Reviewed Aug 27, 2026We come here twice a year our way to Crete, this hotel and its staff never disappoints. This was our third year. We are very much looking forward to every stay. Pet friendly and great parking options. Very friendly staff. We never looked for anything else.

Reviewed Apr 22, 2026Ήταν αρκετά κεντρικά. Κοντά σχεδόν σε όλα.
Μείναμε άκρως απογοητευμενοι με την ' καθαριότητα ' υπήρχε μούχλα στην μπανιέρα ,η λεκάνη της τουαλέτας στο εσωτερικό ήταν μαύρη. Ήταν επίσης και ο νιπτήρας βρώμικος με υπολείμματα απο προηγούμενο πελάτη. Ήμασταν δύο άτομα σε δίκλινο και υπήρχε ΜΟΝΟ ενα σετ πετσέτες απαράδεκτο. Στο έπιπλο που ήταν ο βραστήρας υπήρχαν στον τοίχο σταγόνες καφέ. Στο προσκέφαλο του κρεβατιού είχε ενα καρφί που εξειχε άκρως επικίνδυνο. Επίσης το πρωινό ήταν πολύ μικρό και ότι τόσο ποιοτικό.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Ευγενικοί υπάλληλοι με διάθεση να εξυπηρετήσουν και χαμόγελο.Καλη σχέση ποιότητας -τιμης.Ανετο κρεβάτι, ανακαινισμένο δωμάτιο,δίπλα στον κεντρικό πεζόδρομο της Κούμα.Θα το επέλεγα και σέ επόμενο ταξίδι μου.
Θα ήθελα να υπάρχουν κουρτίνες διπλές που επιτρέπουν να εισέρχεται το φώς του ήλιου στο δωμάτιο, υπήρχαν μόνο πολύ πυκνές σκούρες. Στο μπάνιο καλό θα ήταν να υπάρχει καμπίνα και όχι μόνο ένα τζαμί από την μια πλευρά ώστε να μήν πλημμυρίζει όλο το δάπεδο.Η γενική εντύπωση όμως ήταν πολύ καλή.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο και πολύ εξυπηρετικό! Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται πάρα πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο και βολεύει πολύ για τις δουλειές ή τις βόλτες. Τέλος, έχει ωραίο πρωινό και τέλειο καφέ!
