Everything! Proper in time and clear communication. Friendly reception by owner and guided tour of facilities. Unit very clean, with safe parking on property. Unit very well equiped for self catering with quality wi_fi and full range of TV channels. Excellent bed and bedding.

Besides agreeing with previous reviews regarding Sue and Kobus beung friendly and supportive, this place is exceptional. It is attached to their house but with separate entrance and inside safe parking. The apartment is equipped with everything you may need. The beds are very comfortable. It is spotless clean. Loved the upstairs braairoom with partial sea views. Can definitely recommend this apartment.

It seems if the hosts (Husband) was angry for the world on Saturday morning by pounding and knocking stuff in the garage next to the sleeping room- we thought he start demolishing the building.

We liked everything about our stay from the moment we met Sue..She is the best hostess any guest can ask for .Such a bubbly personality. Even 10 would do justice to this place .Everything was immaculately clean and Sue as everything a guest needs from aprons to firefighters. A home away from home.We would definitely recommend to our families and friends .

We enjoyed everything about it, Sue goes out of her way for her guests and makes sure they have everything they need even for the kids. It was so nice and clean, Sue even put out a tray of spices for the braai. Thank you Sue, you have a beautiful place, would recommend it to anyone.

Has everything you could need. Host takes great care to ensure comfort and her personal touch is seen in small things to ensure your stay is perfect. From risks, to paper plates and fire lighters. If you need something it will be there.

Everything was great. Just be aware the flat is downstairs and the braai area on top.

Sue made us feel right at home. She went the extra mile to ensure that we were comfortable and even added details to our stay to make the holiday special for our small children.

As I was reading reviews before booking, I wondered why every review mentioned Sue, the hostess. It was our first visit but as soon as we stopped the genuine smile we where welcomed with made us feel like we where arriving at our family we haven't seen for a while!! Sue is the kind of person that gives hospitality a good name! Inside the apartment everything was exactly as shown on booking.com photos. Super clean and Sue put a lot of thought into every single little thing to make the utter best of the place. Although it is by outside stair to get to the relaxing indoor braai area it was such a lovely place where the weather outside had absolute no impact on your holiday stay. Again super clean and everything to make your stay great.

Everything was prepared for us as a family, from towels to toys and a high chair for the little one, even utensils for the kids . The host is exceptional 👌 👏 . We felt comfortable and really enjoyed ourselves with the family games available. The place is super neat and clean.

All the small details that Sue put in place from firestarters, dishcloth in the braai & even Christmas lights. Our hostess met all our needs even before we had to ask for something.

All was good, safe & secure. Definitely petfriendly & true appreciation of animals.

Sue went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. The sea views from the braai room was a lovely surprise.

Attention to detail...the hosts went all out to ensure our stay is as comfortable as possible... I was really amazed at the little things...like personal grooming kits...that was truly unique. It was really like home away from home Most of all, the warmth that Susan received us with was exceptional... very attentive and gave useful advice about activities in the area I totally recommend Kusvaalbos to anyone who wants to have a home feel away from home

Fabulous quiet location. Everything worked well, the space was comfortable and Sue was a friendly and interesting person. A wonderful place to stay.

Kitchen was well equipped. Great shower. Owner had a generator during Loadshedding. We could take the dogs with and there was enough space for them too. Owner recommended really great restaurants

Pleasantly surprised, hosts are great people, the unit is comfortable and the indoor braai area upstairs (wood included) provided for a lovely evening with the view over the ocean, safe off street parking, our two Miniature Schnauzers were also very comfortable, all in all a positive experience

Is that upon arrival to be told that the TV was not able to work. It would have been okay if the owner declared it before my arrival.
