Location and the property are great. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Service was awful. Food was so horrible that, we ate plain curd and rice for two dinners. The swimming pool was unavailable (under maintenance for three days!!!!) for our two days of stay and the pool table in the games room was improperly placed (I mean, who places a pool table in a corner next to a glass panel?) and even cracked on the surface. Staff was extremely inefficient and annoyingly slow at service. We were given the bill upon vacating which was paid before we were bid warm farewell gestures and two hours after which they found another pending bill on us and called us!!!! We asked them to send us a QR code for paying and they sent us a code which can not accept more than ₹2000/- and the bill was more than that. Is this really the kind of system you run on? Is this really Vivanta by 'Taj' ?? We paid them while driving in spite of such poor net connectivity (very common in Arunachal Pradesh) after multiple phone calls and clarifications. Horrible horrible experience, will never recommend to anyone.

The location, the spaciousness of the rooms and the views from it, helpful staff and the deliciousness of the buffet breakfast and its other food.

Booked dinner with stay and so the options were limited with no beverage options at all. Very expensive for the facilities offered. At remote of places like this, limited facilities could still be passed as acceptable but the price per night should be adjusted accordingly.

Only one property with five star facility in Tawang. Suitable for families.

We had a great comfortable stay at Vivanta Tawang for 2N. The hotel is located a bit in the outskirts of Tawang and has great views of the surroundings. The property has great amenities such as temperature controlled pool, steam, sauna, games room & library. Breakfast spread was decent. As we had gone there for a birthday celebration, the staff arranged for a special celebration and decor. Would suggest the hotel to include local food dishes in the dining menu for guests.

The property itself is so beautiful! The staff were super nice and so helpful. Although they were facing some issues with connectivity due to heavy snowfall, they went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay for us.

Overall our stay was a very comfortable one. The entire team was exceptional and the GM Mr. Sandip ensured that our visit was a successful one. He helped us with our acclimitization efforts and also with information on things to do. Rooms were clean, service was prompt and food was great.

Kids wanted a video game console for the evenings - Tawang gets dark by 4.30 in the winters.

Staff, Hospitality and Food was excellent. Special mention to Ajay Kumar who made our stay memorable and our 5yr kid enjoyed. Will definitely recommend and re-visit in future.

The location is set away from town and offers amazing views. The property is new and clean. The staff are friendly and go over and beyond to help. Pena, Divya, Prabhat and everyone else made me feel at home. Don't hesitate to book.

That this exists in tawang Good location. Good views. Done a good job in incorporating local elements of art and culture. House keeping boy was exceptional. Give him a raise; he knows hospitality. And a very Courteous staff.

The hotel needs to adapt to unique needs of the property. Temperature control esp when it’s too cold outside is tricky . For smokers there a point provided, that goes through restaurant, quite uncomfortable., and also no protection from rain. For Indian customer food can seem a little bland

Great staff and extremely friendly, helpful. We had a great stay and enjoyed it.

All was good, since the facility is still new and being worked on, some of the things do have teething problems but otherwise all was great.

The most remarkable thing was the cooperation of the Hotel staff. They will make you feel like a homestay by taking care of all your requirements. This is one of the best hotels in places like Tawang with all the facilities and good ambiance. The cuisines are also tasty and hygienic with lots of options. Thanks To Mr Prabhat Srivastav for following up from the check in process to check out process. Would love to visit again on my next trip to Tawang.

The location is perfect. Staff is super friendly and always checking on guests. Sandeep, the GM was personally speaking to guests to ensure all are having a comfortable stay. Housekeeping, front desk, F&B were all very attentive to every need. So 10/10 to the staff!

It’s a newly opened place so they are still ironing out issues like electricity switch over and constant heating in the rooms. Also, cars should be parked under a shed so no frost in the morning in case someone needs to leave early. I had to pour lukewarm water over the car for 10 minutes to just open all doors.
