I would have liked to hold onto 2 keys per room but I understand the limitations. Was difficult to always remember to hold onto the one key, especially forgetting that’s it’s slotted in for electricity.

No parking, but managed to park in the street. Free between 5.30pm and 9.00am.

No underground service to Wembley only via bus or taxi unless you go back to Euston and back out. But good value for money.

I didn’t like anything about the property to be honest

The fact I tried and tried to call the number on the app and no answer and still haven’t had a answer now.. the fact the room was riddled with ants and I have evidence of this also

Uber to and from Wembley stadium, reasonable price and about 15/20 minutes. Clean and tidy and had all we needed. Simple. I would use again. Priced well.

Bit noisy the next morning from outside and hearing other residents leave the building but we were close to the entrance and road side. Nothing that would put me off using again.

It was very noisy at night. The windows are not sound proof. It was very cramped for the price point, and the area did not have anything nice to offer.

Nothing about what is advertised is true, the said kitchen has absolutely nothing that can make it a kitchen, to use the microwave you will have to physically carry it to where it can be plugged in, I don’t know where they got all the good reviews from maybe it was fake reviews because nothing about that accommodation meets anything mentioned in the reviews, and every evening there a very strong sewage odour coming into the room and because there is no ventilation you cannot escape, please booking.com try to verify your listings before putting them up for customers, this Hendon studio is not suitable for an Airbnb and the environment itself is shady. If there is a negative start rating that is what I will give it.

The property is fine. Location is amazing. Walked to everything needed, shops, etc.

When I peeled back the sheets to look at the mattress, it was atrocious. Please buy a new mattress for staying customers. Room 102. Would have been nice to have a wall outlet in the bathroom. For my shaver, blow dryers, etc.

Manager MARINA. Does not deal with any problems herself let's her poor underdogs sort out any problems. Unfortunately I was unable to stay as my partner had to go to hospital with heart problems and she would not refund my £160. For 1 night stay, or change my dates. It was out of my control but she really doesn't care. Even if you were to drop down dead she will not refund you. SO BE VERY CAREFUL BOOKING A ROOM HERE. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE NONE EXISTENT FROM THE MANAGER. JUST HAPPY TO POCKET YOUR MONEY

The beds were comfy.

It was about 45 ° in the room the whole day and night. We had to sleep with the window open but was disturbed by loud noises all night. We rushed to get out of the property as it was so hot I ended up leaving my Apple Watch and getting heat stroke unfortunately. I asked if the staff could post it back to me many times in which they refused. Eventually I had to drive 5 hours to get it back which they were nice about but overall it wasn’t a great stay. The kitchen was in the wardrobe? It appeared to be two rooms but was only one bedroom.

Second time staying here and i’ll always go back Its really clean, quiet location, not too far from train station. Local shops and restaurants are great!

Need to put guards on the corners of the beds. Its really sharpe and cut my leg The shelf under the sink in a small bathroom is the same.

The location was perfect for our visit to Wembley Stadium. We checked in earlier than scheduled as the front door was open. The instructions were clear and easy to access our room. The room itself was very clean and tidy although in the morning when we were getting up my daughter found a silver fish crawling on the bed covers. The kitchenette was adequately kitted out. The only negatives were the kitchenette cupboard door creaked but this was due to one of the hinges coming out of it's fixing and being at the front of the property the noise from the street was quite a lot. The aircon was very good.

More sound proofing from the street noise and the cupboard hinge as mentioned above needs to be fixed.

Door didn’t lock from outside, the main door slams very loud every time someone enters or exit. Only one bed and I booked a triple room so my son had to sleep on the floor

Personne à la réception. Payer 12€ pour pouvoir entrer dans ma chambre avant 15h alors que la chambre est déjà à 100€ LA nuit. La chambre était faite donc je ne vois pas ce que ça change que je rentre dedans à 14h ou à 15h? Personne pour trouver une solution pour laisser mon bagage en sécurité quelques heures. Par contre pour faire payer en + là y’a du monde. Il devrait y avoir une prise dans la salle de bain. La douche ne fonctionnait qu’à moitié. Le jet du plafond était cassé. On entend trop ce qu’il se passe dans le couloir.

It smelt very strong of weed inside and it was very very noisy. The floor was also very dirty and things were broken.

The owner didn’t answer my emails, they couldn’t give me help when I called the number for maintenance for basic towels and necessities. It was extremely hot and miscommunication.

It’s a minor point but 4 pillows on the bed instead of 2 . That’s just a personal thing for me and it’s easier to remove extra than not have enough

Read some horrific reviews, so went expecting a nightmare, turns out it was an awesome little place, extremely clean, very secure everything we needed was there to accommodate our stay, plus the aircon was lush.

It's on a busy main road so it can get noisy outside as we expected with the location but it didn't actually bother us one bit, we still had a great night sleep.

The shower was good

I came when it was hot and my room was behind hot with 2 fans and 0 windows opened I had no and I mean 0 circulation it was so hot in that room I had to regularly go in the shower to cool down the air was stuffy and wasn’t enjoyable at all

It isn’t far from Hendon station which was handy for us. The shower was a good size.

Its location was unsettling due to when we arrived the first door with a code wasn’t shut properly so anyone could enter. And when we got our key card and got in the room, the door has a lock that you can double lock but every time another door shut in the building it would move and felt like it wasn’t shut properly. All night we were awake due to hearing everyone walking around upstairs and also through the main door. As doors and walls are so thin you hear everything. I understand you can’t control people coming in late and making noise but wanted to share this so if people are wanting a few nights away then staying here you won’t get much sleep. There is also no air con just a small window on the ceiling and 2 fans that don’t work properly. We were staying in room one and just heard absolutely everything going on from midnight till 7am. It was like a sauna in the room and the bed is super uncomfortable. Wouldn’t stay again!

Good location due to the good transport links. Very easy to access the building once we found it and the room was clean and well presented with extra amenities we found very helpful. No staff for check in but this was completely fine as very comprehensive instructions were sent out prior to the visit.

Perfect location for Wembley. Exactly what we needed!

The room was clean and neat, the access to the building was easily explained and it was easy to find. Good facilities. Very nicely decorated. For the money, it was an excellent choice, just what we needed.

The bathroom door was extremely hard to move and very noisy, the handle was broken so we had to leave it partially open so not to get locked in.

Aircon was amazing, tv on the wall, bed was comfortable bathroom was nice. Room was spacious Cute independent cafes/restaurants close

Unfortunately, our stay was a huge disappointment. The first thing that shocked us was the condition of the windows. They were unbelievably dirty, covered in layers of pigeon droppings that had clearly been there for a very long time. There was so much accumulated dirt on the windowsill that plants had actually started growing in it. It was simply unacceptable. The window blind was broken, so the sun was shining directly into the room all day. To make matters worse, there was no air conditioning. The windows could only be opened from the very top, which was almost impossible for us to reach, even standing on a chair. The room became unbearably hot, and we spent the night feeling suffocated. The bathroom was extremely small, but the biggest issue was the shower. The water was dangerously hot, and we couldn’t adjust the temperature to warm or cold. Even worse, we struggled to turn the water off. It was a genuinely frightening experience, and I was very close to being badly scalded. This is not just an inconvenience—it is a serious safety hazard that should be fixed immediately. Overall, this was one of the worst accommodation experiences we have had. Cleanliness, basic comfort, and guest safety should never be compromised. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this property until these issues are properly addressed.

Stayed here to go to a concert at Wembley. Check in was easy after entering a code to the main door and collecting the key card from a locker box. The room was clean as well as nice and cool due to the air conditioning. The small kitchenette was great for the size of the room and came with a small fridge/freezer. The bathroom came with a decent sized shower with some shower gel available.

You only get one pillow per person and having another would have been a nice option. There were tea and coffee sachets but no sachets of milk.

Easy access in and out of London, very comfortable and convenient

Only issue was the sound from the street but that is to be expected anywhere you stay! And the cleanliness of the outside of the apartment but once again, that is to be expected!

Poor location. Miles from everything. States it’s closer to Wembley stadium than it is. Room is dirty - bedding dirty. Blind dirty and broken. Window dirty. Supplied with a tiny awful fan in a heatwave. No mirrors in room just adds to the annoyance. Noisy surroundings. Just all round terrible for a high price. Didn’t even stay the night as it was awful.

Really easy check in, great location. Facilities were fine. Comfort bed powerful shower. As a whole the place looked really clean.

When I got in the bed it seemed like dust particles floated in the air. The bedding did look and smell clean though. The rest of the room looks spotless. The kettle was damaged, I would recommend getting a new kettle.

Got locked out of the room due to key card not working, stuck outside the room from before midnight to after 1:30am. Had to spam call the out of hours number with very low battery and no way to charge it. When we eventually got through to someone they hung up the phone and it took us another 10 mins or so of us calling over and over to pick up the phone again. Had to email a photo of my id for them to give us access to the room. Would not stay again

i did have to ask for the check in information as it was past 11:30 and i had ordered a really check in but not really any issues as they responded quickly

Room was perfect for a one night stay - little kitchenette tucked away, good size bathroom and comfy bed. Decent sized fridge which was appreciated, have everything practical you need for short stay. I personally didn’t find it particularly noisey.

There could be an electric outlet for the kettle by the kitchen area for convenience, and a bedside lamp would have been good. It was incredibly hot during our stay which of course isn’t a fault of the property, but worth considering proper black out blinds / air conditioning in the rooms.

The location was good for my needs

To start there was a sky light that I was unable to close even when I went out, the room was stifling despite having two fans, there aren’t enough plug sockets I got mugged on my way back from a concert, I lost my purse, my driving licence, my bank cards and my hotel room door card, my fantastic night was ruined completely but my friend and I were happy we had somewhere to go back to until I realised I’d had my door card stolen too, I contacted my Dad and he called all the contact numbers on their website, he left messages on every contact number but no one answered or replied to his messages, my friend and I were now stuck outside the hotel at midnight on our own, I have ADHD and Autism and my friend does too, I had a panic attack because I couldn’t get into the room where my medication was and all our things, we needed to go to the toilet too, my Dad drove up to us from Shoeburyness it took him two hours to drive there, as we are now stranded in an area we don’t know on our own, late at night and scared. My stepmum continued to call the contact numbers, still no answer. Once my Dad arrived he took us to a local toilet, got us something to eat and drink. It was now 3:30 am we were all exhausted and disappointed. We had to wait until 11:00am before we managed to speak to anyone and get access to the room to get our stuff, the staff were extremely rude and kept trying to rush us out, my stepmom tried to explain what had happened but the hotel domestic shrugged her shoulders saying not her problem, we eventually arrived home at 15:00 the next day.

The studio was clean, and it had enough space for the three of us, which we appreciated.

Unfortunately, our stay was not as comfortable as we had hoped. The apartment had no air conditioning at all, and there was only one small fan for three guests, which was not enough to keep the space cool. The apartment remained extremely hot, even with the windows open, so we had no choice but to leave them open throughout the night. However, because the apartment is located on a main street, it was very noisy, and leaving the windows open also allowed insects to get inside. As a result, we were unable to sleep comfortably during our two-night stay. We hope the host considers installing air conditioning or at least providing additional fans to improve future guests' experience.

Fairly clean modern property. Has all amenities needed for a short stay.

If you had any problems the host is not welcoming or helpful. At times I’ve found them very disrespectful and very unhelpful. From not receiving instructions for access to the room to not having a functioning remote control, almost on all instances I’ve had to remedy the problem myself which I’ve found frustrating. Despite this for the value it’s not too bad, should be cheaper with the professionalism of staff.

The location is good, close to the station. The staff responds quickly when communicating. The facilities are good.

No air-conditioning, it was very hot inside the room, even with open windows no fresh air was coming in. The street is very busy and loud, no sleeping with open windows.

L'appartement est très bien aménagé et parfaitement équipé. Le fait qu'il soit situé en sous-sol nous a permis de profiter d'un séjour très calme, sans être dérangées par le bruit. Le quartier est extrêmement pratique : l'arrêt de bus se trouve juste devant l'appartement, la gare est à seulement 5 minutes à pied, et il y a un supermarché, plusieurs supérettes ainsi que des restaurants et de la restauration rapide ouverts 24h/24 à proximité. Je recommande cet hébergement sans hésiter et j'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir lors de chacun de mes prochains séjours à Londres !

Le lit est très confortable. En revanche, les oreillers ne correspondaient pas vraiment à mes préférences, mais cela reste très subjectif et la présence d'un balai serait un plus pour garder l'appartement propre pendant le séjour. Mais la encore c'est un détail.

Absolutely loved the property... Amazing location for wembley very accessible and about beautifully clean and presented.

The road was very loud and very busy, which was not mentioned. When I tried to close the window it wasn't possible. There appeared to be a gap right at the top. There was also an occasional (upon arrival, and other occasions) smell of cigarette smoke which blow in, I believe was probably due to the unable to close windows..

Perfect for us for price and to travel to Wembley and back. Clean,comfortable and very reasonable price.

One room did not lock when door was closed,we were able to lock it at night from the inside but did not lock on closing door to leave property.
