Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Wonderful place in Nea Iraklitsa, very close to the beach and in peaceful area. The beach is easily accessible with sunbeds and umbrellas included and enough free area. The water is clean and full with fishes, so you can enjoy diving in underwater life. The surrounding is green with hills and mountains.
There is parking included in front of the complex next to the road. The apartment was clean and comfortable equipped with everything, one of the best we've seen. There is everyday cleaning, they changed the towels everyday and sheets regularly -top quality material, really soft and premium towels and sheets with wonderful scent. They have gifted us welcome wine and small bottles of water and homemade honey on our departure. The stuff was friendly and super good in every aspect. We appreciate everything!

Прекрасно място, на което с удоволствие бихме се върнали! ❤️
📍 **Локацията е перфектна** – точно до морето, с невероятна гледка и усещане за истинска почивка. Стаите са **просторни, чисти и оборудвани с всичко необходимо**, а почистването е всекидневно.
Но това, което наистина ни впечатли, беше **отношението на персонала и собствениците**. Изключително любезни, внимателни и гостоприемни хора! Посрещнаха ни с комплимент – бутилка вино 🍷, а на тръгване ни подариха бурканче **домашен мед** 🍯. Малки жестове, които правят огромно впечатление!
И най-хубавото – **всеки ден някой от собствениците лично минаваше да ни попита дали имаме нужда от нещо**. Рядко се среща такова отношение към гостите и точно то ни накара да се почувстваме наистина специални.
🏖️ Хотелът разполага и със **собствена плажна зона с чадъри и шезлонги**, което е огромен плюс.
Всичко беше прекрасно – от локацията и гледката до чистотата, удобствата и най-вече хората, които стоят зад това място.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026We had a wonderful stay at SeaLux Living with our two children. The location is fantastic—right next to the sea, with a private beach. The hosts even allowed our family friends to use one of their umbrellas so that we could all stay together, which we truly appreciated.
We were welcomed with a lovely bottle of rosé, and upon our departure, the hosts surprised us with honey and a colouring book for our older child. These thoughtful gestures made our stay even more special.
The apartment was cleaned every day, with fresh towels provided daily. Everything was absolutely spotless. The hosts were exceptionally kind, warm and accommodating throughout our stay.
Everything was simply perfect, and we would happily return. Highly recommended, especially for families!

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Otelin konumu çok güzeldi. Denize çok yakın, yürüyerek 1 dakika bile sürmüyor. Kendine ait çok güzel ve rahat şezlongları mevcut. Sürekli boş şezlong bulabilirsiniz fazlasıyla mevcut.
Her şeyden önemlisi odalar yeni ve tertemiz, çalışanları çok ilgililer. Otel sahipleri çok güleryüzlü ve misafirperver insanlar. Erken giriş yapmamıza izin verdiler ayrıca giriş ve çıkışta çok güzel hediyeler ve ikramlar verdiler. Çok teşekkür ederiz.
Kavalaya bir dahaki gelişimizde mutlaka burada kalacağız. Kesinlikle herkese tavsiye ederiz. 2 yetişkin 2 çocuk olarak konakladık. Hiç sorun yaşamadık.
Otelden 10-15 dk yürüme mesafesinde lidl var. Arabayla 2-3dk. Otelin otopark sorunu yok önünde boş yerler mevcut. Yemek yerlerine arabayla 5-6dk uzaklıkta.
Kısacası her şey mükemmeldi. Otel sahiplerine ve çalışanlarına teşekkür ederiz.

Özel ihtiyaçlarınız için Lidl Market 2-3 dk. araba ile ulaşılabilinir, yada 10 dk. yürüme mesafesinde.
Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyoruz. Tek kelimeyle mükemmel!

Great locatiion, just about 50m from the beach, with included sunbeds as a fantastic addition. The owner is friendly and welcoming, he provided some nice recommendatios about places to eat. Overall a great experience and a very good value for the money. I would rerurn without a doubt because what else could you ask?
Of course there are always very minor details that could be improved over the years, but they are not worth mentioning in here are not relevant to out experience.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Am avut o experiență minunată! Am fost întâmpinați cu o sticlă de vin foarte bun, un gest care ne-a făcut să ne simțim bineveniți încă de la sosire. Camera este spațioasă, exact ca în fotografii, foarte curată și amenajată cu bun gust.
Proprietarii au fost deosebit de amabili și atenți pe tot parcursul șederii. Ne întrebau mereu cum ne simțim și dacă avem nevoie de ceva, făcând tot posibilul să ne simțim confortabil.
Plaja este foarte aproape, cu șezlonguri și umbrele, iar atmosfera este liniștită, fără aglomerație – locul perfect pentru o vacanță relaxantă.
La plecare am primit și câte un mic cadou, un gest frumos care ne-a lăsat o impresie și mai plăcută. Recomand cu toată încrederea această cazare și cu siguranță vom reveni!

The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Every detail reflected the care and dedication of the hosts.
The location is unbeatable—right on the beachfront, just a few steps from the sea. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying the stunning sea views every day made our stay even more special.
The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful complimentary treats upon arrival, which made us feel truly appreciated. As a wonderful final touch, we even received lovely farewell gifts when we checked out—a gesture that perfectly reflects their genuine hospitality.
We actually chose Sealuxe Living because close friends of ours highly recommended it. They have been returning here for the past three years, and after our own experience, we completely understand why. It truly is a place that makes you want to come back again and again.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026The room looks great and is very clean. Housekeeping comes daily. The beach is right at the exit of the courtyard, with free sunbeds and umbrellas. The sand is a bit coarser near the sunbeds and at the water's edge, but becomes fine further in. The water is clear, clean, and warm.
The center is about 1.5–2 km away (didn't measure exactly), but there's a boardwalk the whole way there, perfect for a walk. You'll find restaurants with good food at decent prices. We were very happy with our stay overall.

From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcome. The owner greeted us with a complimentary bottle of wine, and when we checked out, he surprised us with a jar of delicious homemade honey. Such thoughtful gestures made us feel genuinely appreciated.
The apartments are modern, spotless, and very comfortable. Everything was impeccably clean, and the housekeeping service was outstanding. The apartment was cleaned every day, and the bed linens and towels were changed daily, which exceeded our expectations.
The owner and his son are exceptional hosts—friendly, kind, respectful, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The entire staff was warm, professional, and made us feel at home throughout our stay.
One of the biggest highlights is their private beach, located just 50 meters from the apartments. It offers comfortable sun loungers and is reserved exclusively for Sealuxe guests. Having such a peaceful and uncrowded beach just a short walk away made our vacation even more enjoyable.
We honestly cannot think of a single negative thing to mention. Everything was perfect, and we are truly grateful for the wonderful hospitality that made our holiday so memorable.
We highly recommend Sealuxe Living Apartments to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and unforgettable stay. We would be happy to come back!

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Everything was so unique and unreal. Starting from the kind welcome from Maria, to the cleanliness, the style of the rooms, and the maisonettes. There is cleaning every day, there are compliments upon arrival, to treat yourself after a long journey, and on departure there is again a compliment for goodbye. There is a private beach that has umbrellas and sunbeds, which are very comfortable and you don't have to pay. The water is super clean and blue. I can say that I found the place that I would stay every time I am in Greece.

Посрещнаха ни с комплимент вино, изпратиха ни с мед. Мястото е страхотно, ново, чисто, модерно и уютно. Към къщите имаше частен плаж с шезлонги и чадъри за гостите. Плажът е спокоен, не е пренаселен изобщо. Имаше и къде да се паркира на паркинга им. Стаите се чистят ежедневно, камериерките бяха също много мили, старателни и усмихнати. Пред стаите има маси и столове, за да релаксираш на въздух. Студиото е оборудвано с най-необходимото- котлон, микровълнова, хладилник, има посуда, кана за вода. Имахме два телевизора- един в холната част, друг в спалнята. Спалното бельо беше чисто и много ново, както всичко в стаята. Тези хора и тяхното място са като кътче от рая. Мога само да съм благодарна, че го открих и със сигурност ще се върна отново!

It is beautifully furnished, very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and cleaned every day, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. A huge bonus is the private sunbeds and umbrellas reserved for guests right in front of the building – a fantastic convenience during a beach holiday.
Everything exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing seaside vacation. 10/10!

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026Чудесно местоположение, на 30 секунди пеша от плажа и на 2 минути пеша от прекрасно заведение на плажа, където се предлага вкусна храна. Апартаментът е стилно обзаведен и изключително чист. Персоналът е любезен и загрижен за комфорта на гостите. Сърдечно благодарим.
В съседния апартамент имаше румънско семейство, което от рано сутрин излизаше на верандата, местеха постоянно по пода столове и масата, от което се чуваше много дразнещ силен шум, с часове тракаха чинии и говореха на висок глас,, без да се съобразяват, че наоколо има и други хора, които искат да си почиват. Все едно бяха в нашия апартамент, толкова ясно и силно се чуваха. Но това няма нищо общо с хубавия апартамент. Просто лош късмет за съседи. Самият апартамент е перфектен и без забележка. Благодарим за подаръците - бутилка вино и бурканче мед.

Am petrecut un sejur de neuitat la această locatie și pot spune că realitatea depășește cu mult fotografiile.
Poziționarea este perfectă: ești atât de aproape de mare încât adormi și te trezești cu sunetul valurilor, iar cafeaua băută dimineața pe terasă, cu priveliștea aceea infinită asupra apei, este de-a dreptul magică.
Vila este amenajată cu un gust impecabil, modernă, extrem de curată și dotată cu absolut tot ce ai nevoie pentru un confort deplin.
Camerele sunt spațioase, luminoase, iar patul a fost incredibil de confortabil. Dotată cu absolut tot ce am avut nevoie și peste așteptări: șezlong și umbrele pe plaja din fața cazării iar curățenia s-a făcut zilnic și temeinic.
Nota 10 cu felicitări și gazdelor/personalului, care ne-au primit cu o căldură extraordinară și au fost extrem de atenți la fiecare detaliu pentru a se asigura că nu ne lipsește nimic.
Recomand din tot sufletul această locație oricui își dorește o evadare relaxantă și de calitate. Cu siguranță vom reveni!

Reviewed Sep 12, 2025Стаите са нови и модерни. Почти на плажа, с частен паркинг. Домакините са много любезни, Фотис ни изчака след 18:00 ч., за да ни настани. Предоставят чадър и столове за плажа. Имаше бутилка вино и вода в хладилника, а на тръгване ни изпратиха с малки подаръчета. Винаги бяха на разположение за помощ.
The rooms are new and modern. Almost on the beach, with private parking. The hosts are very kind, Fotis waited for us after 6:00 PM to check us in. They provide an umbrella and chairs for the beach. There was a bottle of wine and water in the fridge, and on departure they sent us off with small gifts. They were always available to help.
Препоръчвам да се сложат кафемашини в стаите. Наблизо няма отк къде да си купиш сутрин. На разстояние от повече от километър намерихме само едно заведение за хранене, в което ако не си резервирал предния ден, няма места. Плажът не е от най-добрите и лек компромис.
I recommend putting coffee makers in the rooms. There is no place nearby to buy coffee in the morning. At a distance of more than a kilometer we found only one restaurant, in which if you have not booked the day before, there are no seats. The beach is not the best and a slight compromise.

All the ammenities are new. Owners provide also umbrellas and beach chairs to take away on the beach. And the beach is few steps away...just perfect beach vacation spot.
May I say that even they spoiled us with welcoming cold water and wine, and a nice gift at leaving.

Odalar herşeyi ile kusursuz ve son derece temiz. Plaj için katlanır sandalye ve şemsiye veriliyor. Check-out sırasındaki zarif jestleri ise işlerini ne kadar önemsediklerini gosteriyor.
Bir sonra ki seyahatimizde yer bulamama endişesi :) Çünkü az oda var ve genelde yoğun oluyor..

Reviewed Aug 25, 2025Locatia este excelenta, cu iesire direct pe malul marii. Cladirea si camerele sunt noi si foarte curate. Ne-au fost schimbate prosoapele de cateva ori cand se facea curatenie.
Centrul localitatii, Iraklitsa, se afla la 20 min. de mers pe jos, iar la jumatatea drumului se afla un magazin Lidl.
Plaja este foarte buna cu apa curata si limpede. Gazdele ne-au oferit scaune si umbrela pentru plaja.
Domnul Kleanthis si fiul acestuia, Fostis, au fost foarte amabili si receptivi la cerintele noastre. Probabil vom reveni si anul viitor.
Multumim!
Parcarea nu este suficienta pentru toate masinile celor cazati dar ne-am descurcat.

Iraklitsa merkeze 1,5 km. mesafede. İki büyük markete yakın. Park problemi yok. Tesis sahibi alenin oğlu Fotis çok yardımcı. Teşekkürler Fotis. Önümüzdeki yıl muhtemelen yeniden ziyaret edeceğiz.
Bir kahve makinesinin olmaması. Çünkü standartı buradan daha düşük tesislerin hemen hepsinde bir kahve makinesi mevcut. Burada doğal olarak "olması gerekir" izlenimini ediniyorsunuz zaten.

Паркоместата са ограничен брой и се налага да се паркира на улицата.
Няма отделна врата за терасата на апартамента, а се налага да се излиза през входната врата, която се заключва автоматично и ако си без карта не можеш да влезеш обратно.
Няма външен душ в комплекса. Няма озеленяване.
