La villa es increíble, podría quedarme a vivir aquí . Tienes todo lo que necesites y más. Decorado con mucho gusto . Netflix fuente de agua potable, purificador de aire con ionizador , dos aires acondicionados , dos televisiones , y de la piscina ya ni hablamos . todo el menaje de cocina que necesites , plancha secador de pelo . Desak nos envió una moto a la misma puerta de la casa . Nos hizo la colada gratis y la comunicación en todo momento fue excelente. a 15 min del centro de Ubud . un verdadero lujo . No dudéis en elegir este lugar . hemos pasado 4 días y todo a salido genial. Enhorabuena al propietario . muchas gracias por todo. Si algún día vuelvo , intentaré alojarme aquí otra vez .

La cordialità e disponibilità del personale

We absolutely loved it. It is genuinely the most beautiful property I have ever stayed in. Has made me want to own a villa in the future 😂. Host was nice was very clean, the pool was nice and they even left us some coconuts in the fridge. It felt very luxury. Building work was slightly annoying but didn’t really bother us.

If I was being picky I’d say the location isn’t the greatest but it’s still more than fine, just isn’t that close to many activities and central ubud

Хозяева просто милые душки! Очень быстро реагируют на любой ваш вопрос и просьбу. Уборка, услуги стирки белья в любой удобный день. Питьевая вода, кофе, чай, стредства гигиены, в ванной гель, шампунь и многое другое все в доступе. Мы прожили в данной вилле 2 недели и не жалеем, что выбрали именно ее. Тихий район. Есть парковка, магазин и обменник в шаговой доступности. Позднее заселение и по возможности поздний выезд.

Стройка рядом с виллой доставляла иногда дискомфорт после продолжительного путешествия по острову. Маленькие муравьи на кухне безобидные, но назойливые. Кондиционер дует прям в кровать,спать с ним довольно опасно, но в комнате есть вентилятор - спасение в жаркую ночь 🙏

This place really makes you feel at home, which is awesome. They even threw in free laundry service, which is a lifesaver when you're traveling. Plus, their flexible check-in and check-out times are super convenient. And get this, they'll bring food right to your door whenever you're feeling hungry. Seriously, the hospitality here is top-notch!

Lizards, but they are pretty common in ubud. Can't do anything. Since we are scared of lizards, we felt uncomfortable but they have understood our fear and took care.

Het stel dat het huis beheert was uitzonderlijk vriendelijk en behulpzaam; ze stonden altijd klaar om te helpen en zorgden ervoor dat alles soepel verliep. De accommodatie was mooi, netjes en schoon. Er zat wel een kleine vlek op het beddengoed, maar dat was voor mij geen groot probleem. Een aandachtspunt is de trap, die vrij steil en onhandig is. Je kunt er makkelijk vanaf vallen, dus met kinderen is extra opletten belangrijk. Daarnaast hadden Grab‑chauffeurs moeite om de locatie te vinden, omdat de plek op Google Maps niet helemaal accuraat staat aangegeven. Het zwembad was netjes onderhouden en de grootte van het huis was perfect. De douche had soms wisselende watertemperaturen (warm–koud–koud–warm), maar dat was verder goed te doen. Al met al een fijn verblijf met geweldige service. Bedankt voor jullie gastvrijheid!

We had an excellent stay! The host was friendly and attentive, the lodging was comfortable and absolutely beautiful, and the location was great. It was close to local resturants and cafes, but far anough from the center of the city that it still felt quiet and secluded. We loved our stay and will definitely stay again if we visit Ubud again!

It was a tad difficult to coordinate our arrival with the owner. We didn't realize we would have to meet with them to get the keys, so it would have been nice to coordinate with them a day before our arrival, so we knew what time to meet with them.

We stayed at Juminten Villa for three months, which already says a lot. Our hosts Desak and Leo were amazing and always available whenever we needed anything. The location is ideal: a supermarket, ice cream shop, and several breakfast and coffee spots are all within 5 minutes by scooter. The internet speed is exceptional — 200+ Mbps download and upload, perfect for remote work. There is construction behind the villa, which is quite common in Bali. We were usually working or out exploring, so it didn’t bother us much. If you plan to spend the entire day relaxing by the pool, you will hear it at times. The villa is located just outside the busy center of Ubud, yet you can reach the center in about 15 minutes by scooter. It’s also a great, central base for exploring the rest of the island.

Location is not great neither is toilet it blocked during our stay. Also you can hear traffic a little. And pool was cold and small.

Me and my wife were looking for a nice budget friendly place and close to town. We came across Juminten villa and initially we were really not sure to book as it was very new and the whole villa for just this price looked like a scam to us. But we went ahead with booking as one of the reviews sounded genuine. Once we arrived (May 22-24) , right from the moment we reached Ubud, Owner Desak communicated about our transport and sent one of his friend to help us with check in. I can stress enough how much they were helpful to us. They were so friendly, helpful and honest. Owner's friend helped us to hire bike and even gave us some local currency to kick start our day. They are the best. Rooms were so clean, comfortable, pool was clean and fresh. We loved every bit of our stay. The next day we ordered BF and OMG it was soooo worth the money and delicious. We wanted to extend our stay but unfortunately it was booked online so we missed to stay in that beautiful place for 2 more day. We highly recommend this Villa. The place is very close to town or any iconic place you have in your itinerary. If we are planning to go back to Ubud, then this villa would be our first choice. Thanks alot to Desak and his friends who helped our honeymoon more memorable.

From asthestics to cleanliness, everything was on point! We loved that the space was huge yet cozy enough for us. Plus, housekeeping lady, Mrs Desak, was very friendly and helpful.

The steep spiral staircase. If you’re not careful, you may be scratched by the edge of the step. Location wise, since villas and homes are still undergoing construction around this villa, there is nothing much nearby. We were told that the location is not central ubud by the locals, ans we found ourselves always taking a 15-20mins ride to go to the city/central for food, sightseeing and other things you want to do.

The place was very modern and comfortable. The pool is clean. The host was extremely helpful, she helped us with the laundry, breakfast and many other miscellaneous request. We get to meet her during check out, super friendly lady. The Villa is close to Ubud city centre, about 15-20mins grab ride depending on traffic.

Nothing, we would book it again if we come to Ubud. But this place is not for people with mobility issue because the bed is upstairs.

WOW, this was our reaction when we came to villa. This is a perfection! So nicely decorated, spacious place, sooo clean and shiny. You have all kitchenware you can even imagine, Netflix, 2 AC (ground floor and upper floor) and the temperature is great. Bed was so comfy, we slept like babies. Pool is so clean, nice ambient lights, totally privat and great to relax there. WIFI is perfectly working all the time, water pressure is great, all shampoo, shower gel, balsam - everything is there. We had great breakfast here. You have menu from restaurant near (Section9) and order whatever you like to eat and drink and sent mrs. Desak on WhatsApp what you want for breakfast. She is such an amazing lady. Helps you with any kind of request you have, always so kind and very professional. She also arrange us great scooter for good price and also informed us that meanwhile staying in villa laundry service is free- amazing!!!! Location is the best (if you want a bit of peaceful time) and just 15 mins with scooter to get in the center of Ubud. The road to Ubud is great and safe to drive at night. Around villa there are a lot of markets, restaurants and everything you need. We felt in love in this vila and we are sad that we had to go back home. But we will definitely come back soon!

I had the pleasure of staying at Juminten Villa for a month and had a wonderful time. The villa was beautiful, modern and clean. It had all the amenities you need to feel right at home and I loved the private pool. Mrs Desak and her team were so friendly and helpful, and she was always a quick message away with anything I needed. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic, and the location was great for me- quiet area with a short ride into the main strip. Thank you for a wonderful time!

The villa is very beautiful, and well maintained. Desa the manager caters to all your requirements very promptly.

The private pool is very small.

It’s was well appointed and had everything I needed inside. The bed was very comfortable. I love a firm mattress and it was firm and very good. It was quite, no outside noise during the night or early hours Everything was clean. Shower grout and behind toilet could do with a better clean though. Felt safe , locked gate and security camera Mrs. Desak, the caretaker, was a standout. She was so helpful, checked daily to see if I needed anything and also to make sure I was back safely. She’s a total gem.

The location. It was down a tiny dead end street. No view at all. Walking was very high risk. Even though there’s a little Mart just 3 minutes walking away and a Pepito about a 15min walk away, it was very dangerous to walk there. No sidewalks and you’re right against the traffic. Definitely should rent a scooter to get around. There is nothing to do in the area. Downtown Ubud is about a 15 to 20 min by car , depending on traffic.

Beautiful villa, we absolutely loved the private pool. Beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed and more!

No complaints! Be prepared to get stuck in traffic going into and coming out of the city centre to stay here but I’d say it’s well worth it.

Everything about this villa is amazing, from the facilities, the location and of course the swimming pool. It's within walking distance or a quick Grab ride away from many nice restaurants. The absolute best thing about our stay was the outstanding service we received from our wonderful host Mrs Desak, she is an absolute treasure and looked after us very well. You're in the midst of a forest, so you have to adapt to what's around you. I can't say that this is something I didn't like or something bad, just that I wasn't completely ready to that. A nice surprise!

Apartments is spacious and perfectly organized. Bed and mattress are excellent, makes me feel luxurious. Villa’s location is superb, 5 minutes to pepito supermarket (best one on the spot), dozens of restaurants around, but in same time place is located aside of usual Ubud traffic, so I can move freely around. In my experience juminten villa is best accommodation in my whole Bali trip. Host is extremely friendly and smiley!
