Sogndal Chalet

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin in Norway. The place is absolutely beautiful, spotless, and very spacious. It is fully equipped with everything a family could need for a comfortable vacation—from all the kitchen utensils and cooking equipment to a large dining table, a cozy seating area, and a smart TV. The cabin was well organized, comfortable, and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay surrounded by Norway’s amazing scenery. We would definitely love to come back!

The only small downside is the location. The nearest town is about an 18-minute drive away, and most of the main attractions require anywhere from one to one and a half hours of driving. However, once you arrive at this amazing cabin, you hardly feel like leaving. It’s the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine, sit back, and enjoy the breathtaking view. In many ways, that peaceful atmosphere is part of what makes this place so special.

Missing major necessities which are essential for any one spending number of days in the house with family , like washer/dryer Iron and board Microwave Toaster Description showed five bedrooms, in reality it’s lower level living area.

The chalet is really smart and stylish, it's got plenty of space. The kitchen is well set up, so if you want you can cook a good meal. The main room has an impressive view looking out for miles around. It feels high-end and we really liked our stay here.

As you can see from the map, it's a long way from town and restaurants, so you need a car and to plan meals ahead. You have to make your own beds (which seems to be pretty common in Norway). But these are pretty obvious/minor things.

Amazing view, really good house in all aspect.

Wow, what an oasis in the middle of the Norwegian mountains. We loved the view and solitude and nature. Thanks for a great stay!

Stunning setting and luxurious chalet.

Be prepared that the location is not central and therefore don’t expect to be able to go to a restaurant or grocery store without having to drive a good 15 minutes.

The view was the best. Modern clean spacious interior. Warm and very comfortable.

No where to rinse or wash clothes. Would not have been a problem if we were only travelling for 2 days but we have been travelling for two weeks. No local laundromats
