The picture was misleading as there was no covered balcony that one could sit in. The shower was great but the cabinet was faulty so the floor was inundated with water. Also no wine bottle opener which should be standard. I requested a wine bottle opener on Sunday and was told I can get one at the office 16 min walk away on the Monday. Not particularly hospitable response

Établissement malhonnête ! Après avoir remonté des problèmes au niveau de la douche qui crée littéralement une inondation après chaque utilisation ! On me mentionne un « défaut de construction » pour lequel on ne peut rien faire et me propose plus de linges pour éponger la salle de bain. Ça pu le moisi dans toute la salle de bain et c’est vraiment degueux… 🤢 pas besoin d’être très malin pour comprendre qu’il faut refaire les joints de la douche car actuellement toute l’eau passe le long du bac. Au vu du prix, vous trouverez bien bien ailleurs et là où on se moquera un peu moins de vous.

Pulizia della stanza nemmeno sufficiente Mancanza di supporto durante il soggiorno. Il bagno si allagava ad ogni doccia. Ho inviato un messaggio. Nessuna risposta. Siamo stati due giorni a togliere acqua dal bagno.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026El hospedaje era bastante amplio, con una cama grande y un sofá cama, tenía la cocina equipada, y muy buena ubicación, cerca del centro y de la estación de metro.
La iluminación era muy escasa, la habitación era enorme pero solo tenía un foco de techo en la zona del comedor y la zona de las camas se quedaba en penumbras. Y la puerta de la ducha no cerraba bien por que lo cada que nos duchabamos se inundaba el baño y había que secar todo el rato.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026L'emplacement est très central et parfait pour faire du tourisme. La pièce principale de l’appartement était grande et la cuisine très pratique.
Les photos sur booking sont trompeuses. Il n’y avait pas de terrasse et au premier étage, l’appartement est très sombre. La climatisation faisait un bruit dérangeant pour dormir. La douche fuyait et mettait de l’eau partout dans la salle de bain. J’ai prévenu, la personne qui a été tres gentille et m’a proposé une intervention pour reparer les problèmes. Et finalement, personne n’est venu et je n’ai pas eu de retour de la personne. Et nous avons vu des cafards dans la salle de bain sur le sol.

Було брудно. Апартаменти вже досить пошарпані. Проблема, як у всіх текла душева (просто вода виливалась по всьому санвузлу). Коли сказала за це, то просто принесли рушники, щоб ми навкруги душевої стелили. Wi-fi ледь ледь працював

El mando del inodoro, donde se pulsa para echar el agua, estaba roto. Lo quitamos para poder dar la bomba del agua. También salía agua de la ducha, debe de tener alguna fisura el plato o la mampara.

I'm sure no one will read this, but our review is: Location 10 Cleanliness 10 Facilities 4 Communication 3 Despite the fact that we had to come to your office to report the major leak in the shower room, due to the poor fitting of the door to the shower cubicle (resulting in major flooding across the floor), your 'solution' was just to tell us to put lots of towels around the base of the shower cubicle!? For the price charged, this 'solution', was not satisfactory to us, as we still had to mop up the excess water to avoid slipping, and causing potential serious injuries to ourselves. The various loose and potentially dangerous electric light fittings and sockets were also a hazard, and there was no excuse for them. These issues has only served to annoy us, spoil the stay at Clerigos View, and be forced to spend time on an issue which we should not have had to deal with. Looking forward to hearing from you soon with resolution for this issue.

We booked the apartment for 3 people, but only 2 sets of towels were provided. It took some time to get an additional set. The main issue was the shower. Water leaked out into the bathroom every time it was used, creating a very large puddle. We had to clean up the water with a mop, as it would not dry ok it’s own due to the amount of water.

Βρίσκεται στο ίδιο κτίριο με καφετέρια-εστιατόριο που έχει ανοιχτή οροφή και επομένως τις πρωινές ώρες μας ξυπνούσε ο θόρυβος που προερχόταν από το μαγαζί.

Que no funcionaba el WiFi, ni la Tv. La ducha perdía agua por la puerta e inundaba completamente el baño, esto junto con el cerrojo del baño después de tiempo sigue sin repararse. Y teniendo una recepción, teníamos que andar casi 2km para hacer el check-in y dejar las maletas, y tener que volver a recogerlas antes de las 17h. Y lo mismo el día de la salida.

La vitre de douche est décollée de la base, alors l'eau coule partout sur le plancher. Ça nécessite de passer la moppe à chaque fois. C'est un peu bruyant, mais il faut s'y attendre étant donné que c'est central. Il y a un site en construction actuellement aussi. La fenêtre de la cuisine donne sur une cour intérieure d'un resto et on peut entendre de la musique à partir de 9h am jusqu'en milieu de l'après-midi. Resto à déjeuner relax. Il y a un genre de bruit de pompe ou de compresseur dans le plafond ou les murs de l'appartement. Je ne sais pas c'est quoi mais ce bruit à répétition peu donner de L'insomnie si on est sensible au sommeil. Apporter des bouchons.

Most of the sockets were out of the wall which can cause a big electrical accident if it’s not fixed properly soon. Also the shower drops water everywhere so it was like a swimming pool in the floor after every shower.

Don’t book here, the shower floods the whole floor and makes it very slippery and dangerous to walk in there. Makes it very annoying with multiple people having showers and it’s a pool on the floor. The shower in general is a bit gross too. The toilet flush button is also broken so it’s half pushed in and gets stuck as well. WiFi is also terrible and has about 4 different networks you need to connect to at different points in the house. Plus the connection is terrible as well.

Lo scarico del bagno era rotto, così come anche le guarnizioni della doccia che a ogni uso allagava il bagno. Mancanza di luce adeguata in tutto l’appartamento e “il terrazino esterno” era inutilizzabile in quanto batteva il sole e non c’era nessuna forma di ombra

- the shower cabin was leaking so the bath room floaded after showering and the button of the toilet was broken and kept falling off - construction works: every morning a lot of noise quite early. It seems like it will take a while, a heads up would have been appreciated - service was not good. We had to ask for clean towels several times (and did not receive them) as well as toilet paper. Overall quite expensive for the level of service received. Unfortunately..

Tem pouca rede tanto de internet como rede normal de 4G ou 5G !! No quarto só apenas havia candeeiros de mesa de cabeceira, e na casa de banho acho que poderia se colocar um chuveiro melhor para ficar pendurado para tomarmos banho “ como deve ser “ sem termos que segurar o chuveiro!

La stanza in pessimo stato, soprattutto il bagno, non abbiamo potuto fare la doccia perché si allagava la casa e non ci è stata fornita nessuna alternativa: esempio almeno le pulizie una volta al giorno per asciugare tutta l’acqua che fuoriusciva.

Both of us who stayed at the apartment don't agree with the property rating of 4 stars, it is 3 stars at best. The apartment is spacious but amenities are bare basics, lights are dimmed and dull, no light in the sofa area and hence a dark corner. Bathroom is not well maintained with leaky faucet and shower stall/door/screen. Bathroom walls showed signs of water damage. Also the apartment is advertised to offer both double bed in a bedroom and a sofa bed in living room, but the host assumed our party of 2 will definitely share the bed in the bedroom. As a result one of us had to sleep one night on the sofa bed without provided sheets and bedding. This problem was rectified as quickly as possible, but left an unpleasant experience as this was the first time I encountered staying at a place where soft bed was offered without sheets. Internet was also very weak and unstable.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026The apartment was exceptionally spacious,The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest, and the kitchen was modern, well-designed, and fully equipped with everything we needed .The location was outstanding. Situated right in the city center, it was surrounded by countless shops, restaurants, cafés, and attractions. Almost everything was within walking distance, so we hardly needed to use public transportation or the metro during our visit.
The only aspect that could be improved was the lighting inside the apartment. We also experienced an issue with the bathroom: every time we took a shower, water leaked onto the bathroom floor and caused minor flooding. It seemed as though there might be a problem with the shower seal or waterproofing that may need attention.

La stanza, una volta calato il sole, non è per nulla illuminata: l'unico punto luce a soffitto è il lampadario che sta sopra il tavolo, anche accendendo le lampade a muro la stanza rimane molto buia. Non sono presenti prese elettriche a sufficienza, perché le lampade a muro sono collegate alle prese, per cui devi decidere se vuoi un po' più di luce oppure il telefono in carica. Avevo letto in altre recensioni che la doccia del bagno perdeva acqua, ma non ne avevo capito la portata: dopo la doccia il pavimento del bagno si è riempito d'acqua ovunque, rendendo pericoloso il camminarci. Anche con il mocio l'acqua non siamo riuscite a raccogliere tutta l'acqua che c'era, per cui abbiamo dovuto aspettare che asciugasse prima di rientrarci. Abbiamo contattato l'host per messaggio qui su booking per segnalargli il problema, ma abbiamo solamente ricevuto una risposta automatica. Il giorno dopo, per farci la doccia abbiamo dovuto prestare molta attenzione a dove veniva puntato il getto d'acqua, e anche così un po' di acqua è comunque fuoriuscita. L'insonorizzazione è praticamente assente: dai rumori del palazzo ai rumori esterni, si sente tutto. L'appartamento in sé è molto bello, ma queste cose rendono il soggiorno veramente tanto scomodo.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Location is fantastic. Walkable to all the main attractions, including Gaia. It's just off the main street but on a very quiet street. Good sound proofing between apartments, no noise from neighbouring apartments. Comfortable bed and bedding, comfy sofa, very spacious. There was plenty of hot water, it's a combi- boiler. Kitchen functional and reasonably equipped. We stayed in a 1 bed apartment with terrace, good to have outdoor space, got sun in afternoon. There is a great cafe next door that sells lovely cheesecake and coffee, and other savoury stuff. It has gluten free cheesecake (yummy!) and savoury options. We could see into the cafe from the bedroom window which was odd but funky. This could be a really amazing apartment with a little tlc. Not as aesthetically pleasing as photos show it to be.
It is very dark inside, there is a real need for better lighting. The terrace, though nice to have, is tired and unkempt. If they are not going to maintain it, they should remove the planters full of weeds. No noise between the rooms but you hear the front door banging closed and people in the corridor. We stayed for 4 days, the week nights were fine, but be wary, on the weekend much banging and shouting in the early hours.

El aislamiento es regular. Al ser un loft, las camas están en el salón y las ventanas del salón dan a la calle. Se escucha todo, incluso cuando simplemente hay personas caminando en la calle hablando normal. Por otro lado, la ducha del baño se sale por varios lados y al terminar el baño parece una piscina, esto deberían arreglarlo.
