Nafsika Suites

One of the best accommodations we have ever stayed at! The property is beautiful, the location is fantastic (50m from the beach), and everything is exceptionally well equipped and spotlessly clean. You can really see how much thought and care has gone into every detail of the property - everything is immaculate. It’s also a wonderful choice for families with children. We stayed with our 3-year-old and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We honestly cannot recommend Nafsika Suites enough! We would happily stay here again.

The apartments are excellent, with a wonderful atmosphere and energy. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend them if you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The area is very quiet and safe. The beach is just a 2-minute walk away, although we would not recommend it because of the rocks. A beautiful sandy beach, perfect for children, is only a 3-minute drive away in Nea Moudania. There are no shops or restaurants in the immediate vicinity, but just a 5-minute walk along the promenade you will find an excellent restaurant serving exceptional food. Lidl is also just a 3-minute drive away. The owners are very kind, understanding and welcoming. They greeted us with lovely welcome gifts, which was a very thoughtful touch. This is not just typical Booking accommodation — it is a truly enjoyable experience with a wonderful atmosphere and surroundings.

Das Häuschen ist wunderschön, gut gelegen, sehr gemütlich und sauber. Parkplätze gibt es genug, Strand ist gleich nebenan.

Από την πρώτη ματιά κιόλας ερωτηκαμε αυτο όμορφο σπιτακι που ήταν ακόμα πιο όμορφο από κοντά. Μοσχοβολουσε καθαριότητα ,που δεν έχω ξαναδεί σε κατάλυμα. Όλα ήταν όμορφα, διαλεγμενα και με γούστο, με έμφαση στη λεπτομέρεια.. Πολύ άνετο με όλες τις παροχές που χρειάζεται κάποιος για τις διακοπές του. Δίπλα στη θάλασσα και σε όμορφη τοποθεσία για την περιοχή. Όσο για την κυρία Ναυσικά, ήταν ευγενεστατη και πρόθυμη να μας εξυπηρετήσει σε ότι χρειάστηκαμε. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα!

Un appartamento curato nei minimi dettagli in maniera minuziosa e con gusto. I proprietari sono meravigliosi, gentili ed accoglienti. Ci hanno fornito informazioni utili ed assistenza. Un posto comodo per visitare la zona archeologica di Olyntos, le grotte di Petralona ed anche per il mare proprio di fronte. Ci resterà nel cuore.

We had a wonderful time at Nafsika suites. We are family with baby and it was totally comfortable for us - the house is clean with all necessary facilities. The location is almost at the beach. There are free parking, supermarkets and restorants. Nafsika is super kind person and we definitely will reserve this place again.

Very beautiful suites. Everything is new and it's very clean. You can have breakfast on the porch seeing and feeling the sea⛵. The beach ⛱️ in front of the suites is practically a 3 min walk and u can stay there if u like a little rocky sand. But it takes a few more minutes walk to Nea Moudania in order to reach soft sandy beach 🏖️.

If you are a light sleeper, the humming of the fridge can bother you a little.

Totul. Am vrut o vacanta linstita. Am primit o cazare superba, curatenie impecabila, o gazda extrem de atenta la nevoile noastre. Multumesc Nafsika, multumesc Ianis! Ati facut o treaba excelenta ! Deja ma gandesc la perioada in care voi rezerva pentr anul viitor.

Mi-a placut totul

Schöne Unterkunft, die mit viel Liebe eingerichtet wurde. Sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit der netten Inhaberin klappt reibungslos und ist angenehm schnell. Der Strand ist lediglich 100m entfernt, nur 1 Minute zu Fuss. Es hat einen Wasserpark, dort werden Schirme und Liegen zu EUR 7 pro Tag vermietet. Am Strand wird eine neue Promenade gebaut, ist aber nicht mit störendem Lärm verbunden. Kleine Aufnerksamkeiten wie die Flasche Wasser und die 2 Fruchtsäfte im Kühlschrank runden das positive Bild perfekt ab. Parkplätze sind direkt bei der Unterkunft genügend vorhanden. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Nichts, alles bestens

Много уютно място, хората които ни посрещнаха (собствениците) бяха изключително учтиви, любезни и винаги ни осигуряваха всичко от което имаме нужда, дори и да не са длъжни. Къщата беше идеална за нас (2ма възрастни и 1 дете на 2.5 години). Плажът е в непосредствена близост - само пресичаш поляната (показана на снимките - около 100-150 метра) и си там. На пешеходно разстояние има магазини, ресторанти, бийч барове, а в самият град Неа Мудания (тъй като ние сме с бебе и багажът ни е в повече за плаж) ходехме с колата точно на 5 мин. Свежо и приятно място и със сигурност ще го посетим отново !

Dank der tollen Vermieterin Nafsika durften wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub auf Chalkidiki verbringen. Ich habe noch nie eine so gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung gesehen, die liebevoll eingerichtet und blitzblank sauber war. Mit herzlicher Gastfreundlichkeit punkteten Nafsika und Giannis, gipfelnd mit leckerer Bougatsa, die sie uns zweimal zukommen ließen.

Es gibt überhaupt nichts zu kritisieren.

Everything was great. The accommodation looks exactly like in the pictures. Nafsika is really nice. Our vacation was perfect here and we will definitely come back.

Totul. Căsuța este foarte cocheta, mobilată cu bun gust, in stil mediteranean. Cazarea este la 100 de metri de mare, totul la superlativ.Nafsika este o persoana deosebita. Ne vom întoarce aici! Cred că asta spune totul despre experiența avută!

L'emplacement est très proche de la plage, une plage pas surveillée et un peu éloignée de commerces donc si on recherche s'isoler un peu c'est très bien; les hotes sont accueillantes et le duplex est bien equipé

L'endroit est toujours en travaux donc il semble un peu abandonné, les engins de chantier sont quand même bruyants même si l'isolation est bonne

O locație neobișnuită pentru zona dată, nu o să găsiți ceva asemănător. Sunt construcții din lemn, dar foarte calitative și izolate fonic. După cum a comunicat Nafsika, e al 4-lea sezon cînd primesc oaspeți. Deci e relativ nou totul. Am fost întâlniți cu zâmbetul pe față și zilnic întrebați dacă e totul bine. Nafsika ne-a servit cu plăcinte in una din zile. Ne-a schimbat perdeaua din baie la prima solicitare (era deja prea udă și nu se mai usca). In interior aveți toate cele necesare pentru a găti, 2 paturi mari (unul la etaj). O mică terasa la care am savurat cafeaua și am privit marea. Mașina am parcat alături cu proprietatea. Sunt camere video și am fost liniștit pentru securitate. Marea e practic la 100m. Sunt la alegere 2 plaje, iar Nafsika vine cu o listă recomandată de localuri, supermarketuri etc. Plaja Nea Moudania este cu mai puține pietre și plecam acolo cu copilul (3 minute cu mașina, este parcare). O locație liniștită, pentru cei ce vor sa se odihnească cu adevărat. Zona de plajă se reconstruiește și la anul viitor va fi și mai frumos. Neapărat vreau să revin.

Wir haben super schöne Urlaubstage hier verbracht. Wir waren 2 Wochen. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet mit alles notwendige...was man braucht. Die Vermieter verdienen mit ihrer Gastfreundschaft mehr als 5 Sterne. Sie haben uns so ein gutes Gefühl vermittelt, dass wir uns wie bei Freunden gefühlt haben. Strand ist 150 m entfernt.... Meerblick. Einkaufsläden und Restaurants sind nicht weit entfernt. Uns hat es so gut gefallen....dass wir nächstes Jahr wieder kommen.

Na dole było chwilami trochę chłodno, ale mało kto podróżuje tu w styczniu 😉 Dla mnie osobiście materac był za twardy, ale co kto lubi

Ολα ηταν τελεια!

Our vacation in Neo Moudania was in October, in a very quiet and almost over season, but thanks to the incredible coziness, great view and gorgeous hosts, 3 days at Nafsika's house left a great memory for us. The houses are incredibly clean, stocked with absolutely everything, such as dishes and appliances, with very chic terraces overlooking a long and beautiful beach. Various restaurants are within walking distance (about 1 km). The place is both quiet and secluded, but also in close proximity to various entertainment - including in Nea Moudania, which is about 2 km away. If desired, the distance can be covered in about 30 minutes on foot along a road that runs parallel to the beach. Yannis was available the whole time, even offered us a bike and we were able to explore the area in a different way. When I booked the house, I was impressed that the reviews were very many and all good, I can confirm that this property and the owners have worked hard and deserve every one of them. I would gladly return to this place and would gladly recommend it to anyone!

Много добра комуникация с домакинята, още преди пристигането. Мястото за настаняване беше идеално чисто и оборудвано с всичко необходимо за всякакъв вид престой - дори и ако имаш намерение да си готвиш, всичко беше осигурено като електроуреди, а в двора е на разположение и барбекю. На пешеходно разстояние от дълъг няколко километра плаж, на който има и свободни зони и такива на които се предлагат кафе и коктейли. Домакинята ежедневно се интересуваше дали имаме нужда от нещо допълнително, а един следобед ни изненада и с баница със сирене. Достатъчно места за паркиране, ако сте с автомобил. На пешеходно разстояние от различни ресторанти в обсег от около 1 километър. Място което предразполага и към уединение, но и е в непосредствена близост до различни развлечения, включително и в Неа Мудания, която е на около 2 километра, а при желание е около 30 минути ходене по път който преминава успоредно на плажа. Чудесно място, на което се надявам да имам възможност да се върна отново!

The apartment is beautiful and very clean. The location is great and it is very close to the sea. Plenty of parking spaces for your car. Nafsika (the owner) is very nice.

Close to beach

The fridge, noisy and too small. A normal fridge has room there. Also the couch is not the best as in confort, but its a couch.

The accommodation is beautiful - clean, cozy, and equipped with everything you might need. The beach is just a couple of minutes’ walk away. The host is wonderfully kind and always ready to help. She even surprised us with a homemade lemon pie, such a thoughtful gesture. We truly hope to return here next year.

Είχαμε μια πολύ όμορφη και ευχάριστη διαμονή στα Nafsika Suites . Η τοποθεσία ήταν φανταστική, οι χώροι εξαιρετικά καλαίσθητοι, πλήρως εξοπλισμένοι και με μια ήρεμη ατμόσφαιρα. Ταυτόχρονα, η γύρω περιοχή προσέφερε πολλές δυνατότητες για διασκέδαση, καφέ, εστιατόρια και άλλα. Ιδιαίτερα αξίζει να τονιστεί η φιλικότητα και η προθυμία των ιδιοκτητών, που φρόντισαν προσωπικά για τα πάντα και ανταποκρίθηκαν άμεσα σε κάθε μας ανάγκη. Μια διαμονή που συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα – ιδανική για όσους αναζητούν μερικές ημέρες ξεκούρασης σε ένα καλαίσθητο περιβάλλον.

We’re a British couple who stayed here for a week by the sea, and it truly was perfect. The décor is beautiful, and the fixtures and fittings are incredible — you can really see how much time and effort has gone into making this place so special. It’s also very quiet, with thick walls, so we couldn’t hear the neighbours at all. The location is fantastic — so close to the beach, with a wonderful restaurant called Akti just a 10-minute walk away (head towards the beach and turn right). We also enjoyed the beach bar Donkey. Our host was the most welcoming and accommodating we’ve ever met — we had goodies on arrival including wine, and halfway through the week they surprised us with delicious Greek pastries. Inside, the kitchen facilities were great, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was amazing. There’s even a BBQ (we didn’t use it, but it looked excellent). This place is so quaint and perfect for a relaxing week by the sea. We can’t recommend it highly enough.

The place is spotless clean, a 2 minutes walk to the beach. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, and everything is in perfect condition. The bed was very confortable and the houses are on a quiet street, no noise to bother you, just the sound of the waves in the evening. The hoast were like family, so helpfull and nice, they helped with anything we needed. My 2 year old was so happy here she didn't want to go home 🥰 Thank you, Nafsika Suites for a lovely holiday! We would love to return here❤️

Nafsika suites is a great place for escape at every time of the year. Nafsika and Yanis create beautiful apartments.Thank you. Perfectly clean and gorgeous decor. Comfortable beds with very high-quality mattresses, sheets, and bath towels. Beautiful bathroom and very good equipment kitchen. There is a refrigerator, coffeemaker, toaster, plates, and even airfare. Plus, barbecue outside. The air-conditioned is working perfectly. The beach is on a minute away. Thank you very much! Beautiful home. Great attention to detail. Staff was so helpful and even drove us to the local laundromat for free. They even connected us with a car rental. A gift was given to us when we arrived as well. Highly recommend.

Everything was amazing! It was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were really friendly and helpful. It's located very close to a wonderful beach. There's plenty of parking space. Highly recommend this place.

Everything in the apartment was new and super clean! It has everything you need - kitchen is fully equipped and even has air fryer. We had espresso machine with capsules to start our day every morning. They were kind to organize big baby cot for us. Yard and terrace was great and super useful for our kid. Location is 30sec away from beach and beach bar, and everything is super close! We will def come back here!

The maisonette is excellent. It is very nice and clean, sufficient for two people. The host is sweet. She replied quickly to all questions. The location is very good. You need to walk a bit for the cafes and restaurants, but at the same time you are far away from the noise.

All was good. One minor thing: the hot water finishes quickly in the boiler, but it is not a huge deal in summer.

We had an amazing stay at Nafsika Suites! The villas are just a short walk from the beach, which made our mornings and evenings extra special. Everything was spotlessly clean, modern, and thoughtfully arranged. The space felt very cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay — the bed was especially comfortable! We loved starting our mornings with coffee on the porch, enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The villas are in a quiet location, away from busy roads, which gave us a real sense of relaxation. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help. You can reach the village square within a 10 minutes beach walk. There you can find two large shops, several nice restaurants, and a lovely patisserie with delicious local sweets — perfect for sampling Greek treats! Overall, it was a fantastic experience. We would absolutely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-equipped place close to the beach with great hospitality.

Nafsika and Yannis are amazing hosts, and the unexpected meze we did in the Christmas Eve, was just what we needed. They are kind people, with great character, and for sure, this is the only place we first stop every time we travel to Greece. The location is quiet, right in front of the sea, and we enjoy learning about Greek Culture and Greek way of life! They are simply amazing hosts!

We had a wonderful 8 days at the property. Suites are new and have everything you need for a perfect vacation: fully equipped kitchen, very nice bathroom with hot water all the time, nice bedroom (we also had requested a baby crib which was almost new), tv with Netflix, fast internet... Owners are very polite and helpful. We had our suite cleaned and fresh new sheets on request which was great. There is plenty of parking around the property. The beach is one minute walk away.

Everything was wonderful...startene with the luxuries suite until the generosity Nafsika! The welcome basket was 5 stars qualità! Love all! Than you for neeting you Nafsika....will sure come back!!

Everything was awesome!

The room is perfectly clean. It was decorated with a certain taste. One of my friends also booked another room and that room had a different type of decoration. But everything was in harmony. You have everything you need. The kitchen equipment is new and has no scratches.

You don't really need the A/C but when you turn it on the engine makes a lot of noise and you can hear it at night.

Excelent location, very cozy and with a feeling like home. The hosts are extremely nice and helpful. Definitely we will come back

Everything was absolutely fine! Host is very nice, even bring us homemade pie. It's extremely clean, few steps to the beach.

Keep in mind that if you have bad luck you can have noisy neighbours. Last night of our stay Romanian group check in at the same day and at 1 am they spoke by Viber or WhatsApp with some other guys too loud , their kid also screaming in front of suites, as they woke up us and my husband needed to go outside and ask them to be quiet. Luckily they understood and go to beds

Big bed with firm mattress, the sheets smelled so nice. Quiet area perfect to relax. Close to the beach. Big bathroom. The place is very tasteful decorated. Free Netflix.

Everything is good, but I advise people to have a car in the area so that they can access more beaches and restaurants.

It is our second time here, and just like first time, we loved the feeling of home away from home. I loved waking up and drinking a coffee (left by the owners), right on the beach. We enjoyed walking on the beach on a very short distance to Paralia Dyonisu, and had a 3 minutes drive into downtown Nea Moudania. If you are like us and like peace and casual walks on a semi wild beach, this is the place. We recharged our heart batteries. The owners are very nice people, and this is a heart project for them. Loved talking to Yannis, and sharing thoughts and ideas.

This place is exquisite, inside and outside. Inside it is very clean, very true to the photos, spacious, and in very good taste. It has generous indoors seating area, on the sofa and at the table. I find this aspect to be important because it allows the guests to each do their thing in the evenings - read, watch tv, sit at the laptop. without being on each other's toes. The amenities were not just pretty, but truly functional: there was good water pressure, the wifi was fast, the refrigerator was not a minibar, it was a real refrigerator and it cooled our drinks and food fast and well. All the windows had mosquito nets, and you can see the sea through the main window. It was great to cook breakfast with that view! Outside there is again a table and chairs, the view is even better, and because the place is on flat terrain, the parking was no issue at all. The location has very good balance between being secluded (and quiet and without traffic noise) and being within short distance from the local and main roads. Within a very short drive or an approx 30 min walk along the beach there are all the bars, restaurants, shops etc. one could need. There is a bench on the beach, less than 200m from the Suites, where I took my coffee one morning and a beer one evening, and it was the most relaxing thing. The hosts are always one message away, very responsive and available, but also discreet and not intruding at all.

Gorgeous, pristine bungalows, lovingly built and maintained by Nafsika and Jon, who greeted us and made sure that all our needs were met, and they were! Close to the beach, close to several restaurants, just a joy to stay! Wish we could have been here longer!
