El calor que hacía, la cantidad de mosquitos si abrías la ventana y si no lo hacías pasabas mucho calor. Esas instalaciones no disponen de aire acondicionado. La puerta se estropeó y no se podía abrir. A las 12 de la noche vino un señor a abrirla. A la mañana siguiente volvía a estar inservible y tuvieron que venir otra vez a intentar abrirla... por la noche se volvió a estropear. A mi amiga el dieron una habitación muy mala: pequeña, oscura y con vista a tejados solamente. Al día siguiente y después de mucho insistir se la cambiaron.

In the building corridors very hot and dry air. Room with a kitchen but there was no any sharp knives, so cooking was challenging.

La decoración y los muebles son MUY anticuados, y se ha invertido poco en renovar la imagen de las habitaciones. Por otro lado, el desayuno deja bastante que desear, con poca variedad y calidad limitada.

Reviewed Mar 5, 2026A localização é extremamente central, muito boa mesmo. Todo o apartamento estava extremamente limpo, arrumado e preparado para a nossa chegada. Muito bem equipado a nível de cozinha e loiças para refeições, bem como electrodomésticos. A limpeza e arrumação de camas era feita diariamente e muito satisfatória. Todo o staff muito acessível, extremamente simpático e pronto a atender e ajudar.
Apenas 1 wc para ocupação total de 6 pessoas. Não foi o nosso caso porém, deve ser complicado de gerir.

Reviewed Mar 2, 2026Ya he estado varias veces y lo mejor de este apartamento es su ubicación en plena plaza. Los apartamentos son cómodos, amplios, muy buena opción si se va con niños y están limpios.
La persona que nos recibió no era muy amable pero tampoco es que tuviéramos algún problema, simplemente no era amable y por teléfono tampoco la persona que nos contestó no tenía muchas ganas de ayudarnos.

Reviewed Feb 26, 2026Location is a 10 out of 10! Locker for skis and boots directly underneath the skilift. Could not be better. Hotel itself is very central, close to all amenities. Staff are super friendly and are fluent in English.
Only 1 thing: the coffee machine at the breakfast buffet. Other than that, very satisfied with our stay at this hotel.

Reviewed Jan 22, 2026Everything Was fine ! Super close to The Ski lift/ gondel. Nice spacious room. Biljart and games to play for the kids . Direct entre from the garage to the hotel . Lockers for the skies in the garage for free during your stay and even on the last day of check out we where aloud to use the lockers untill the end off the day . Very nice people at the desk. We love to come back.

The floors on the room are ice cold, and the hall ways are so hot that you need to have a break in the room to cool down. The rooms are in need of a renovation and the beds are … eh not for couples that love each other 😏
