The pool

Staff was not responsive, I asked for extra sheet a few times but did not respond, there were 2 of us but only 1 sheet

I like the view from the balcony. AC is cool. Bed is comfortable. Water pressure is good.

The blanket is thin. The pillows are too soft. Wifi sometimes disconnects. But all of these are bearable.

The place itself is very nice, cozy, and comfortable. We enjoyed the good Wi-Fi, Netflix, and the complete utensils provided.

However, we were disappointed by the hidden charge for the pool, which costs ₱100 per person. We are only 2 pax, and based on our previous bookings with different hosts in the same area, pool access for 2 pax was always free (only excess guests had to pay). This policy wasn’t indicated anywhere on the listing. Since we were already there, we had no choice but to pay. I hope the host updates their posting to include this info to avoid setting the wrong expectations for future guests

I love the ambiance and the comfort the place brought to me and my friends. The place felt very cozy and it was very clean. There were bidets, kitchen, ref, aircon, balcony, and a very comfortable bed. The hosts also catered our requests. Very recommended to others!

I hope the place could have a heater in the shower and maybe more thick blankets because the blankets were thin. Nevertheless, the rest were great already.

The property was situated near the centre. It was very accessible. There were towels, bedsheets, blankets, pool pass, dishwashing liquid. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. There was wifi. There was netflix in one room.

There was no netflix on the other room as we booked 2 rooms. There was no soap, shampoo, conditioner provided. There were not enough blankets for us even though they knew we were family of 8. We even paid extra for the extra people. The staff forgot to pay the pool access fee prior to us swimming.

The toilet had no handle, we booked two sea side rooms and and the host was trying to offer me the basic rooms we were only able to get one sea side room the host was rude and act like it was are fought, the rooms were infected with roaches, the host had a lock on the washer machine, the host only left a small roll of tissue maybe for one or two poops this was a horrible experience and I WILL not Lie about this

Nice ambiance, the property owner is easy to contact. She will reply to all my queries. Hope we can visit her property again.

Very good communication with a host. I was accomodated 1 hour before check-in time. Reasonably clean apartment. Good location. Swimming pool. Place has cooker, big fridge and washing machine. Quiet environment. A lot of security guards in the complex.

Water temperature in shower facility could be bit higher. Pots have damaged teflon. If I was the owner, I would replace them with stainless steel pots

Tragiczne miejsce, wszystkim odradzam. Brudno, brak papieru toaletowego, pościel z włosami poprzednich lokatorów, nad toaletą zużyta podpaska, karaluchy i mrówki. Po zabiciu 5 karalucha nad łóżkiem zdecydowaliśmy się wrócić spać na lotnisko.

Staffs are friendly and approachable.

Accommodation paid was for 4 guests. Linens available is for 2 only. No toiletries provided. Not clean pull-out bed no linen and there’s small cockroaches provided.

Cozy and comfortable place to stay away from the busy city.

The easy way to access the appartemnt. Air condition is ok. The bed is also ok. I didn't use it but there are kitchen tool if need to cook.

No toilet paper! I couldn't believe this! I had to go out and by it. There is only room temperature water I'm the toilet. In general the toilet is really bad! This is the main point that I didn't like about this. Also the towel provided, not very clean and in bad condition. It is a pity, because with a bit more effort it can easily be improved. Also, no sign of the owner. O try to call him, and the number was off line. I personally wouldn't choose it again!

Location and swimming pool were nice

Disappointed with my first stay in Cebu. The room had cockroaches and the fridge wasn’t working. I’m attaching some photos for reference. I really hope the owners fix the hygiene and maintenance issues soon.

A lot of small cockroach in the kitchen crawling and some in bed.

There is no light in the comfort room, we need to call the building maintenance and found out that there has been a leakage that is why the lights are not working. There is no available pool pass, we were asked to convince the person to let us swim since the pool pass is expired and has not been released yet. There is no tissue available too. The utensils are not properly cleaned. I messaged the owner here in booking but there has been no response

Not a real hotel with staff and checkin. Very large apartment community. Should be listed on Airbnb as it is someone’s home. Owners personal items were throughout home. Dead roach smashed in bathroom gave me the creeps. Security guards on duty sleeping. Stain on bed sheet.

We really liked how neat and well-organized the room is. The modern design added a fresh and cozy vibe.

One downside was the lack of communication after I booked online. The host didn’t provide the unit details in advance, and I had to call her on the day of our arrival to find out which unit we were assigned. Also, she provided a Netflix account, but I couldn’t sign in with it, so I ended up using my own account to watch. Lastly, the shower was not working during our stay, which was very inconvenient.

The seaside view and pull out sofa was a scam instead we got a extra floor mattress with no sheets and the owner expect us to share a queen bed for three people, blamed us for having a late booking- could have just not accepted the booking if room is not ready The sheets were not clean smell of sweat and peppermint oil, microwave and cooktop does not work was not informed by the owner, Bathroom mirror was not clean and there were some leftover antiperspirant cream and bathsoap,

The room has barely any furnitures. No freebies at all. We were 3 when we visited but only were given 2 towel cloths. Blanket and window curtain is as thin as my patience. Not even a complementary toothbrush was available.

I've stayed here many times. The host is very accommodating. The condo is clean, tidy and well presented.

Nothing! This place sucks. Never ever book this even for a short stay. It’s not safe and secure, and the property owner/manager does not care about providing you with the best service parallel to what you paid for. This listing is better blacklisted from every accommodation booking platform!

1. The owner was not responsive. They’ll wait until you message Customer Service before responding to your queries. They listed a mobile number but they are not answering the calls and texts. 2. They aren’t prepared with the stay. They initially asked me to go to Bldg 305 so I asked my Grab to drop me there with my heavy luggage. When I reached, the guard didn’t know how I can access the unit, and he didn’t offer to call the owner. So I messaged the owner again and waited… only to be told that they wanna change my unit to the other building. So I dragged my heavy luggage to the other building, as I just booked the place for a little while to rest before my flight and I really wanted to lie down already. 3. Upon opening the unit, it smelled of fish! OMG. The toilet bowl got shit on it. The kitchen sink is soiled. 😢 4. The worst part was when I was showering, the power in the unit went off. It was so dark but I tried my best to scramble out of the toilet to grab my phone flashlight. There was no landline in the unit so I couldn’t call the lobby or anyone. I rushed to gather my things and put on my clothes without even finishing my shower because I was super scared.

Second time booking the place. So clean. The place is nice. The host is very responsive to all queries.

We were not informed prior that there was an existing guest in the room and we also received a booking confirmation past the check in time. We were given a different room to occupy for one night. Since we booked 2 nights, the next day we were told to move to the original unit that we booked. It was very inconvenient for us because we had to check out in the first unit we stayed around 11am. The good thing was we had to do some quick errands so we went out for a bit however we had to wait for the original room to be prepared around 1:30pm. Though the place was very nice and clean, however I must say that it is very important to be transparent especially prior to the customer’s check in time.

Stay was alright, except, we waited for an hour or so for us to be accommodated.

No Sinnesarten on Pool

The place has everything that you need and everything is functional. It’s so cozy, we had a great time, we were able to rest and sleep well and enjoyed the rest of our stay.

This is not for the room itself but the establishment could have improved the water supply particularly in the bathroom.

The room is just good enough for me and my husband. The set up of the room is also nice and relaxing.

The distance. It was so hard to look for a ride, either grab or taxi. Also a turn off that were not able to use the TV. I called the person in charge but still wasn't able to solve the problem. No heater and the CR have a backflow smell. We are not able to sleep well due to the strong foul smell of the CR😔

Nicely decorated tiny studio with everything one or two travellers might need. Comfy bed, fast internet, even Netflix was included. Awesome pool, very secure, nice security guards, good and quick communication with the owner. No frills, no problems. There is 7-11 and other shops (diner, massage, laundry) in the complex, so everything is handy.

Drinking water, tea/coffee could be provided.

In the Balcony where the aircon compressor is located. It blows hot air towards the table where we hang out having some drinks.

It was functional. I can work remotely with good wifi.

I just hope they provide a drinking water.

Complete kitchen utensils but we never had a chance to cook. We were at the island to attend parties.

The location

The property is clean and all the appliances are working and are ready to use. And the owner is very kind.

I really liked the property, even though it’s a bit far from Cebu City and closer to Mactan Newtown. However, I experienced an issue with the water supply during my stay, particularly while in the middle of washing my hair.

The distance to the main entrance was a bit far but still walkable, which was fine as I enjoy walking around the neighborhood. My only major issue was the water supply interruption during my stay.

We are expecting but not met: -NO napkin/ tissue for food set-up -NO ygiene kit (specifically TOOTHBRUSH and TOOTHPASTE) -NO Thick/fleece blanket (it's obviously cheap) for cold temperature -Sleepers for inside - pillowcases were not suitable for this kind of set up (cheap quality) -bath towels were too tiny BUT I VOUCH THIS UNIT FOR A BUDGET POCKET!!! We enjoy our stay, for real, it just needs to have or improve more of the necessary equipments.
