Reviewed Sep 9, 2026The surroundings and facilities are excellent, particularly as it’s right by the river. In the evenings, you can enjoy a cup of tea or a drink on the outdoor terrace—a lovely experience. The whole campsite is also very good, with all the facilities you could need.
On a hot day, it would be absolutely perfect to have air conditioning.

Booking me mostró fotos de Bungalows y NUNCA ME DIERON UNO , reserve y pagué 2 noches por las fotos que me mostraban en la reserva y pagué 242 euros por 2 noches y cuando llegamos Oh sorpresa,una tienda de campaña llena de telarañas ,suelo en mal estado ,baño estrecho y con olor a orines pasado,se le salia el agua del bater cuando uno la bajaba y por eso olía tanto ,camas sin tender ,nos tocó llegar a tenderlas ,muebles de baño pésimos ya carcomidos por la humedad de los orines que se salian ,y que teniamos que sacar basuras ,dejar ropa de cama toda recogida en el salón,barrido ,cocina limpia ,(que si quería podia pagar por la limpieza aparte )es decir...un verdadero engaño una vez se había pagado y cuando llegamos fui a que me cambiaran a las cabañas que se suponía yo había pagado y que si me tocaba pagar excedente lo hacía para no quedarnos en esa porquería y me dijeron que no porque lo había hecho por Booking y que me pusiera en contacto con ellos,jamasss me contestaron y nos tocó quedarnos en esa cosa los dos días,Paris Hermoso, pero Booking me engaño con una publicidad que NO era ,la PEOR EXPERIENCIA QUE NI EN UN DOS ESTRELLAS HE ENCONTRADO JAMÁS.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Für einen Kurzurlaub in Paris sehr gut gelegen. Allerdings ist der Shuttlebus doch etwas teuer. Die normale Bushaltestelle ist aber eh in sechs Minuten erreichbar. Croissant, Brot und Kaffee waren überraschend günstig im Café vor Ort.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Terrible experience – extremely overpriced and very poor hospitality We paid over €1,000 for just four nights at CityKamp Paris and honestly regret booking it. The campsite looks nice in the photos, but apart from its appearance, almost everything about our experience was disappointing. The chalet itself was not properly clean when we arrived. There was dust underneath the beds and sand on the floors so forget being there barefoot. Several items listed in the inventory were also missing. Part of the coffee machine was missing, so we couldn't even make coffee, and the extension cable was missing too that was listed in the inventory. We had to keep going back and forth to reception to report these things. Thankfully, I checked the inventory carefully and reported everything immediately. Otherwise, we would have been charged for items that were already missing when we arrived. If you do book this place, check every single item on the inventory immediately. The staff and customer service were the biggest disappointment. We found them extremely rude, arrogant and condescending. They spoke to us in a raised voice, rolled their eyes and treated us as though we were children rather than paying guests. We also felt very unwelcome as English guests. The situation became even more unpleasant when, during checkout, staff were talking about us in French, apparently assuming we couldn't understand or hear them. This was incredibly unprofessional and made an already unpleasant experience even worse. The checkout and cleaning charge were absolutely outrageous. We returned from Disneyland with our children shortly before midnight, but despite being exhausted, we got up the following morning and spent over an hour properly cleaning the chalet ourselves. There were no cleaning products provided whatsoever, so we went out and bought everything ourselves — bleach, bathroom cleaner, cloths, kitchen towels and other cleaning supplies.

Trop de bruit à cause de l’écluse la nuit.. Literie à revoir.. Le fait de libérer absolument le gîte avant 10h , nous avons demandé si on pouvait laisser notre voiture à l’intérieur du camping exceptionnellement un peu après 10h. C’était un non catégorique. Alors que on s’est aperçu que c’était possible car il y avait plein de place et on aurait gêné personne car on aurait rendu les clés à temps .

1: mala iluminación nocturna y no está bien señalizado. 2: tienes que cambiarte dentro de la ducha con el suelo mojado porque si sales hay una cristalera por donde te puede ver todo el mundo. 3: el horario del restaurante no es adecuado ya que cierra pronto y abre tarde para ser un camping, si llegas más tarde de las 9 te quedas sin cenar.

Alles in èn de glampingtent was oud en kapot. Tweepersoonsbed was klein en liep in een V naar het midden. Je rolde vanzelf naar het midden. Hebben een eenpersoonsbed uit de andere kamer gehaald en deze in de gemeenschappelijke ruimte gezet. Vloerbedekking wordt niet vervangen, maar gewoon een stukje vervangen. Hele vloer zit vol met losse stukken. Nooit meer!!

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026De locatie ten opzichte van Parijs icm met de gratis shuttlebus naar het metrostation. Wij hadden van tevoren de metro app gedownload en dan wijst alles bijna vanzelf, zelfs voor mensen die normaal nooit met het ov gaan (zoals ons😉).
Wij vonden de bedden erg hard en zonder airco was het erg benauwd in het huisje, uiteindelijk met de ramen open en de ventilatoren de hele nacht aan, een paar uur kunnen slapen. Nou was het ook wel erg warm toen wij er waren (37 en 38 graden met volle zon).

Genderneutrale toiletten in de sanitaire ruimtes. Er is geen onderscheid bij de wc’s, lavabo’s en douches tussen mannen en vrouwen.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Die Lage ist wirklich super. Mit dem Shuttlebus war man innerhalb von ca. 15 Minuten an der Metro Station Porte Maillot. Von da aus fährt die Linie 1 direkt in die Stadt. Der Arc de Triomphe ist von dort auch fußläufig innerhalb von ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Restaurant hat uns auch gut gefallen.

Ik heb gebeld en buiten een heel onbeschofte dame aan de telefoon te krijgen konden ze niets doen en mocht ik 170€ betalen voor 1 nacht en zelfs één ventilator kon er niet af laat staan een tegemoetkoming of het verzetten van datum zodat ik mijn mijn dochter veilig kon overnachten

Die Siedlung ist sehr dicht bebaut, je nach Hauslage hat man mehr oder weniger Glück mit der grünen Aussicht. Die WC Nische ist sehr sehr klein und der Gang um das Doppelbett reicht nicht, um eine Tasche daneben zu stellen.

Pieno di vespe quindi non abbiamo potuto sfruttare la veranda , market sprovvisto di bottiglie di acqua (siamo a luglio) e nelle casette non c’è l’aria condizionata, esterno della casa sporco, e copri materasso macchiati = usati non lavati tra un cliente e l’altro. Per quello che ho pagato è stato troppo

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Die Unterkunft war im grünen,ruhig, sauber und doch nahe an dem Zentrum. Die Mosquitonetze waren super.
Es war sehr heiss, eine Klimanlage wäre da von Vorteil gewesen da es in der Nacht immer noch weit über 20 grad war. Schade das der Campingplatz kein Pool hat. Campingladen hatte kein Wasser mehr zum kaufen und es war 36 grad. Dürfte nicht passieren.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026The camping is beautiful, sorounded by trees and very quiet. The bar area is amazing and the small supermarket has everything you will need with fair prices.
If you need to use public transport it is pretty isolated. It misses a swimminpool (even a small one for just refreshing) and some sport grounds for kids/teens.

gecenin sessizliği yok, sen nehri kenarında bir vinç hiç durmadan aralıksız çalışıyor, ben bungalov tarzı ev kiraladım diye gördüm ama bize çadır verdiler, tüm fotoğraflar bungalovlara ait sadece 1 tane çadır fotoğrafı var, ama geldiğimizde bize çadır verdiler. İnternet çok kötü, firma yetkikileri bu vinç olayına bir çözüm bulmalı, en azından gece yarısı çalışmaması gerekiyor, kafamda hala uğultu devam ediyor.. puanlama yaptığım fotoğraflar bungalov kaldığım yer çadır.. Buna dolandırıcılık denir.. fotoğraflara kaldığım yeri ve kiraladığımı sandığım yeri ekliyorum

Vous voulez que ceux qui restent propres, mais il n'y avait pas de produits de nettoyage Nous sommes restés une nuit et nous sommes venus à Paris. Nous l'avons nettoyé avec nos propres moyens Mon mari et moi travaillons déjà dans le secteur du nettoyage, nous sommes des experts dans ce secteur, nous l'avons laissé propre

Erg krappe behuizing, de bistro stoeltjes zijn onmogelijk om op te zitten.

Abbiano trovato giorni caldissimi e le casette erano caldissime...mii è mancata l' aria condizionata. Prezzi del bar, del ristorante e del market altissimi a mio avviso. Inoltre, nessun intrattenimento o animazione alla sera. Diciamo che non assomiglia ai camping italiani e che le 4 stelle non sono le 4 stelle dei nostri campeggi.

Cabin was too hot, unable to sit or sleep inside. Ended up checking out and booking somewhere else staff didnt seem be concerned when i said were going have to check out as its too warm the responce was "ok" Also alot of teenagers drinking/ smoking.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026La struttura fantastica, molto eco-friendly, staff gentilissimo, locali puliti, posizione perfetta: vicino al centro di Parigi, ma immerso nel verde e... nessuna zanzara!!!
All'interno dei locali non è presente l'aria condizionata ed in giornate molto calorose è difficilissimo dormire la notte.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026We stayed for three days in a camper van with basic amenities, and the separate bathroom and toilet were a nice touch. The location is somewhat far from central Paris, but the surrounding neighborhood is safe, and it's easy to reach the city by bus.
Reception staffs often continue chatting with each other even when I greet them or need assistance. I'm not sure if this is what's called being relaxed, but I find this disregard for customers extremely unprofessional and makes me uncomfortable.
