Asunnon sijainti on erinomainen Helsingin arvoalueella Kruununhaassa. Talo oli rauhallinen. Sieltä on helppo liikkua kävellen ja/tai raitiovaunulla keskustaan ja muihin kaupunginosiin. Lähistöllä on paljon kauniita taloja. Lähin ruokakauppa on lähellä. Asunnossa on hyvä ja tilava keittiö. Kylppäristä löytyi mm. hiustenkuivaaja. Majoittaja vastaa hyvin viesteihin.

Asunnossa oli kylmä kovalla pakkasella (patterit olivat kuumat, mutta ikkunoista vetää). Asunnossa on cliq-avain, jonka kanssa miehelläni oli vaikeuksia saada ovi auki, mutta minulle lukko avautui helposti; avain pitää työntää lukkoon ja pyöräyttää hitaasti! Olisi kiva jos alkovissa olisi verho.

Viihtyisä, täysin kuvauksen mukainen asunto loistavalla sijainnilla.

Pieniä kehittämisehdotuksia: Pölyjen pyyhintää huoneisto kaipaa, vaikka muuten varsin siistiä on. Lisäksi ruokapöydän ympärille toivoisi kunnon tuoleja enemmän kuin kaksi+ jonkinlainen keittiöveisi helpottaisi kokkailua.

Very good location !!! 450 meters = 7 minutes walk to the tram 750 meters = 10 minutes walk to the metro 1,4 km = 20 minutes walk to the central train station 650 meters = 10 minutes walk to Tervasaari island - park area 170 meters (3 minutes) to the nearest grocery stores - "Alepa" and "K-Market" The apartment is very, very cozy and has its own charm. There were lots of candlesticks and candles, which we also used in the dark evenings - it created a special atmosphere, coziness and romance - we really liked it ! I would definitely choose this - same place on my next visit to Helsinki and I recommend this apartment to averyone. The hostess was very responsive and kind.

El apartamento tenía todo lo que se necesitaba - e inclusive la comodidad del baño y la ducha separados ambos con lavamanos, lo que facilitaba usarlos a la vez ...la verdad nos encantó - la nevera y el congelador enormes - la estufa muy práctica - definitivamente perfecto para 2 personas - pero como ambas camas son dobles puede albergar cómodamente a más personas. al lado restaurante de comida estilo hindú y a menos de 150 metros otro delicioso de comida italiana, árabe, y otras - deliciosssssoooo - a menos de 200 metros pasa el tren T6 que te lleva directo a la estación central del Tren y a un área muy céntrica - el tiquete del tren - te sirve por 24 horas - muy sencillo de usar - definitivamente volvería al apartamento y volvería a la ciudad - AHH...En el super te vuelves loco comprando VEGETALES, VERDURAS, FRUTAS, QUESOS Y LECHES - y chocolates -

Del apartamento nada - del elevador que era de los antiguos pero nada que no se pudiera superar - y de la ciudad que a pesar de ser de mucho turismo no tienen casi nada anunciado en inglés - todo en sus 2 idiomas - finlandés y no recuerdo el otro - creo que danés ...les recomiendo siempre tener un paraguas - o un buen capote que todo el mundo aquí lo usa y caminan muy tranquilos bajo la lluvia - desde los niños pequeñitos hasta los mayores - bueno en septiembre por lo menos. VAYAN A HELSINKI Y VAYAN A ESTE APARTAMENTO !!!

La posizione in un quartiere centrale e tranquillo, l'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo per gli standard di Helsinki, arredi curati, cucina nuova e ben equipaggiata.

Il bagno é suddiviso in un vano doccia ed un vano water - quest'ultimo è un po' angusto.

Charming small flat in a central and convenient locatioon, close to the university.

The information on the site suggested you had to arrive between certain times to pick up the key. Despite messages with the host saying they would stay late this caused us a little anxiety in case the flight was delayed. In the end it was possible to get in with codes and a lock box so we need not have worried.

Sijainti, viihtyisyys, hiljainen ja rauhallinen, sisälämpötila sopiva, joustavuus uloskirjautumisajankohdassa, hinta-laatusuhde erinomainen, useita ruokakauppoja lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä, mukavat sängyt. Talon yhteinen terassi kakkoskerroksen katolla istutuksineen, pihakeinuineen ja sohvineen.

Wc-istuimen huuhtelu toimi hiukan heikosti.

They didnt put bed sheet. We have to do it. This is my first time to make up the bed when we were check in

The location is walking distance from the wharf to get to Soumelina and Uspenski Church. A tram station is also near the location.

As we arrived in the apartment we waited for at least an hour outside the freezing temperature since the owner did not gave the complete address and waiting for her to answer our call. There are 4 building inside the compund with the same address but only with letter A to D which the owner forgot to include. The apartment was not fully cleaned. Too much unnecessary furnitures ,decorations and couch pillows which are dust collectors. We have to use our thermal tights and long sleeves since the blankets are thin and the heater cannot compensate for the cold temperature when sleeping . Since it is an old building,naturally cold air comes in through the old windows and door. There was no microwave or at least a hair drier. The curtains on the dining was very thin.
