Reviewed Sep 4, 2025A great affordable room, ideal for an overnight stay after hiking. I stayed here whilst completing the Kaiserkrone, and the room was bright, clean and had a fantastic pasture and mountain view. Breakfast was also simple but good for a day of hiking. Note the check in time of 1700 if you intend on arriving in Gasteig earlier in the day.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2025A lovely cabin in a wonderful quiet area in the alps. Next big town only a few minutes drive away. Everything was super easy going and relaxed. Breakfast was lovely, wifi worked great. No stress with our dog. Great experience all together.
The pillows were not good, almost empty feather pillows and impossible to get them in a comfortable position.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2025Het uitzicht en de rust is geweldig, dat krijg je niet snel beter. Wakker worden bij de opgaande zon is fantastisch.
De kamer is zeer basic, het laminaat leg ikzelf beter en de vloer is niet waterpas. Wanneer je geen gelikte kamer verwacht is het een prima plek. Houd je van luxe dan moet het verder kijken.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2025We liked the architecture of the house, there were a lot of well-preserved details, beautiful wooden beams, floors. Very simple, sufficiently equipped, nothing was missing. Sleeping in a feather duvet was very pleasant, fresh air, nice view from the window and the possibility to go on the terrace. Breakfast with fresh bread was also included and this was very nice as the price was very friendly compared to the area. Then the host was nice and friendly.

Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch sind nur wenige Investitionen auf Grund der Besitzverhältnisse möglich.

Reviewed Jun 12, 2025Отдельно стоящий дом с прекрасным видом на горы, небольшое количество номеров, неплохой завтрак, нормальный интернет, своя парковка,хозяин старался сделать все хорошо, но..
Это реально старый дом 1947 года постройки, с деревянными скрипящими перекрытиями и полами, звукоизоляции - ноль, хотя все туристы честно старались очень мало шуметь (но слышно было, как в соседнем номере вибрирует на беззвучном режиме мобильный телефон). Номера откровенно старые, типа с винтажной мебелью, но у нас сильно скрипели кровати. Удобства не продуманы, у нас на весь номер было 3 розетки - 2 высоко на стене надо кроватью, 1 высоко на стене возле входа. В номере площадью метров 16 не было ни одного стула, ни дивана, ни стола. Телевизора тоже не было, но нам и не надо.. ковролин на полу выглядел как-то совсем убито, такое ощущение, что хозяин стелил его сам. Неплохая душ кабина, но она практически не оставила место для унитаза, на котором приходилось сидеть очень аккуратно (мы с женой достаточно крупные люди, но тем не менее). За 100 евро за ночь (с завтраком из булочки, 2х кусочков ветчины и сыра, 1 вареного яйца, джема, масла, чая и кофе) мы всё-таки ожидали чего-то получше (за день до этого ночевали в другой подобной гостинице за 70 евро, так там все было как в нормальной гостинице)

Reviewed Jun 9, 2025There was plenty to eat at breakfast (although it was very basic). Location was amazing. Facilities were very basic but all we wanted was a warm dry bed and breakfast the next morning and that's exactly what we got.
If we'd wanted a posh and special hotel, everything would need to change. But we didn't want that.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2025Am Ortsrand von Kirchdorf ein ehemaliger Gasthof in historischer Ausstattung mit Charme einer Alpenvereinshütte. Wird wohl bald einem Neubau weichen. Übernachtungsstop auf der Rückreise von Triest über Plöckenpass wegen der Nähe zur deutschen Autobahnauffahrt.

Reviewed May 8, 2025We booked one room for 2ppl for one night. Check in and check out times was not provided while booking our stay. We were denied to check in after 11PM. We tried to find a solution in this situation but the owner - Daniele was stubborn and greedy. Not only were we denied to check in but also to cancel the stay and get a refund. We were never let in to this facility. We paid money for stay and we were left without place to sleep. It’s not worth booking this place - if something’s up, you’re gonna have hard time trying to settle with the owner. Daniele, buy yourself something nice for this 80€ you took from us for nothing in return 🤑

Reviewed Mar 10, 2025Strávili jsme víkendový pobyt v tomto zařízení, při příjezdu jsme měli drobný problém, který však majitel ihned po oznámení vyřešil. Majitel byl vždy přítomen, pečoval o hosty. K snídani byly čerstvé a křupavé housky, bohatý výběr nápojů, káva, čaj, džus i mléko. Byla i nabídka čerstvého ovoce :).

Reviewed Jan 19, 2025Daniele ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Immer aufmerksam und bedacht, dass z.B. beim Frühstück nichts ausgeht. Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt am Haus.
Sowohl die Möbel, als auch die Fenster und Türen sollten dringend erneuert werden. Leider gab es im ganzen Haus keinen Fernseher, was bei dem schlechten Wetter sehr negativ war. Dusche und WC sind nicht im Zimmer, man muss auf die andere Seite des Flures. Obwohl sie nur für uns vorgesehen waren, wurden sie auch von anderen Bewohnern benutzt.
