely swimming inner lake of the Donnau which was very refreshing and clean.

The room is not light and feels a bit stale.

The location, the rural house, the decoration and the very good usage of the place. The owner, Anna is a very nice, polite and friendly person.

Not very good ventilation in the room, probably because of the small window.

Lovely cottage house and we really enjoyed our short stay there. Wonderfully served breakfast.
