We were staying with a disabled person on a wheelchair. There is no real elevator, but a lifting ramp, which is a bit slow, but it does its job.

Might be a little far from the centre for some folks but it was not much of a hassle for me, and the affordable price more than makes up for it. There's a bus stop right outside and the metro is quite near. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and quiet. Loved the convenience of the washing machine in the room too!

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Very comfortable stay, in the suburbs of Madrid - everything was to our expectations, the only thing you should consider is the distance from the city center, which takes about 30 minutes. The rooms itself was clean and had all we needed for a simple stay and having a place to start and end our Madrid trips.
Location is somewhat far from the center; that being said, it was safe and pleasant otherwise. We had an issue opening the window blinds, which may have been due to us not understanding where to control them, but it was not a problem as we really stayed just the nights.

The location is very good, close to the metro.
