The soap bar was big, the wafer cookies nice, the coffee pouch was nice. The water bottles were nice.

When we arrived there was a note on the door saying the attendant wasn't there and to call a number. We tried the door but it was locked. Then a man opened the door and let us in. He looked a bit off. I spoke to him in Spanish. He answered me in English and wouldn't switch to Spanish for a long while despite the fact I'm a native as well. Our room was tiny, no windows. Not worth the price we paid. The sink faucet hot water didn't work. Only one outlet in the room. Other one in the bathroom. Mattresses were covered in their plastic casings. There were a couple of mosquitoes flying in the room. No attendant staff overnight. We checked out at 7am and no one was there at the front desk. The emergency exit was locked. I was afraid all night and didn't sleep well. The town of Lares is like a ghost town. The room was supplied with the cheapest items.

Todo. Los anfitriones, el personal, la habitación, la piscina el patio, y la gran sorpresa: la Gruta de Santa Rosa. Tienen que ir.

bad customer service employees need to be more courteous and understanding of elderly people.

Well kept, close to my event and the caretaker was very pleasent.

AC not working properly in my room and didn’t get room I was promised, very thin . I can hear other people with kids too clearly hard to get to sleep until they stopped making noise.

Is a beautiful hotel with pool and near the town with places to eat and drink on a walking distance.

No complaints at all.

Historical architecture! Central, at walking distance to other places

If you need extra coffee for the room, you need to pay for it.
