オーロラはリビング、バルコニーから見れましたとにかく最高の眺望🔭 バルコニーからトロムソ市街を望みオーロラ撮影もできました。 市街地（中心地）から1Km強ですが歩けます。 スーパーEuropesuperから11分くらい800ｍ食材調達して調理も可🍳 ラグジュアリーなトロムソ滞在♪ あくまでも民泊ですが！！ レンタカーで駐車は本館に停めました。

基本問題ありませんが最初だけ。 離れアパートだったので 玄関がわからず Boukersen Heimを門に書いておいてもらえれば わかりやすかったと思います。 離れのアパートだったので 入口がわかずオーナーに電話して 管理人に案内してもらいました。 本館はわかりやすいのですが 離れのアパートでは 最初だけ玄関と部屋の入り方がわかれば 民泊として問題なし。 大通りから急坂！車でも大変！ 路面凍結の季節では 靴には簡易滑りどめがあったら良いかも 車はスパイクタイヤだから問題なし WiFi弱めですが問題なし（離れのアパート）

Es gab alles, was man braucht, in der Küche habe ich alles gefunden, von der Kaffeemaschine bis zu Töpfen mit Besteck, alles vorhanden. Mit dem Bus kommt man ganz leicht vom Flughafen oder von der Innenstadt ans Ziel, die Bushaltestelle ist auch nicht weit entfernt.

Das wäre jetzt Jammern auf hohem Niveau, man könnte sich zum Beispiel über den Berg beschweren, den man hoch laufen muss, um die Unterkunft zu erreichen, das ist mit einem Koffer etwas mühsam, aber dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts…

The kitchen is well equipped and the whole house is tidy and warm.

Sound insulation is non-existent, you hear everything from your room, your experience will be based purely on what kind of people will be staying the same time as you, maybe you get an italian partying group and you won't be sleeping that night. (For me it was mostly quiet, maybe because of luck) The house is on a really steep street and the ice is not cleared from the private property walkway to the door, there was a guest who could not reach the door with her luggage and I slipped on one night. This could be easily avoided if the ice is cleared from the walkway.

Good view from my room, comfortable bed and in a reasonable location about 20 minutes walk from town. It was also pretty clean.

Tired decor (the pictures look much better than the reality), very noisy as no soundproofing and rather overpriced. If it was a reasonable price it wouldn't be so bad but a broken tap, shower tray and oven extractor cover are all easy and cheap fixes which really should be done. There wasn't even a kettle. I feel the owner is just taking money without really caring about the experience of the customer. 5 pm is also a late check in. I would not go back. Wi-fi also kept dipping in and out which was frustrating.

-The location is close enough to town(15 min walking). If you do not have big luggage, you can take 24 bus from the airport and get off at Storskogen stop, then it is a short downhill walk to the Heim. -The view from the communal area is gorgeous. -One of the few affordable accommodation options in Tromsø

-3 Wifi networks available but none of them worked for me. -No kettle in the kitchen, I would have loved to get a cup of tea as the room radiator was not so warm. -Many notices listing rules are posted like a student dorm and it was rather stifling, especially in the bathroom. Shared bathrooms naturally require consideration, but being suggested to limit shower time to 5-10 minute made it hard to relax. -The walls are thin, and I was sometimes woken by other guests' voices or footsteps as it sounded as if someone had entered my room (I am usually quite tolerant of noise). -The information sheet in the room states that if you leave a 5 star review, you will be given a larger discount on your next stay. Rewarding good guests may be reasonable but I felt quite conflicted.

The atmosphere of the place is warm and welcoming. The view from the window is excellent. The location is good, walking distance to the city centre. Price is reasonable.

It would be nice to have some pictures on the walls in the room.

Knus geusthouse met 2 keuken en ruime woonkamer. 3 badkamers. Ik had een kamer op de eerste verdieping. Op 15 minuten loopafstand van centrum Tromso. Supermarkt op 5 minuten loopafstand

Er kunnen nog late incheckers komen na 23 uur en/ of gasten die heel vroeg uitchecken. Dat kun je meekrijgen ivm dat het best gehorig gebouw is.

Bed was goed. In gedeelde keuken kan thee/koffie gezet. Douchestraal was goed. Ondanks dat alles zeer oud was, was er wel goed schoongemaakt. Complimenten aan de schoonmaakploeg.

Weg erheen: ijs en steil. Spikes gekocht. Onpersoonlijk: op lijst staat je kamernummer, in 5 dagen geen medewerker gezien. We hadden de locatie gekozen omdat deze ‘warm en huiselijk’ zou zijn. Inrichting ontzettend oud. Kamer zou 12m2 zijn, was eerder 10m2. In kelder. Verwarming door losse stinkende straalkachel. Uitzetraam enkelglas 0,5m2 zonder slot, dat was enige ventilatie. 2 badkamers voor circa 15 kamers, plus 1 douche in een washok.

Internet péssima, apesar de ter 4 redes a conexão era horrível, pelo menos no quarto que eu estava. O acesso a acomodação no inverno também é bem complicado devido a quantidade de neve acumulada na entrada da casa.

Çok güzel bir mutfak ve oturma alanı var. Gezinizi ekonomik hale getirmek için marketten aldığınız gıdaları hazırlayabilirsiniz. Yakınında otobüs durağı var. Havalimanı dahil her yere giden otobüs bulabilirsiniz.

Banyonun ve tuvaletin ortak olması çok konforlu ve hijyenik değil.

Bom quarto com aquecimento, ótima cama, banheiros limpos, ótimo chuveiro. Fica a 10 minutos a pé do centro. Cozinha bem organizada.

The stay was overall pleasant and I enjoyed my experience in Tromsø. The price is indeed one of the lowest in the city, which is a real positive point. The location is also very convenient: the property is close to the city center and easily accessible by direct bus from the airport, which is very practical.

However, the house is quite run-down and the facilities could use some improvement, especially the bathrooms and the kitchen, which fall short in terms of comfort and maintenance. I understand and respect the guidelines aimed at limiting water and electricity consumption. That said, one of the most effective ways to reduce consumption would also be to invest in better-maintained equipment, for example installing leak-free taps or more modern facilities. Despite this, I really enjoyed my stay, but I sincerely believe that renovations and improvements are necessary to provide an experience that matches the property’s full potential.

El Lugar muy cómodo, acogedor, tenía 4 gatos encantadores y cariñosos. Al estar más alejada de la ciudad se podía ver más fácil las auroras boreales. El personal muy amable.

Loved it, perfect place to stay and a nice walking distance from the town centre!

The host appears to invest significant effort in trying to create a respectful living environment, with many rules and reminders posted throughout the property. The accommodation is also not too far from the city center.

The excessive number of posted rules is overwhelming and creates constant stress, as guests feel pressured to read everything to avoid breaking rules. The entrance to the property is via a very steep slope that becomes extremely slippery when icy. Although there is an alternative, gentler path, it is poorly marked and can easily lead guests into a private yard, where we were aggressively shouted at, which was highly unpleasant and unacceptable. There are multiple free-roaming cats inside the house, but this was not clearly disclosed in advance. This is a serious issue, especially for guests with allergies. The house is old and has virtually no sound insulation. The bathroom is shared, often requires waiting, has limited hot water. Some room doors show obvious signs of forced entry, raising concerns about safety. Most critically, the bedding was unhygienic: pillows were yellowed, and the duvet cover had large, clearly visible black stains that appeared to be mold.

Very cute cats and ofc an affordable accommodation in Tromso. Also the cleaning lady did a great job and was very nice.

The accommodation actually felt like a scam as it didn't match the pictures at all. The pictures on booking are heavily edited or very old. We had the feeling like the owners don't want to put any money or energy into the property and just have passive income. There was no check in just a paper hanging on the wall with your room number. Our room was very small with a tiny window and no light at all.. It had two folding chairs and two single beds instead of the double bed we booked, and the beds were extremely noisy and creaked badly with every movement. The old linoleum floor made the room feel worn and uninviting. Overall, this room is not worth booking at all. The shared bathrooms were not sufficient for the number of guests.

Location was good, view was awesome from the windows. clean and comfortable, good host, beautiful cats.

Number of bathrooms were less than expected. There should be at least one bathroom per floor, I stayed on the 3rd floor, and there was no bathroom there. So you need to get down to 2nd floor everytime, which is inconvenient specially in the night. The entrance was too slippery, it was a challenge to walk with luggage, it would be very helpful if some arrangement could be made for that particular area.

Overall was a good stay. Some extra / small towels would have been nice as well as some shower gel / shampoo in the bathroom.

Location was pretty convenient, walkable to shops and approximately 20 minutes walk to attractions/pick up points for tours Room was very small but there were cozy shared spaces with a fireplace, eating area and a well equiped kitchen with an oven. Everything was clean including the shared bathrooms. It was reasonably quiet and the cats were cute. Staff were helpful with assisting in organising tours by message.

Dość blisko centrum- ok 20 min na pieszo. Bliskość dużego supermarketu. Dostęp do kuchni. Piękny widok z okna również widoczna zorza z okna. W pokoju bardzo cieplo mimo pobytu w styczniu. Bliskość autobusu. Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny porównując z innymi miejscami do spania w tromso. Koty.

Ogromna góra pod którą trzeba się wspiąć- jest ślisko, trzeba użyć raczków, inaczej można się przywrócić co zostało przetestowane :). Nad nami bardzo głośno bawiły się dzieci, ciężko było odsypiać nocne wycieczki na poszukiwanie zorzy. Niektórzy ludzie nie potrafią zachować czystości w toalecie.

It was all you could ask for while passing by and staying for one night. It was already my 2nd stay in the place so I knew what to expect. I like the ambience of the place. Very affordable comparing to Norwegian/Tromso standards. There is a bus stop nearby, where you can catch a connection to the airport.

When you occupy a room at "-1" level, you can hear all the noise neighbours upstairs make - very clearly. However, the noise would stop before 10pm. In general, rooms are not soundproof at all (at least the ones at the level that I stayed on) so you need to decide if it's a problem for you or not.

One shared bathriom together with toilet is absolutely unsatisfactory for capacity of up to 30 persons. this one never more.

Ble flyttet ut av rommet uten forvarsel og uten at jeg var tilstede. Husvert trodde jeg skulle bo kun en natt. Jeg hadde booket og betalte for tre netter for flere måneder siden !

küche mit wunderbarem ausblick, gut organisierter kühlschrank! im noch so kleinen zimmer ist alles drin, was man braucht.

die unterkunft ist auf die digitale generation ausgerichtet. trotzdem hab ich sie - mit unterstützung von einheimischen - gefunden. und man geht davon aus, dass man dauernd in die mailbox schaut, ob da nachrichten sind. auf einer wanderung mache ich das aber nicht... die wände sind sehr dünn und die mitreisenden erstaunlich rücksichtslos (zb türenknallen). auch was küchen- und badregeln betrifft: es ist alles deutlich angeschrieben, warum ist es so schwer geworden, an die nächste/nachfolgende person zu denken ?

Lokalita do centra perfektní, kousek na autobus a 2km chůze k booking point. Pokoj skromně zařízený. Postel dobrá. Vše ostatní uspokojivé.

Cesta od hlavní silnice k ubytování v poslední třetině dost strmá. Nedoporučuji přijet autem k tomuto ubytování.

Antes de chegar já estava a ter uma ótima experiência com a Thia que foi sempre amável e disponível em responder-me a todas as questões. Vim sozinha e saber que vinha para um sítio com alguém acolhedor, ajudou bastante. Tromso é uma uma cidade mágica e ficar nesta casa fez parte dessa magia. Simplesmente acolhedor. A tour às auroras com o Alba e a Janete foi maravilhoso, apesar de as auroras estarem envergonhadas, toda a experiência de estar à volta da fogueira a conversar e a sentir a magia, foi perfeito. E foi feito todos os esforços possíveis para que conseguíssemos ver. Obrigada! Recomendo 😊

Heimまでは坂なので雪&凍った道は少し、しんどかった。

ottima posizione (bus frequenti per andare in centro fino a tarda serata), spazi comune abbastanza puliti. Ottima la compagnia dei gatti.

stanza numero 15 molto piccola e non pulita benissimo, c’era della polvere sotto al letto e sul pavimento al nostro arrivo. Segnalerei la necessità di ramponi in inverno vista l’importante salita che c’è (non visibile completamente dalle foto dell’host).

Homely feel. Easy self check in and check out. Close to many supermarkets and bus stop which can take you into town. Only a 30 minute walk into town. Good system for storing food in fridges. Clean bathrooms, common area. Much cheaper compared to alternative accommodation in the area.

Linen could be upgraded and some more cutlery provided in the kitchen. Limited dining space. Up a steep slope which can be very slippery in winter . 2 bathrooms to share might be problematic for some. Not much sound proofing.

Nous avons été accueilli très chaleureusement !!! Nous étions à 2 dans un appartement et un personne dans une autre chambre avec qui nous partagions les parties communes mais cela n’était pas dérangeant. La vue est extraordinaire, nous y étions le soir du 31/12!!!

Quiet place to sleep in the centre of Tromso. I got everything I expected. Very small room but I didn't need bigger as travelling without suitcase.

Der freundliche Mensch, der den Gehweg geräumt hat. Der ausgezeichnete Blick auf den Fjord und die gegenüberliegende Seite.

Zuerst in ein Zimmer gebucht im 2 Stock mit schöner Aussicht, dann umgebucht in ein muffiges Kellerzimmer. Ich kann mich nicht als Allergiker freundliche Herberge darstellen und überall Katzen - ich habe 5 gezählt - herumlaufen lassen. (Katzenhaare sind für Atemwegs-Allergiker ein wirkliches Problem) Im Winter wegen extremer Hanglage nur schwer zu erreichen. Kommentar (nicht zur Bewertung): Es gibt immer mehr Herbergen, die sich jovial geben, Hotelpreise fordern und dann mangels Personal die Gäste selbst einen Teil der Herbergsarbeiten machen lassen. Da ist mir ein Hotel lieber!

From the description, it's not clear that bathrooms were shared between many rooms. the location and room size are the only smaller issue, else it was fine - comfy and clean.

Many facilities especially for cooking, owners & workers helpful and nice, localisation near to the center and beautiful view from the living room, easy to check in and check out

Never saw the hair dryer, issue with the electricity for 2-3 hours (happened only once), not strong wifi (one out of 3 provided didn't work)

An incredible stay at this gorgeous property with wonderful hosts... the highlight of my trip to Northern Norway!! Perfect location close to city center with breathtaking views and easy bus access!! They also offer great tours directly from property which was an added bonus... Thank you so much Thia & Martin... I can't wait to return!! ☺️

Value for money met expectations as this is much more affordable than the rest of the accomodation in Tromso. The view from our room and communication by the host/property owner were great.

The property feels more like a hostel than a hotel. It’s an older building and the walls are really thin. There were noisy guests in the kitchen and bathroom near our room, which made it hard to sleep. I complained to the owner, but nothing could be done except to move us to another room the following day. We switched to a different hotel for our second night in Tromso. Additionally, entering the property is quite risky because of the ice.
