Einzelzimmer war nur teilweise renoviert. Eventuell bekommen, da durch Booking.com gebucht? Möbel und Badausstattung schon älter, aber sauber! Andere Zimmer waren komplett renoviert.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Personal Reception und Gastronomie sehr zuvorkommend und auf die Wünsche der Gäste eingehend. Abendessen und Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und frisch. Aussicht vom Balkon und vom Restaurant fantastisch, Blick in die Berge und in den Sternenhimmel.
Der nicht abgetrennte Balkon und die Lage im Erdgeschoss hat das Öffnen des Fensters während der Nacht etwas erschwert.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026The location and beautiful scenery were fantastic,with stunning views all around.Highly appreciated the free cable car rides up and down to the town and the Alpine tower ,which made getting around easy and added to the experience. The staff were also friendly and welcoming Overall,a lovely hotel in a beautiful location and we would happily stay again.
There was no kettle provided which was inconvenient. The towels and linen appeared old and the pillows were sagging and uncomfortable. The bed also had no headboard,which made room quite basic and dated..Overall,the room would benefit from better quality linens,towels ,pillows and a few basic amenities to improve guests' comfort.

The breakfast was quite limited, with not much variety compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at. Apart from that, everything was fine.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026- hotel położony w cudownym miejscu, fantastyczne widoki z tarasu, cisza i spokój - czyste i przestronne pokoje - bardzo dobre śniadanie - chociaż mogłoby być więcej warzyw - bezpłatny parking - świetną opcją jest całodzienna karta gościa którą proponuje hotel do przejazdów kolejkami linowymi - cena rewelacyjna w porównaniu do tej na oficjalnej stronie (18CHF zamiast 57CHF)!
- malutki minus - zasłonka prysznicowa zamiast normalnej kabiny - woda lała się po całej łazience

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Très bon hôtel, bien situé à coté du téléphérique et avec une belle vue. Chambre avec balcon très comfortable et avec beau décor moderne et chaleureux. J'ai très bien mangé le soir, et l'attention gentille de la patronne à tout le monde m'a beaucoup touché, des gestes encore plus importantes quand on voyage seul.
J'aurais apprécié un frigo à la chambre, sinon rien à remarquer.

It did not have Aircon nor even fans. No window to open at night, just a sliver at the top of the door. No top sheet. Duvet too hot. There is no choice of pillow type. The pillow provided was too big and too soft. No bar fridge in the room. Very noisy.

The hotel’s location slightly higher up in the mountains gave it a special charm, and during the very hot summer weather, the higher elevation also provided some welcome cooler air in the room. I also really liked the slightly retro vibe. Everything was clean and well kept, with a rustic feel that suited the location perfectly. It felt a little different from a typical hotel, which added to its charm.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Alles war hervorragend. Essen, Sauberkeit, Personal ausgesprochen zuvorkommend, wirklich top. Spielzimmer für Kinder war super. Auch unser Hundchen hat sich rundum wohlgefühlt. Eins sehr gelungener Kurzurlaub.
Unser Familienzimmer war natürlich sehr veraltet. Gehen aber davon aus, das die Zimmer step by step renoviert werden.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Die Lage war sehr gut. Die Aussicht vom Zimmer sehr sehr schön. Das Frühstücksbuffet war hübsch und ausreichend vielfältig. Man hatte ebenfalls die Möglichkeit auf der Terrasse zu frühstücken.
Badezimmer: - von unten bis oben unterschiedlich gefliest (nicht schön) - alt (bspw. noch mit Infrarot-Strahlern) - Plastik-Vorhänge bei der Dusche - Nach dem Duschen alles nass Zimmer: - Einzelbetten (keine Möglichkeit Queen- oder King zu bestellen) - Teppichböden - allgemein musste man wie Sherlock Holmes auf Steckdosen-Suche gehen - Keine Kaffeemaschine, Kein Safe - keine Steckdosen in Bettnähe Dies wäre alles ok, wenn das Zimmer CHF 120 pro Nacht kosten würde, aber nicht bei CHF 240. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht.

The views were breathtaking — lush green fields and snowy mountains visible through the large room windows, with easy access to Interlaken and surrounding areas via cable cars and trains. A special thanks to Christine, the manager, who was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond throughout our stay, even arranging food outside the menu and helping organize our 4 AM transport to Zürich. Valeria at the front desk was equally wonderful and explored every possible option to help us reach the airport. The entire team was warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended! 🇨🇭❤️

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026The staff is friendly and helpful. Very clean rooms, housekeeping excellent. Large rooms. Amazing view. Patio doors open wide. Good breakfast. Restaurant across the street is very good. Safe in the room. Great waterfall to visit by the cable car station in Meiringen.
There is no fan or air-conditioning. I kept my patio door open at night. The patio is not closed off from the few guests on the same level. There is a cable-car to reach Meiringen (town) - the last one leaves the town at 8. If you miss it, you need some other form of transportation by road to get back, which takes much longer.

das zimmer hat keine sonnenstoren und kein sonnenschirm! für eine nacht kein problem. jedoch für mehrere tage bei sonnenschein unerträglich!!

Nous avions réservé une chambre standard. J'ai découvert sous le lit une paire de chaussettes sales. La direction nous a imédiatement donné un upgrade dans l'une de leurs meilleures chambres. Nettement mieux que les chambres standard, un peu trop spartiates.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026A panoráma lenyűgöző. Az ágy nagyon kényelmes volt. Az étteremben nagyon finomat ettünk, ahol a személyzet figyelmes és kedved volt. Ja, a felvonó pár méteres látványa fantasztikus.
Számomra a vízvezeték nagyon hangos volt. Hallani lehetett minden wc lehúzást. Nem volt annyira zavaró, de meg kellett szokni.
