Location was very good. We liked the waterfall, the river and the walk in the woods. Beds were comfortable. Price was too high compared to what the hotel offered.

The staff could have been kinder. Coffee at breakfast was really bad and the breakfast options rather poor. The shower was leaking so there was a lot of water on the floor after showering. Toilet is separated from the bathroom which is not very convenient for washing hands (only available in the bathroom). We only got two normal pillows and two very thin pillows, although we booked a family room for 4 people so we had to ask for 2 additional pillows.

Das Frühstück an sich ist ausgezeichnet! Besonders die selbstgemachten Aufstriche sind zum Niederknien, jeder einzelne. Weiters positiv hervorzuheben: der Kaffee! Nein, man bekommt keine Billig-Plörre, sondern der Kaffe kommt aus der High-End-Maschine, der in den meisten Häusern extra zu bezahlen wäre. Auch großartig: die Damen, die beim Frühstücksservice arbeiten. So freundlich, schnell und hilfsbereit hat man's in den Nobelhäusern nicht. Das Roomservice ist auch top. Sehr freundlich, die Zimmer blitzsauber und eine der Damen hat mir sogar beim Tragen meines schweren Gepäcks geholfen.

Das Frühstück startet erst um 7:30. Ist offenbar der Personalsitutation geschuldet, aber für Frühaufsteher eine Quälerei. Das WLAN ist kostenlos, aber meh. Videos besser mit dem Handy-Hotspot ansehen.

osebje zelo prijazno in ustrežljivo. Soba zelo čista, velika postelja. Okolica zelo urejena. Potem je še garaža za shranjevanje koles in možno je tudi polnjenje električnih koles. Odlična lokacija za obisk vseh jezer.

Le réceptionniste/serveur du soir était bourré. Nous avions prévu deux nuits mais ne sommes resté qu’une seule car un endroit où le personnel est alcoolisé n’est pas pour les familles. Enfin, la chambre était sale.

Stort rum som var någorlunda modernt och renoverat.

Rummet luktade avlopp och saknade ac. Sängarna var stenhårda. Hade sovit bättre på rummets lurviga heltäckningsmatta. Frukosten var katastrofalt dålig. Jag har aldrig betalat så mycket för en natt (450 Euro) och fått så lite värde för pengarna. Usch.

Sehr netter Empfang, tolles Frühstücksbuffet, super Lage am Park und Flusskanal und Freibad. Bekam sogar Frühstück aufs Zimmer um 03:30 Uhr!

Ruhig gelegen, grosse Zimmer mit Balkon. Wirklich gute Küche. Ausreichend Parkplätze beim Hotel, freundliches Personal. Gutes Oreis- Leistung-Verhältnis.

Najtradičnejšie rakúske raňajky, aké sa len dajú predstaviť, veľa vlastných produktov (10/10). Lokalita super, v susedstve kúpalisko, veľmi dobrá dostupnosť do Hallstattu (autobus), centrum Goisernu na skok. Personál s výbornou angličtinou a veľmi nápomocný.

V penzióne chýba bazén a aspoň menšie fittnes - počas daždivých dní by to bolo fajn.

Dieses Hotel wird auf booking so beschrieben als wäre ein eigener Pool vorhanden, dem ist es nicht so,nebenan ein öffentlicher Pool das wir so nicht wollten, keine Entspannung!!!!!! ÜBERFÜLLT!!!!! Haben bei der Anreise das angesprochen, uns wurde mitgeteilt das dies öfters vorkommt, die Fotos sind auch so dargestellt , sie hätten bei booking schon versucht es zu ändern, angeblich funktioniert das nicht !!!!!! War das letzte mal das wir über booking gebucht haben

Very friendly staff, easy check in and comfortable nice room, perfect for family stay. The breaakfast was amazing too. This hotel is excellent base to visit early Hallstatt.

Beautiful small town. Historic building. Good breakfast. Big playground.

Floor with beautiful carpet, but under the carpet it was wooden floor. So quite noisy with kids. 2 double bed was pushed next to each other. So the whole family had to sleep in the same bed… Some long black hair in the clean bed (probably the cleaning lady’s) and spider in an upper corner next to the bed).

The hotel's room is perfect for the family. You could listen to the voice of river from the Balcony.The stuff are perfect.

The restroom can be more clean.

The place has a really good playground for the kids. Breakfast was delicious but limited selection. The area was amazing with the nature and silence.

The room was smelling not nice and dustbins was not closed.

The entire place is cozy and wonderful. My family liked the river view balcony! The food options during Dinner time is exceptional! Breakfast healthy options are quite many and more than enough.

1. During hot season, there should be fans provided to ventilate inside rooms. 2. A lot of insects enter the rooms especially huge spiders.

The accommodation is about halfway between Hallsatt and Bad Ischl, with free parking. There is an adventure park and playground next to the hotel, which is ideal for families with children. The family room- 2 large double beds side by side, was comfortable and clean. We were at the end of March, heating was on, not cold. The toilet is separate from the bathroom, both were clean. The bathroom had all the amenities promised at the time of booking. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is delicious.

Everything was fine. One thing I would like to point out. At first glance, it seems that the shower only has a head shower. However, the bottom of the shower hose can be disconnected, so you get a separate, mobile shower head.

Lärm des Mühlbaches war etwas zu laut.

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vieles selbst gemacht.

Wir waren bis auf eine Familie die einzigen Gäste, was sehr komisch war. Das Gebäude ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es hat auch gerochen, wir in einem Altersheim. Die Getränke und Speisen in der Minnibar waren entweder schon geöffnet oder abgelaufen. Wir haben uns nicht wohlgefühlt.
