The stay was overall okay, but the toilet could use some improvement. It had a slight smell when we first used it, and there was no air freshener provided. Adding one would make the experience more comfortable.

Nearby food and gas, easy to go to kuala perlis and padang besar, situated at very good location i always when come to perlis will stay at this place got all facilities and very comfortable to stay for a short period

so far, all good to me and my family to stay for short vacation every time i come to perlis to enjoy seafood ikan bakar at kuala perlis and go shopping at padang besar so far have all facilities and for me all goods.

Shoplot. Stairs too high for elderly people. Poorly kept unit. Sawang m,sarang labah2,moldy freezer, faulty plugs etc

Bilik bersih, selesa, mudah untuk cari lokasi, di bawah ada dobi, kedai runcit dan kedai makan. Sangat selesa utk kami berempat tinggal.

Hahahaha.. rumah di tingkas atas (Tingkat 2). Agak susah kalau bawa ayah ibu yang ada masalah sakit kaki.

Location n the house

I stayed at Laena's Homestay recently and faced some unpleasant conditions. There were spiderwebs in the room, and I saw lizards and their droppings in different spots. It was very uncomfortable and unhygienic. I hope this issue will be taken seriously and proper cleaning will be done for future guests.

The room and living area is clean.

The toilet. Was a bit too compact and the shower.

Love everything about this Homestay, except it quite not recommended for someone that really sensitive with sound if for sleep. The homestay beside main road. But other facilities and service very good and highly recommend especially for those with family.

Easy to find. Place is very spacious and clean. Overall value for money.

Location and spacious house. Walkable to Giant Kangar, mart, tomyum restaurant, self service laundry all just downstair.

No Malaysia TV. Only only online streaming.

The homestay is pretty near to town area, pretty convenience to go around by Grab, taxi or rent a car etc. Many nice places and nice foods can be explore in Perlis. Very convenience to take ferry to Langkawi or drive to Padang Besar / Alor Setar for day trip from Perlis.

The bed is a bit dusty, and need to be cleaned manually before go to the bed to sleep. And the water pressure is pretty low, luckily there is water pump provided (just remember to turn it on when using the bathroom, toilet and kitchen). The aircon at the living room not really cold the temperature even after setting to low temperature.

Climbing the stairs to the homestay is not suitable for those with knee problems 😅

The rooms are well decorated and clean. The aircond is cold and the facilities are sufficient for a short stay. It’s also just above the laundromat, convenient store and restaurant which is quite convenient.

Both of the bathrooms are situated outside and guests need to turn on the pump as the water pressure is low. The water tank inside the bathroom is just above your head when showering which is a bit scary.

Ample parking space.

Walk up stairs is not suitable for elderly.

Clean and comfortable. Self service laundry jist below the unit and high speed internet provided.

Shop lot unit level one with no lift and near main road a little bit noisy during night time.

Spacious, clean with ample of parking & easy to find location.

Water pressure in both bathroom was very low. Literally no water flowing from the wash basin in the bathroom.

amaze with the deco, it spacious & clean, staff were helpful and friendly. my family enjoy staying here. i like the smell of honeydew soap. hmmm what else? everything was great, definitely recommended!

This is a shop lot unit converted into homestay. There is no emergency escape route. No smoke detector. Do they have the license to operate? High safety risks 😳.

Room is clean and beds comfortable.

Interior so nice and many equiment are provided (iron, hair dryer, utensils, fridge, wifi, tv with youtube/netflix, water dispenser). Host also very nice and fast reply. Near to shop, laundry, restaurant (loiter food court)

Quite not safe for group of all girls because akan sunyi waktu malam.

Very near to the Giant and there are restaurants and grocery stores downstairs, many parking lots, so it’s very convenient I feel cozy and relax, just like at home, the owner very friendly
