Great location, very quiet.

Poorly cleaned and maintained. Even the towels had stains and were totally worn-out, tableware was dirty and the coffee brewer had old coffee grounds in it.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut. Ein großer Supermarkt und ein kleiner Kiosk sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen, man kommt überall schnell hin.

清潔でした！！帰りは鍵を家の中に置いておくスタイルだったので助かりました！

チェックインの際鍵がある場所が少し遠く重い荷物を持ちながらだと少し大変でした。キッチンはありますが一切調味料(塩や油など)がなかったので期待してましたが料理できずでした

Locale molto piccolo dove in due persone si fatica anche ad aprire le valigie. Pulizie e mantenimento non buoni affatto, abbiamo persino trovato una scatoletta di carne aperta nel frigorifero.

El alojamiento está bien para el precio, está muy bien ubicado en todo el centro de Rovaniemi, limpio y funcional ya que tiene cocina pequeña y se pueden preparar los alimentos.

No puede ser que se tenga que recoger la llave en otro lugar y menos en invierno con una temperatura de -15. Es increíble.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut. Man muss lediglich etwa 500 Meter auf die andere Seite von Rovaniemi gehen und ist direkt im Stadtkern. Im Vergleich zu den Preisen anderer Anbieter im Zeitraum vom 18.12.25 bis 23.12.25 war die Unterkunft relativ günstig, allerdings dennoch teuer in Bezug auf die Ausstattung. Dies liegt jedoch klar an der hohen Nachfrage und dem starken Tourismusaufkommen zu dieser Jahreszeit. Trotzdem hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit, konnten Rovaniemi in vollen Zügen genießen und in der Unterkunft hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Die Einstellung der Heizung war für uns leider nicht ganz verständlich. Tagsüber war es gefühlt eher kühl, während es nachts sehr warm wurde. Die Unterkunft ist ideal für einen kurzen Aufenthalt von etwa vier Tagen und für zwei Personen, allerdings hauptsächlich, wenn man viel unterwegs ist. Der Raum ist mit schätzungsweise ca. 12 m² plus Bad recht klein. Für einen Städtetrip und als Ausgangspunkt, um Rovaniemi zu erkunden, war die Unterkunft dennoch gut geeignet.

Die Lage war super. Direkt gegenüber ein Supermarkt, Bushaltestelle ca. 300 m (auch Santa- & Airport-Express). Aufgrund vieler vorheriger Bewertungen waren wir skeptisch, was die Schlüsselbeschaffung angeht. Aber das war total simple. Es gab eine detaillierte Beschreibung und wenn man vor dem Pfahl mit den Schlüsselkästen steht (dieser ist schon von der Straße deutlich zu sehen) fällt sofort auf das maximal 2 Kästen aufgrund des Codes in Frage kommen. Dann noch den richtigen Namen nehmen und man hat den Schlüssel in weniger als 1 Minute in der Hand.

Die Vorhänge konnten nicht komplett zugezogen werden, weil sie teilweise aus der Aufhängung gerutscht sind. Bei den Temperaturen im Winter wäre das eigentlich schon wichtig, dass man die Fenster abdecken kann. Die Betten waren etwas weich, aber das ist quengeln auf hohem Niveau, da es in diesem Bereich eh nicht allen recht machen kann.

The instructions to check in were a bit confusing and the kettle didn’t boil properly and hair dryer didn’t work.

Location was excellent. Place was very comfy and clean. All the stores attractions buses are nearby . There was no noise at night at all and the heating is top notch.

The apartment is very safe and secure. It has a lift which is great for luggage. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay - hob for cooking, kitchenware, TV (with good English channels), lovely comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Just across the road is a fully stocked supermarket, and kiosk/post office and a pharmacy about 100m away. The location is perfect for walking everywhere and handy to bus stops - 5min walk.

hinta oli selkeästi korkea, paikkakuntalisä näkyi. hotelli aamiaisella kilpailee näillä hinnoilla jo kummasti. taloustavarat varsin niukat kahdelle. esim. sakset puuttuivat.

The location and bed were quite good as the beds were comfy with two blankets and a good walking distance from the city and airport express bus stop. The room also had a microwave, fridge, cutlery and a good shower.

The place to get the keys was quite far from the apartment, especially in the cold, but the distance should be manageable if it's less cold! It would be better to include how to open the doors cause we weren't familiar with this door system and took us quite a while but we figured it out in the end. (Push hard on the door before putting the key in.)

It is a great location. Heine and Aku were very helpful whenever we needed assistance. The apartment is fully equipped with everything we needed for our short visit.

The distance to pick up the key was quite far. We were aware of this from the reviews but didn't think it was that far. The towels were a bit worn. The apartment was very small, but it was fine for us since we only needed it for sleeping

instructions to get keys and find the room were clear close to the city centre so easily accessible to public transport. Nearby supermarket room was clean, warm and comfortable.

I liked the location and the opportunity to cook there, there was a big closet and the bed was comfortable

It was smaller than expeted, the kitchenette didnt have all the equipment needed for cooking, and the shower was so small the entire bathroom got wet when showering

I like the location. Its accessible from supermarket, bus station. It felt safe.

I dont like the pick-up point of the keys. Its very inconvenient to walk back and forth just to get the keys. The instruction is a bit off. It needs more details, perhaps a photo. Its feels awkward to go inside the gate, while the instruction said its infront of the main door building.

For the price It was great. Since I was solo I had plenty of room and it was what I needed, but it would be cozy with 2.

The only trouble was I had trouble getting the key. I knew it was in a lock box near the building, but didn't realize it was a few blocks away. Google maps led me to a hotel not associated with these people, but the lady at the hotel, not related to my room or me, who didn't have to help me, showed me where the key was a couple of blocks from the hotel that Google maps lead me too. After I got the key everything was great.

Excellent location, a 10mins walk from the city centre. 2 big supermarkets are just 1-2mins walk from the studio. The outside temperature was -25C but the studio was quite warm and comfortable. Excellent value for money in comparison with other options in Rovaniemi.

Good location 10 minutes to train station and city center by walking. There are two big markets in front of the apartment. Price is very affordable comparing to other apartments/hotels around the area. The host is very responsive. It has a small kitchen with all amenities you need. It has a spacious bathroom. If you don’t expect 5 star hotel treatment, you will have a very happy stay.

There were minor problems but host resolved quickly.

Location good, accessible and near shops/cafes. Good location for bus station. Good apartment that met our needs for 1 night. Kitchen utensils provided. Good size bathroom. Warm too which helped.

Lock box was a little further away from property than expected. Not too much of an issue but we arrived in the dark and -30degrees. We were given instructions which were fine but still the cold was a shock to us - more of an 'us' issue than the owner though!

Excellent location, super near the city center. Also te apartment was really clean and cozy. In front of the apartment there is a big supermarket and a pizza restaurant.

Everything was perfect

Clean, small apartment close to the center. You have a supermarket across the street and small kiosk next to building. You can easily reach bus station to Santa village/park and airport. Comfort bed in peaceful area. Everything was perfect, even taking keys on other address, which is on the way to the apartment. I recommend this place!

Well located in a quiet building. Easy check in and check out process with clear instructions. The place was clean as well.

Was as expected. Small studio with minimal facilities, as advertised. Was fine for a short stay if you're not spending much time there.

Communication with host before stay. Tried to contact multiple times but no response. We ended up missing one experience we'd booked because of not being able to check in early as we'd asked.

The location and the price. It was very close to the bus terminal, supermarket, and under 10 min walk to the centre, which is doable for someone that's not sporty, weather was cloudy and the roads were covered by snow.

The beds were too soft. Also, the curtain was oppositely installed, which allowed the people see through the room from the window, but not vice versa.

It was a nice small room. They had all kitchen utilities. It was 2 separate beds. I didn't use tv. We just slept there. Beds were comfortable.

I cannot exactly say this was bad.
