The location was quite spectacular, especially when the rain cleared and you had a wind swept view of the water and hillside. Always a challenge going up/down steep stairs to get to the toilet at night, especially after having finished the West Highland Way a day earlier! Very cozy place and wonderful interior design.

The location was amazing. The people who worked there were really nice. Old house with some great views. The house was decorated and felt very much like an old Scottish house.

Clean property, good online communication with the owners

No direct interaction with the owners which makes the experience very impersonal. The price was too high for what it is, its location which is very remote, room size and the level of service which is none.

La location è un mix perfetto tra stile scozzese e ottimo design, la cura con cui ogni singolo particolare degli interni è stato scelto ed accostato ti fa sentire accolto con grande calore e massima cura. Colazione di ottimo livello e posizione con una vista del mare in lontananza indimenticabile. Complimenti a Feruza artefice di questa meravigliosa magia.

Eine sehr stylische und wunderschön eingerichtete Unterkunft, in der wir uns wohlgefühlt haben. Allerdings fanden wir den Preis für die doch recht abgeschiedene Lage und keine Frühstück Option dann doch recht teuer.

Schön revitalisierter Gutshof in absoluter Einzellage mit Meerblick. Sehr nett und schön designt eingerichtet. Ganz besonders ansprechend ist das Panoramafenster mit Blick aufs Meer mit Sitzbank im Obergeschoß des Apartment "Orsonay"! Schöne Sitzgruppe vor dem Haus.

Tausende Moskitos machen die Benützung der schönen Aussenanlagen beinahe unmöglich.

Ullinish house had a beautiful view, great staff, and a wonderful room. The breakfast was amazing. The location was great for visiting the sites on Skye but it would be lovely to just have an extended stay there and enjoy its beauty. The parking was great and the location was easy to find.The outdoor seating area was great to enjoy a few evening drinks.

ganz hübsch gemacht aber eher unpraktisch. lage ist schön aber nicht so einsam wie beschrieben. feindselige nachbarn die einen beim spaziergang anpöbeln.

sehr beengtes zimmer, angeblich 21m2, vielleicht durch unglückliche aufteilung des badezimmers. kein platz irgenwas aufzuhängen oder sonstiger platz für gepäck. ausserdem wäre bei dem preis eine kleine bar oder toast und käse zur entnahme im gemeinsamen kühlschrank eine schöne aufmerksamkeit, da würde man den preis eher zahlen. so ist es ein sehr teures b&b.

The Ullinish house is just the perfect place to stay on the isle of Skye. Beautifully renovated and decorated it will make you fall in love with the island thanks to the amazing view and cozy environment. The staff is super kind and the breakfast is very good and freshly made. Cherry in the top the breakfast room is absolutely gorgeous

Wunderschön, absolut zum Wohlfühlen. Tolles Frühstück. Sehr nettes Personal. Flauschige Handtücher. Uns war das Bett etwas zu hart. Im Bad gibt es keine Steckdosen, das scheint im Schottland aber typisch zu sein. Tolle Lage um die Isle of Skye zu erkunden.

It was fabulous, large space and super comfortable- amazing nights sleep in comfortable bed and fabulous hot shower. Quiet as remote, but only 20mins drive to great local pub ‘The Old Inn’

No milk at all for cup of tea. Washing machine would be ideal too.

L’appartement est moderne, propre, neuf, tout équipé et bien décoré. Le personnel est réactif, le petit déjeuner est copieux et la literie est bonne. Vous aurez tout le confort nécessaire voire même luxueux. Je recommande vivement.

L'appartement est situé a 30 minutes de Portree en voiture. Même si l’appartement propose une cuisine toute équipée,. Il faut prévoir de faire des courses avant.comme l’appartement est situé loin de tout.

The location was peaceful and beautiful. The room was well decorated and comfortable - many lovely and thoughtful touches. The breakfast was just right. Everything felt very authentic.

Might have enjoyed a bathtub and the internet was quite weak, but those were minor in the scheme of things.

The Continental breakfast was disappointing for the fees they are charging.the check-in is not till 5pm and check out is at 10am.it feels like you shouldn't hang around for too long . Could be more welcoming.

Loved the place. It was very well appointed, clean and Firuza and Andy were lovely hosts. Would definitely want to stay there again soon. The breakfast was very good as well. They have nice Grind coffee for coffee lovers. The place is quiet with exceptional views.

The detail and design were absolutely stunning. It's an unassuming house in the middle of nowhere, but when you open the main door you're transported somewhere cosy, and warm and relaxing. The room itself was absolutely gorgeous. The bathroom was stunning, spotless and loved the roll top bath. The bed/seating area was so, so comfortable after a long drive and it's the best night's sleep I've ever had on the first night somewhere. Breakfast was beautiful, with homemade croissants - I had to leave early but the crossaint was very kindly put in a takeaway bag for me, fresh out of the oven. Can't fault the stay, will absolutely be back. Oh and the guide book/history of the house as well!! Lovely personal touches from the owners too.

Elaborate renovation was done to the house, luxury furniture and home decor, there is an interesting history and family story. Easy to access at any time! Very good instruction are sent in advance by hosts. Good continental breakfast. Attentive hosts.

Had an excellent stay at Ullinish House, it was a continental breakfast which was served in a lovely breakfast room. It's a self check-in B & B, so I was glad to have received all the emails with everything I needed to find the house and my room. It was also great to receive all the extra information on where to eat, and booking restaurants before we arrived. Very comfy king bed and great coffee in the morning. The room was even nicer than the pictures, really nice design. The lounge room was also great to relax after being out in the elements! Would definitely go back!

Really well decorated, stylish and expensive fittings and fixtures and materials. Also the bathroom was spotless and a lovely warm powerful shower! One of my biggest bug bares is mould in bathrooms. And this one was like brand new!!! Totally spotless.

I loved breakfast I thought was cute and well put together and nice variety. However my partner would have preferred a warm cooked breakfast option.

We knew it from a trip some years ago when it was a hotel. It’s the same beautiful location and furnishings.

We didn’t realize from the description that this isn’t a hotel anymore, and unfortunately only realized this after reserving, when I got the message that there’s no restaurant, etc. They only offer non-refundable bookings so you’re out of luck by the time you make the reservation and get this message. We arrived and there’s no reception. We wandered around until we found the name of the room we were supposed to stay in because there’s no one to ask questions about where to go. It’s very far from any restaurant so we had to get snacks from a food truck up the road. Their check-in time is 5pm which is much later than other places. Some other reviewers mentioned that the hosts are nice, but I didn’t see anyone the whole time I was there. There was a tray with croissants, a boiled egg and juice at breakfast (I didn’t see any cheese as mentioned in the description.) If you’re expecting an air b&b experience, this is a lovely place for that. It’s just not what I was looking for and I wish I’d realized it up front before booking.
