Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Piso en perfectas condiciones, acogedor, limpio y bien cuidado. Atención exquisita. Magnífica ubicación. Dispone de una zona muy tranquila, en la azotea, con unas vistas espectaculares de la ciudad.
Hay un edificio en obras justo al lado. Los operarios empiezan pronto a trabajar y hacen bastante ruido. No es un problema que la propiedad pueda controlar y no será indefinido, pero va bien saberlo.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026La ubicación es perfecta, el apartamento está decorado con gusto y tiene un tamaño muy adecuado. La terraza de la planta superior muy bonita. La apertura sin llave es extraordinariamente práctica.
Un pequeño inconveniente, que no desluce el nivel general, es que los mandos de las dos TV interfieren entre sí y la TV del dormitorio tiene mala señal.

We booked top floor apartment which has its own private terrace with loungers and awning and really thought it was worthwhile. Location excellent 1-10 minutes walk to everything. The whole building floodlit at night and looks fabulous. Would definitely return.

1. My friend and I booked an apartment for 2 people. According to the description on Booking.com, the unit has two beds (including a sofa bed). However, upon arrival, we were informed that using the sofa bed or even to get an additional duvet requires an additional fee of 30 euros (which is apparently stated in their internal regulations). In my opinion, this is strange because people travel in various configurations ( not always as a couple) and sharing a single duvet does not always suit them. Evenso I believe this should have been clearly communicated at the stage of booking, not AFTER it was completed – especially since, in our case, the reservation was non-refundable." 2. Two days before our arrival, the property informed us that construction work was being carried out in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. I believe this should have been communicated at the stage of booking, not AFTER it was completed. especially since the work had undoubtedly been ongoing for a long time 3. The property is managed by an operator in a very corporate and impersonal style. The apartment itself lacks any personal touch. Honestly, I do not recommend it.

The bed could do with a better mattress topper than an old waterproof one. The sofa had an unusual 'plasticky' fabric.

Reviewed May 9, 2026Gute Lage, zu Fuss ca. 25 Min. vom Bahnhof. Altstadt direkt vor der Tür und etwa in 15 Min. beim Fluss unten. Waschmaschine inkl. einem Waschmitteldrops vorhanden, sowie auch Kaffeemaschine inkl. Kapseln.
Keine Reception vorhanden und somit Gepackdepot nur in gleicher Strasse gegen Bezahlung. Dafür Kommunikation via WhatsApp schnell und unkompliziert. Fenster schliessen nicht ganz dicht und somit leicht lärmig, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Dachterrasse könnte mit Sonnenschirmen und Pool aufgewertet werden.

When we booked the apartment we saw a picture as example with a beautifull view of roman pilars. But when we got there the view of the apartment we got was totally different because the apartment was situated at another side of the building. Our view was blocked by another big building which was also under construction. That was dissapointing. But other than that the apartment was nice. We just missed some bowls to eat cornflakes in the morning.

No parasols on the terrace but this maybe because it was only late April.

Apartment 101 is dingy and faces a derelict building site. The balcony was filthy with pigeon excrement and unusable. Very disappointing. We asked to be moved but were told the Apartment was as described and featured. If we had known the view and state of the balcony we would never have booked. We feel the description and photographs give a misleading impression.

El ruido. Había obras en la calle y el grupo electrógeno hacia mucho ruido (desde las 8h de la mañana). Una mañana hubo una manifestación frente al ayuntamiento y se oía todo (ventanas cerradas). Por la noche, ruido de coches del Rally Sierra Morena. Tuvimos mala suerte y nos costó un poco descansar. Sé que no és culpa de los propietarios (muy amables cuando hablamos con ellos), pero el ruido de la calle entraba en el apartamento, incluso con ventanas cerradas.

Sente-se um odor muito intenso a comida frita, provavelmente do restaurante que fica no piso 0 do prédio, que se sente em todo o prédio e no apartamento, tornando o ambiente desagradável. Apesar de estarmos a preparar-nos para deixar o apartamento à hora do check-out, já tínhamos uma empregada a bater à porta 5 minutos antes, porque tinha de fazer a limpeza e queria que saíssemos... Nunca me tinha acontecido..

Tolle Dachterrasse. Sehr gute Kommunikation.Unbedingt rechtzeitig den Tipp des Personals annehmen und online einen Platz im Parkhaus buchen.
Parken eigentlich nur in zusätzlich zu buchendem Parkhaus mit Gehdistanz 10 - 15 min möglich (in Cordoba wohl generell eine Herausforderung). Aus- / Einladen vor dem Haus ist sicherlich möglich.

Reviewed Mar 28, 2026Ich kann nur schreiben für das Apartment mit Dachterrasse. Eigentlich hat alles gefallen. Ein Apartmenthaus mit einer qualitativ hochwertigen Ausarbeitung, die Lage mitten in der Altstadt sauber gepflegt. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Vor allem der Blick am Abend bei einem Glas Wein auf die römische Tempelanlage ist unbezahlbar.. Wenn wir wieder nach Cordoba kommen, werde ich auf alle Fälle versuchen, dieses Kleinod wieder zu buchen.
Was mir nicht gefallen hat, ist das, was mir in unheimlich vielen Unterkünften nicht gefällt und es nichts spezielles, was mit dieser Unterkunft zu tun hat. Warum muss man diese Nespresso und Co Kaffeemaschinen immer wieder aufstehen. Man weiß nicht, welches System , und der Abfall, der dabei entsteht vor allem mit Aluminium Deckel… Darüber sollten Hotel. und Apartment Betreiber mal nachdenken. Aber das ist ein allgemeines Problem.

Tv in bedroom wasn’t connected to internet, and so only Spanish tv available Kitchen is tiny, so if you are planning to cook find a bigger kitchen. Nice roof space with seating

Es cierto que al ser sábado había mucha gente en la calle y se escuchaba ruido.

Quizás sería interesante disponer de escoba y recogedor de mayor tamaño, al no haber limpieza durante los días de estancia, y así tener limpio el espacio si se utiliza para hacer allí alguna comida. También un pequeño armario más para guardar pertenencias durante la estancia, sería interesante.

Reviewed Mar 5, 2026El apartamento es pequeñito pero tiene de todo, es súper bonito y acogedor. La ubicación es perfecta, al lado del templo romano, desde la terraza de arriba se ve espectacular. La cama extra grande es muy cómoda y nos pusieron una cuna para la bebé que fue todo un acierto.
Lo único malo, es que nos tocó el apartamento justo en la parte donde había un edificio en obras y por las mañanas temprano ya había bastante jaleo.

Reviewed Mar 5, 2026Het was schoon, redelijk compleet en behoorlijk dicht bij de belangrijkste monumenten. De klantenservice van het appartement was hulpvaardig maar de communicatie was wat chaotisch verspreid over 3 kanalen.
Bij minder weer zoals wij hadden is binnen zitten overdag geen optie. Buitenom het enorme bed is er een klein tafeltje met te grote stoelen, valt niet aan te ontbijten bij gebrek aan ruimte en hoogte van de stoelen. Bij mooi weer, mooi terras om te relaxen. Helaas waren alle kussen voor ons weggestopt, de eerste dag waren die goed van pas gekomen. Fijne badkamer en het bed is ook fijn, evenals de wasmachine. Goede info en pro activiteit naar mensen die met de auto komen zou een hoop parkeerstress hebben gescheeld.

Reviewed Feb 27, 2026Great apartment in a fantastic location central to everything with awesome views. Bed is super comfortable, great light in apartment with lots of juliet balconys. Everything you need in kitchen/lounge for a comfortable stay. The added bonus of a super sunny shared roof terrace was fabulous, we had it to ourselves for the duration of our stay which was just perfect.

El comedor y cocina están como en un pasillo y son cero acogedor. Tienes que tener las cortinas echadas todo el rato para tener intimidad. El sofá muy incómodo. Las habitaciones que tienen vistas a las ruinas tienen mejor pinta, pero las que dan al otro lado (la nuestra) son regulares por lo que he explicado.
