Haeundae Lavender House-Irua

posizione eccellente, a due passi dalla spiaggia, camera molto grande con tutto il necessario, anche la lavasciuga. istruzioni molto precise per tutto. frigo grande spazioso. non abbiamo avuto modo di sfruttarla, ma c'era anche una palestra nello stabile. supermercato al piano terra dello stabile utilissimo.

difficile da trovare per il tassista. ha compensato l'host, gentilissima, che ci è venuta a prendere fuori. sistema degli ascensori snervante, essendo un posto molto grande con tanti piani, a volte capitava di attendere svariati giri dell'ascensore, prima di salire

해변이 가까워서 푸르지오시티 매년 이용중이예요. 라벤더 이루아호텔도 2-3년전 이용했던 곳이였더라구요. 이번휴가는 날씨가 안좋았지만,(올해 부산에서 비가 가장 많이 왔던날) 그래도 늘 휴가오던 곳이라 편하게 잘 쉬다 갑니다.

我們在這裡住得非常愉快。房東回覆訊息很快，也非常親切，入住方式簡單，自助入住說明很清楚。 我們很感謝房東讓我們在入住前先寄放行李，讓我們可以繼續安排行程，不用一路拖著行李，非常方便。 房間乾淨舒適，地點很好，離海雲台海灘、餐廳、便利商店及交通都很近，非常適合家庭旅遊。

希望垃圾桶能多給一個並標示可回收及不可回收

The location of this property is great , right next to the beach. The building was clean and the house was clean and big.

Apartment was spacious and clean inside (windows is a different story, probably not the host's responsibility). Easy to check-in and out, exhaustive and advance instructions on how to find the place, with photos and guidance. Some very helpful appliances (e.g. washing machine), conveniently located with many stores, cafes and restaurants nearby, and the beach in the short walking distance. Ongoing availability of the host online, quickly answering any questions

Some amenities were missing in the kitchen. For example, a table knife (or a few) to spread the butter or jam, or tea spoons (we found bigger plastics ones though, but for a kitchen of this size a bit more cutlery would not be excessive). A rice cooker is great, but not sure anyone traveling would be really using it. A frying pan, however, would be more appreciated, I guess, to fry eggs for breakfast. The dish washing liquid in the kitchen smelled some strong chemical solution, more suitable for washing floors or toilets, definitely not dishes. We bought a new one. There was one chair in the whole apartment. High bar stools and a bench in the kitchen help to sit around the "bar" counter, but another chair would be a good idea. The building is high- 22 floors + a few underground levels, and only 2 lifts, always busy. Not a negative factor, but to keep in mind. Windows were dirty, especially visible on a sunny day. I guess, this is the entire property management problem, so do not complain, just point it out.

쾌적하고 넓은 공간에 매우 만족했고, 타월이 많이 비치되어 있어서 4명이 2일 묵는 동안 부족함이 없었으며, 호스트님이 친절하게 여러 사정을 봐주셔서 매우 만족스런 숙소였습니다. 또한 미포쪽 맛집들과의 접근성이 좋았으며, 블루라인과도 가까워서 좋았습니다. 바다뷰가 아주 작게 보이는 점이 아쉬웠으나, 큰 문제는 아닐 정도로 이 숙소에 매우 만족하였으며, 다음 부산 여행에도 또 지인들에게도 강추하고 싶습니다

정수기가 있었는데, 사용하지 못했습니다. 웬지 믿음이 가지 않아서 생수를 사다 마셨습니다

친구들 5인이 부산여행으로 깨끗하고 조용한 객실에서 시설이 완벽하게 갖춰진 공간에 편안하고 행복한 여행이었습니다. 화장실과 욕실이 쾌적하고 수건 과 세안용품 등이 넉넉하게 갖춰지고 부엌에도 사용에 편리한 그릇과 컵ㆍ가위ㆍ수저 ㆍ포트ㆍ정수기등이 잘 구비되어서 아주 좋았습니다. 다만 와이파이 아이디와 비번이 휴대폰에 뜨는 것과 일치하지 않아서 인터넷 이용이 안된 면이 있어서 불편했습니다. 문의한 사항에 주인장의 발빠른 대처와 서비스가 아주 좋았습니다. 같이 왔던 친구들이 숙소가 위치와 시설이 좋다고 극찬을 했습니다. 아무튼 편안한 휴식을 마치고 갑니다. 다음에 와도 다시 찾고 싶은 숙소입니다.

와이파이 연결이 아쉬웠어요.

일단 가장 먼저 체크하는 것이 화장실인데, 너무나 깨끗해서 좋았습니다. 5명이 한 호실, 혹은 투룸에서 지내는걸로 치면 이 가격이면 괜찮다고 봅니다. 세탁+건조되어서 좋았습니다. 사장님이 연락이 바로바로 되어서 모든 문제가 잘 해결됩니다.

저희는 차로 왔다갔다 해서 큰 문제는 아니었지만, 해운대 자체와는 조금 거리가 있어서, 갈 때는 몰라도 올 때는 힘든 몸으로 오기에 조금 힘들 것 같습니다.

so spacious and close to haeundae beach! was easy to get to popular sites like the sky capsule by walking, and the room itself was super clean and had all the facilities we needed + more.

Despite the detailed instructions, the building is quite confusing to check in to. It’s a very big high rise tower with numerous hotels operating within it and more than one entry point. Fine once you’re in. Horrible recycling routine on departure involving a trip to the bowels of the building and scraping your own food waste into a communal bin. Be ready with the wet wipes for your hands afterwards. It was a shame one of the big picture windows in the apartment was broken during our stay as would not open.

Our boy vomit on the bed. Thanks for the service gave us backup sheets and towels when we needed. We are in the 5th floor. Between 2 taller buildings, there is view for tje beach.

We walked into the apartment with a very pleasant scent of lavender. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. It has all the essential amenities. The drinking water dispenser and washer/dryer are bonus and come very handy. It's close to Haeundae beach which was spectacular with the new year light show. We extended one night because we loved staying there.

The bathroom floor gets flooded after showers.

Location was superb, in front of haeundae beach. Though the beach view was not explicit due to other buildings in front, considering the price, the location and facilities were great. The host was also very accommodating and helped with check out (+ luggage storage) as well as correct waste disposal (expected as this is a studio in an apartment)

Very difficult to find the location:( even with photos struggled. More signs +/- directions would've enhanced the check in experience.

Extremely clean apartment with exceptional decor.

Only two large towels were provided but plenty of Korean sized towels. Host provided two more the next day so extremely responsive and not a big deal.

The elevator situation is just terrible. Too many people trying to use the elevator at almost any time of the day, particularly of course during check in and check out times. Many times the elevator is not only stopping on almost all floors, but is too crowded to get even on.

My allergies were sensitive to something in the apartment may have been something with the AC unit or something else.

Close to Haeundae beach and area attractions and food outlets. There are plenty of convenient stores at the ground level of the building. Good size fridge and good washing machine and compact built ideas such as the clothes drying rack. Small but well equipped kitchen.

Our accommodation was hard to find. It is in a building with rooms/floors which are managed by other hotels. The hotel name is Irua on the directory board...instead of Lavender house. The bathroom towels weren't fresh smelling. The room was heavily scented. The photos didn't specifically indicate what our room looked like.

Very clean , has complete amenities suited for our family . Close to the beach, convenience stores and Gunama-ro road.

Name of the property was not Lavender house and nobody knew about it. Room was apparently under other name. Communication was difficult as my Korean is limited.Not sure about hsk svcs as it was not provided.But our stay was very short
